So about 3 weeks back I receive an email from the shop about an sb release of the Nardwaur dunks. which I was going to try my best online and if not grab on the secondary market. Knowing I could get them local was a dope idea, so as soon as I got the email, I rang them up just asking the basics, "will there be a raffle, will there be a lineup, etc" the guy on the phone, while nice enough said he didn't know yet and check instagram for updates. I don't have an ig and asked if I called back the week of the release will there be any info? He said should be and I said ok I'll ring back then. Flash forward to the week of, I call on the Monday of that week during business hours, went to their answering message, left a detailed message and was waiting for a call back. Next day go on their website and use their chat/messaging feature that said they would message me back. Here we are today no message or call back. Just wanted to support local, but I can't if I don't know how to go about purchasing something that I know won't sit on the shelf's for long. I know they won't be out the money, but just sucks in general.

There is a great selection of skateboards and all the accessories you need. The guy working in t he store was pretty cool and chill and offered his assistance. Becuase we were just "window shopping", we didn't make any purchases but I found some pretty cool items that my son would love so I will be back to purchase some birthday gifts for him. Second one was a pair of moxi lollys that were too small and narrow. Third one was a pair of riedells that was also too small. Their return policy is absolutely horrendous. You have to send photos of the skates and then pay for shipping and a restocking fee. They also dropship their stuff, hence the often jacked prices. They don't update their inventory- i asked about a pair of scratch and dent skates but they were sold out - had the audacity to get me to order the same thing at regular price. Ugh. Id rather order from fritzys or literally any other skate shop than here.
