This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The cashiers have lied to me and misrepresented information numerous times. I am rarely greeted promptly. I have waited in the drive through over 10 minutes without being greeted and 10 more before being helped. I have been told the customers inside the store are prioritized over the drive through line. read more

There is an older woman with short hair in the ice cream department that is rude and sneaky. I went in yesterday with the kids (5 of us total) and we had just walked up while she was serving someone else and she automatically yelled you guys are going to have to wait and be patient I'm all by myself and you guys are a large party. I was like how rude we just walked up and we didn't say anything and she automatically just tells us that. Once it was our turn we got our ice cream and we all got double scoop but I caught her charging us for triple scoop. She grabbed her paper and scanned all triple scoop so fast thinking I wasn't going to catch it but I did. Once I called her out on it she was in shock and gave us all a extra scoop in a separate cup. The older white lady with blonde curly hair really needs to be retrained or its time for her to retire!!! She told me that she doesn't take out of state driver license to purchase Alcohol I been to three different Rite Aid's in theee different States and never heard such a thing. Over the years I've come into this Rite Aid and the service has always been mediocre (no one knows if they have z in stock) long wait times, the pharmacy taking longer or losing my medication). I went in a few days ago because I happened to be in the area. I waited for help in ice cream. 8 minutes later the cashier walks over to me from the register, but then then sees a customer walk up to pay. She turns around and tells me she's just going to help the customer. WTF am I?? This is the last time I'm treated like I'm not a customer at this $!&t hole place. Eff this place. I've always had problems at other rite aids like the loma linda one but i've never had a problem at this location. It's convenient and it's close to my house so i come here all the time. Today I went in and Keira was at the checkout and was extremely rude to me that I really felt like telling her off but I didn't because i'm not rude to people like she is. I didn't appreciate her attitude and although she apologized for her behavior it was very insincere. I think she needs more training or maybe a day off because she gets frustrated immediately. I hope this can be corrected because if i have this problem again I probably wont come back to this location. read more

I usually go to the Rite-Aid in Redlands which is fine, but I happened to be in Yucaipa and my reader glasses broke and I needed a new pair right away so I stopped at this Rite Aid. They had a pretty good selection of readers and I was able to find a cute pair. The store was very clean and hardly anyone there so I didn't have to wait in line to check out. The cashier was friendly too so overall a very good experience! read more

Wouldn't recommend coming here if you have any questions for the pharmacist. Service was poor, and the fact that I had the audacity to ask the pharmacist to order a medication they didn't have on stock seemed to annoy her to no end. Love this store. Everyone is always so friendly. The store has really improved over this last year. The staff is great and very helpful. Last time I was in there were lines at the register. A another man hopped on to help.get the line down quickly. The store seems bigger and brighter. I love the hand dipped ice cream. The ice cream was made of pure gold. It had a genuine home feeling taste but wasn't the most amazing ice cream I ever had. I felt like my mom was robbing me of the goodness of this frozen treat. Good and cheap for the family and kids!!! read more

I was told my medication was not refillable until tomorrow. The next time they told me it wasnt refillable for another 1.5 weeks. The tomorrow excuse I left ride and came back the next day even though I am disabled, have a hard time getting out of the house and have a lower back/hip disorder that makes it hard to walk at times. The 1.5 week excuse I was not going to ignore. I called my insurance and asked if the med was refillable at this time. I was told yes and they did not see a rejected claim. This means the pharmacy made the decision not to fill my med, not my insurance plan. My insurance also told me the med was refillable over a week ago. I called Rite Aid and asked why they would not fill the med and was told it was the choice of the pharmacist. She also told me I should have 11 pills left. That would only last me 3.5 days not 1.5 weeks. I argued the point and also told them I know they did not try to fill the med through my insurance. After being asked to hold I was told that just this one time they would go ahead and fill it. Yes, it will be only this one time because I will never use this pharmacy again. And to think they are a preferred pharmacy with my insurance. read more

I took my 93 year old father's prescripton to be filled for about 5 months. At about the 6th month the pharmacist told me that his insurance had run out. He also said that the generic was more expensive than the brand. My father had been paying over $100 for 30 pills. A different pharmacist has told me the opposite. I now have checked other pharmacys and found Rite Aid to have completly over charged my father on all his medications. Over charged by about 3 times, its a terrible waste of money especially for a man who is on social security. DO NOT go this pharmacy. They completely over charge on ALL medications. This past week his doctor called and the pharmacy never filled the prescription. We had to ask about it after 4 days. They had no answer why they didn't fill it. And it was 3 times the cost of ANY other pharmacy! read more
