For $40, I expected a little more clarity and consistency. When I asked about labor pricing, I was told they charge different prices for different things, which felt a little unusual and unclear to me. Also, while I understand I didn't specifically request sealant for the front tire, I just assumed it would be part of the service since the rear tire was being handled. In hindsight, that may have been my expectation, but it still felt like something that could have been communicated more clearly. On top of that, the pricing just felt high for the amount of work done, especially given how quick the job likely was. It gave me the impression that I was charged a bit more due to the timing and urgency of the request. Keep iln mind, this is 50 dollars less than what I was going to pay (there are 3 levels of tune ups and I paid the cheapest). It was completed later that afternoon and it rides like a dream.
