The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure everything was perfect for such a special occasion. The bike was exactly what we were looking for, and the customer service went above and beyond our expectations. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Seeing the excitement on my son's face when he got his new bike made the experience even more memorable. We are so grateful for all their help and highly recommend Menifee Bicycles to anyone looking for quality bikes and exceptional service!

Super disappointed in my experience here honestly When I…read morecalled yesterday to ask about having my daughter's bike, looked at the guy was super nice said yeah bring it in. We can look at it for free. We are a couple days out, but we can definitely take a look at it for you. I walked in and was greeted by somebody who seemed annoyed by the fact that we walked in because it was the end of the day and when I started explaining what was the issue, I was immediately met with how expensive labor will be how many hundreds of dollars this in that part is gonna be almost like I was trying to be talked out of having the bike serviced. Still I needed to have the bike looked at because it's how my daughter gets to and from school. The next employee was very nice. Took all my information down very helpful. We discussed the turnaround being five days. They would call me after looking at it. Let me know everything that needs to be done. Gave me a receipt of what will most likely need to be done outside of the biggest issue, but that I would get a phone call to discuss my options Come today very surprised to get a text message asking if the brake pads can be replaced. It was a cheap cost so I said yes it was immediately followed with the bike was ready for pick up no explanation on any other repairs done or what was needed. I walked in stood around for a few minutes then was asked if I've been helped I let them know. I received a message saying my bike was ready for pick up so he went to find it for me. He told me the price and I asked what was done he didn't know so he asked another employee who did the work and came over and mentioned a part that was replaced and said didn't you get the receipt yesterday? I said we discussed repairs that may need to be done, but I was supposed to get a phone call before anything was done. He said oh that wasn't in the notes. I said OK well, what about the fork being the main issue, can it still be ridden what repairs are needed? What needs to be done? I don't think he even really looked at it very much because he seemed flustered and wasn't aware that he was supposed to be quoting to repair that he did give me the information I needed in regards to whether not the bike can be ridden and I appreciate that. I continue to ask what the repair cost would be and what my options are and he didn't know he wanted to go take a look at the bike while I was standing there to try and look it up I said no thank you let me just pay. I need to get going as I was paying. He let me know a basic cost of what the part might be. Is that OK thank you. I will have somebody take care of that for me because at this point I felt like they truly did not want my business. He ended up being a little bit nicer towards the end, but I do just wanna say that 50% of the staff I interacted with made it clear. They did not want my business and I will definitely not be returning or recommending. This was all speech text so excuse punctuation mistakes I just wanted to make sure my point was made because for a small business I would expect better

I'm pretty disappointed with the service I received. I brought my bike in because the pedal crank…read morekept falling off. One of the service workers recommended the mini tune-up, saying it would cover the fix. When I picked it up, I was told the bike needed a new crankshaft because mine was bent. Fine -- I paid for it, assuming that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, shortly after, the exact same problem happened again. I wasn't able to return the bike until this month (the original repair was done in August). When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $20 for parts, again thinking it would finally be fixed. But the crankshaft came off again mid-ride while picking up my kids. I took it back immediately, and the service employee told me the crankshaft was broken. I explained that I had just purchased it from them. He seemed frustrated, went to the back, and said that if this repair didn't work, I would need a new bike. At this point, I've spent about $120 on a repair that never actually fixed the issue. It's really unfortunate because I like the shop and thought it was a cool place, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing.
