Parking was convenient thanks to the large mall parking lot but you would have to walk 5 minutes to get to this store. They do have street parking up front but it is always taken! Inside, the store had a clean, modern, and well-organized layout that made browsing easy. The staff greeted me as I entered the store and told me their ongoing sales. They were friendly, knowledgeable about sizing and fabrics, and quick to offer assistance without being pushy.comfortable. I looked at their Align Leggings and ABC Pants. The quality of the fabric was nice and comfy but the fit was too snug for me. As a plus size, it is hard to fit into tight materials so the elasticity was nice.Then you look at the price tag and it's quite high when compared to other brands. Then I went over to the accessories section and found some cute bags which can work as mini purses. They even have shoes and tumblers for sale. I didn't buy anything at this visit as the pricing was a bit much but I do see the hype in the style and material and the fashion this brand provides. Whether intentional or not, it felt like judgments were being made based on our appearance, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special shopping trip for my daughter's birthday. I will admit that I was bringing multiple items to the dressing room for my daughter (who had her baby in the stroller inside the fitting room); but there was never any bad intent behind it. I was simply trying to help her try things on and make her birthday enjoyable. Once we realized how uncomfortable the situation had become, we decided not to purchase anything and left the store. As a first-time customer, the experience only reinforced my impression that this store caters to a certain type of customer while making others feel unwelcome. Situations like this could be handled much differently by employees. Instead of making customers feel watched or judged, employees could approach people in the fitting rooms in a friendly and professional way by offering assistance ( different size/ style/ item) and perhaps explaining store policies respectfully. Customer service should make all shoppers feel welcomed and respected, not singled out or uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience. I will stick with NikeSkims lol.

We asked if my daughter could have her hat embroidered. Jesse said yes and offered a few ideas. My daughter was indecisive so Jesse asked who her favorite player was. My daughter said Jeremiah Estrada. Jesse was impressed and created a custom logo with Jeremiah Estrada's name and number. It is appealing to visit this location due to its location but if Maria there we already know is going to be and obnoxious up sell with some odd remarks about random people. We have come to learn this tactic since her first day a few years ago. We love RR bus this really makes every store visit a 7-8 stars. I'm not saying we deserve special treatment but it is nice not having to drive 2 hours to San Diego in order to get treated within certain amount of reason. Again the associate today was great she really knew her stuff, honesty every other employee there is great but the aforementioned since day one is a sales killer. It's really an eye roller as soon as we know she there. Sorry! I've waited a while to mention this knowing it's negative but telling the truth needs to be said at times for change. Road Runner Sports has come a long way but nothing compares to the Solana B location, mow thats a store does it right! From the moment you walk in your family and if follow up is warranted, that experience, just is always just as great. A couple of weeks ago my sons elementary school sent out an email with a link to a local company to order a yard sign. It almost slipped my mind till I saw several around my neighborhood so I immediately went to the link! The prices were amazing and I saw they do the signs for all over, as well as uniforms, banners and anything else you'll need to represent. The owners were absolutely incredible when I went for pick up (which didn't take long after I put in my order). I'm a chatty person most days and they were so friendly back. I can't wait to have another reason to be back because 10/10 would recommend.
