Since this was my fifth flat in 2 months I was more than frustrated. It turns out I needed a new tire which was contributing to my flat tires. Why didn't the other shop tell me that? We discussed my options and Frank let me know that the railroad puts thorny debris on the trail, making the trail look carefree and safe. Frank went the extra mile and adjusted my brakes and handlebars at no extra cost. Frank was professional, warm and caring. My bike shop for life thank you Frank.

Left my bike around noon & it was ready that same day around 4pm. Just picked up my bike & it feels great. The price was pretty good, $40 for the training wheels and $10 for installation, which is good because there is another shop locally that wanted $75 installed.
