He literally laughed in my face when I told him I would have to hold off on buying a prescription because it was not able to be covered by my insurance and I couldn't afford it. I have never felt so belittled by a customer service worker. He needs to have respect for others and learn how to do the customer service portion of his job. I wish I would have said something but I just walked out with my feelings hurt.

I don't go there for prescriptions, but that seems to be the case for all drug stores, as far as long lines, prescriptions out of stock or whatever. I really like this Rite Aid, I hope it remains here for a long time. And they never card me like the one in downtown El Segundo, nor do they have a bunch of panhandlers (under disguise of World Mission Org helping themselves, not the addicts or homeless). I came in pretty stressed because I realized…read morelast minute that I forgot to pick up a poster board I had printed for my grandma's funeral, and I also hadn't printed about 40 photos I needed. Even though my photo order said it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow, the employees were so kind right from the moment I walked in. They were helping other customers, but still acknowledged me and directed me to the photo counter right away. The employee there grabbed my poster board and offered to print my photo order on the spot, letting me know it would just take about 5 minutes. That alone meant so much to me in that moment. But what really stood out is that he went out of his way to find me in the store once everything was ready and personally handed me my order. During such a difficult time, that level of kindness and effort truly meant everything. I'm so grateful for the compassion and customer service I received tonight. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I called to ask if I could return it since all we did was come home set in in that bathtub and it didn't work. All their tags and everything still on it. They said I could not return it so now I'm stuck with a shower chair that hasn't been used and can't be used. I'm sure if I left it at their doorstep they'd have bo problem reselling it. Ridiculous. We, as a family, have been very patient when the pharmacy has been out of medications for months at a time (apparently due to supply issues) but I draw the line at any store manager who can verbally abuse a child with special needs.
