You have to send photos of the skates and then pay for shipping and a restocking fee. They also dropship their stuff, hence the often jacked prices. They don't update their inventory- i asked about a pair of scratch and dent skates but they were sold out - had the audacity to get me to order the same thing at regular price. Ugh. He's like Leonardo Da Vinci with a pair of Allen keys or a wrench on the cycles. He has helped me with working a new brake line and lever that integrates thru my carbon fiber bullhorn handle bars, and it came out pristine with fully functioning capabilities. I never mind the pricing due to the fact that Cameron is good at what he does, he's always reasonable on it.
