Hadeel in the pharmacy department had a great attitude and helped me get the meds my dog requires very quickly when I was having difficulty with my vets office. Hadeel is terrific and so is much of the pharmacy staff. read more

GO TO WALGREENS ON LUGONIA. This used to be my pharmacy. It was clean. Much cleaner than Walgreens. Staff was nice and I've had good experiences there. Just today I went in to see if my prescription was ready. A staff member looked up my name and said no and it isn't in the system. I then called my doctor to have them resubmit it via their electronic system and they did and, then they called and confirmed it was there. I then returned to the location and was told they still didn't have my prescription. Moreso the pharmacist or pharmacist tech started complaining on how many people were asking her to see if their prescription was there and she was tired of it. Based on this experience, I would not send my grandmother there as this is my litmus test. They are rude and have a problem even receiving prescriptions much less fulfilling them. On a side note the person in front of me in line had the same experience. Their doctor also called it in and the staff didn't get it into the system. I think there are just some slackers with no managerial oversight. read more

With a rating of 1.9, my review would only echo the poor rating of this location. I stopped by at store 10310 and asked for two day supply on my daily meds since I left town and meds behind. But instead was confronted by the untrained, senseless attitude, and unprofessional conduct of the pharmacist on duty, Gillian Gow Barber who refused to offer me the daily medication I needed. The store manager, Rebecca Ceeprano who was as oblivious refused to write their information down and became rapidly hostile towards me. Not only I am posting this review for others to know what to expect IF they visit, but I also wrote the CVS CEO, Karen S. Lynch at Karen.Lynch@cvshealth.com. These guys forget their charter and the fact that they are there to serve the public and the public is not at the mercy of their senseless attitude or policies. The female pharmacy techs and the pharmacist that work here are disgustingly rude and disrespectful. Especially the girl with long brownish red hair. Disgusting how she treats the customers. It reminded me of a high school mean girls environment but worse. I went there to pick up my medications for a surgery and the doctor was an hour away from the pharmacy so they would not fill the controlled substances. I am fully aware of DEA regulations and it is at the pharmacies discretion. But that is not why I am writing this. I happily got my medication filled elsewhere (another CVS) that was even further away from the surgeon who prescribed it. Weird right?! Here is why I am writing this- HEY GUYS REMEMBER HIPAA LAWS? Well apparently these pharmacy techs don't. The girl was yelling at my doctors office over the phone when I walked into the pharmacy area. I kid you not... I could hear her 3 aisles away. I'm like omg she's talking about my medications so freaking loud! Then I get up to the counter and she doesn't have the curtesy to even come up to the window and speak to me. Instead she stays exactly where she was across the room and proceeds to speak about my medications loud and freely as if it was everyone's business. So unprofessional and disgusting. Then as I am checking out, the cashier is talking with the pharmacy techs. She is told to help me. But instead, she looks at me then turns back to the techs and continues her conversation about her THYROID medication. Not work related. She was literally talking about her own personal medication and how her doctor switched her etc etc. like how is this okay to leave customers at the counter after being told to check them out. The last straw was when I asked if they had a restroom. She said she didn't know and turned to ask the pharmacy techs. They started talking amongst themselves and didn't answer her. So I walked out and said nevermind. I will be calling corporate about this experience. It's not difficult to walk up to a window to give patients the privacy they deserve. I was extremely nice and pleasant to them and it not reciprocated. Get yourselves together CVS! Your an embarrassment. read more

Never fills medications on time, and never sends emails or text alerts despite signing up for them when prescriptions are recieved and filled. Tried calling multiple times, but no service representatives despite asking the automated service multiple times. It auto defaults you to leave a voicemail, for which they do not call back. This has to be one of the worst run pharmacies ever. The pharmacy staff acts like you are bothering them. I went to use the drive thru pharmacy, had one car that was in front of me for quite some time. When it was my turn in line they shut the pharmacy drive thru down and told me to come inside. This was with 15 minutes before they closed. I had been in line for a while and it was not like I was a last minute customer. No cone out to keep someone from using that service. I went in to the pharmacy and they ignored me and kept talking for a bit. When I finally got up there I asked if that was standard for people already waiting and he told me yes. No apology and absolutely no customer service. I have been here before and it has always been bad service. I am finding another pharmacy even though this is close to home. The regular staff in the store has a much better attitude, but the pharmacy staff is horrible. read more

Unable to ask a simple pharmacy question for a prescription that I have. Called 5 times, and once I get through the phone system, the call is dropped. I called into the store and spoke to someone in the store front. They transferred me and call was dropped. Frustrating. No customer service what so ever. Just wanted to leave a great comment for front desk/checkout clerk Kylie. She is super friendly and very professional. She was very patient with one of the newer associates showing her how to handle a transaction at the UPS store located in your store. The store is very conveniently located and the many times I have shopped here it is always clean inside and I can generally find all the items I need even during the pandemic. I'm at this cvs right now. Been here for 30 mins on line at the drive through pharmacy. There are 2 lanes and 1 employee. So I'm just picking up my prescription, but each time someone comes to the other lane aka the covid testing lane, anyone on the pickup line has to wait for the 1 employee to give detailed instructions on how to do the covid test and then give the kit back to employee. They have 1 person handling the covid testing appointments as well as the prescription pickup. Lovely. Last time I use them. Also, they constantly charge more $ for products than their own website. Not sure if it's this one or system wide. read more

My doctor sent them a prescription for a medication insurance will not cover. Previously I've filled this medication and paid cash with the Good RX discount app. Apparently the store manager at this location won't take the good RX discount, unlike other CVS stores. They also refused to transfer my prescription to a different CVS that would. Horrible customer service and policies and I will not be back. read more

I have no issue with the front of the store. The cashiers are nice and the place is clean but If I could give no stars to PHARMACY ONLY I WOULD. There is an employee there (reddish brown hair usually has it up)really bad attitude you can't miss her. I'm not really sure of her job title and I honestly didn't catch her name but I legit was being so nice and understanding about the issues and miscommunication with my Dr and she was one of the rudest people. Like girl you know what you signed up for do your job! I understand you may be tired or not having the best day but do not take it out on others because you hate your job. Get a different job then. Customer service is not her expertise. I don't usually take it to yelp but she has the NASTIEST ATTITUDE. I'm surprised she even filled my prescription after all of her smart remarks. I shouldn't have to feel like I don't want to go to the pharmacy to get my medication or be worried it won't be getting refilled because somebody has a bad day or hates their job. Everyone else was helpful and nice except her. Even thought this is the closest pharmacy to my house I'd still rather take a drive then ever deal with her disgusting attitude ever again. If I could give zero stars I would, The pharmacy here is terrible. I have received messages saying prescriptions are ready to pick up and when I get there to pick them up, I am told that they were never filled. I have also been told prescriptions will be held for 10 days, and when I go to pick up (after only 5 days) I am told that this prescription has been re-stocked. My Doctor has called in prescriptions and we are told no one here knows anything about it - even though my doctor has proof & verification of having called in. There is no consistency to how this pharmacy operates and the staff take the position that they are always right and their word cannot be questioned. Terrible customer service overall. read more

This is the worst CVS. They take so long to fill prescriptions, they don't answer the phones. When picking up , they have nasty attitudes. I live in Redlands and previously had my prescriptions at the highland CVS on baseline. I'm definitely moving back to that one cus atleast they had prescriptions ready within an hour or two not over 4 days like this one. So ridiculous!! The people that work at the pharmacy on East Lugonia are the absolute worse. Never friendly. Always seem like you are bothering them when you are being serviced. I would rather pay an extra four or five bucks to have my prescriptions delivered. If these people are this unhappy with their jobs, then go find another job and get some employees that give a damn. Would not go back if I was down to my last pill. I just read all of many bad reviews this place has received. My prescriptions carried over to CVS when they purchased the Vons Pharmacies. It has been a constant struggle ever since. Poor communication, zero accountability and mediocre customer service. I have been told prescriptions were not ready when going to pick them up after being told they were ready by other staff; after waiting in a long line, I have been told to come back when the pharmacist is off lunch (they will not let you waive the consult on new or changed meds, but do not always have someone available to do the consult); I was told medications were ordered and they failed to place the order and I didn't find out until I checked again after waiting and waiting. My latest issue is the last straw and I am going to find somewhere else. I called in a refill for a vital medication. A couple days later I receive notice that it is ready for pick up. I go to pick it up and, after once again waiting in a long line, am told it is not ready. I ask how this could be since I was just notified it was ready, and they tell me it is a system generated notification and does not reflect what is actually happening and that the medication is on back order. When I asked why I wasn't notified that there would be a delay, they state that it is all automated and they do not inform customers when a medication is unavailable. This makes zero sense. Why have a notification system if the notifications cannot be trusted and how is it ethical to sit on an RX that will not be filled when timing matters? I never had any of these issues with Vons, and I really hope that there is another pharmacy out there that cares about its customers. I am so discouraged by CVS. I am a fairly patient person and I try to be understanding, but I am so tired of the way they handle issues. They do not seem to understand that they are causing harm. read more

It's been 2 1/2 years I was forced to go to cvs after having been with Walgreens. I have hated every bit of dealing with the CVS pharmacy because they play god and have even changed my doctor's prescription making me completely run out of an important Med right before a trip and they also do not fill my specific pain Med the day it's due but have made me wait days longer every month. It never fails, I call to verify what day I can get my pain meds and every month I'm told the exact day it will be released. I'll call them that day as requested by them so they can fill it and the pharmacist always says- 'who told you that?' I switched my meds over to Lugonia cvs. It's in target. In April, I was for the first time going to have them fill my pain med. For 8 years I have been seeing the same doctor and for all these years I have NEVER had any issues getting my meds except from cvs grand terrace and now with ALLISON at Lugonia cvs in target. I call Lugonia and a guy tells me that on April 24th I can get my Med. I had my husband call just to make sure and ALLISON gets on the phone to tell my husband nope- she's not going to give them till the coming Tuesday. Mind you- I verified with my carpenters union - anthem blue cross that it was the 24th I could get my Med. She literally defied my doctor and said no when they stepped in to get it released and told my nurse that my invasive foot surgery did not require me to get those meds. I have found the pharmacist- Allison - and the pharmacist at CVS grand terrace have zero compassion and are extremely heartless. They make decisions that are very harmful to the patients. Read all reviews before you go to any cvs. It's actually frightening how they behave. Every month my stress level was so high and I was crying every time I had to contact them to get my meds I've been getting for 8 years. It's truly sick and disgusting to have to fight to get your legit meds and to worry about them deciding they can totally change your doses with your prescription. Be very careful and pay close attention to your prescriptions when you do get them. And just a side note- I made sure to tell Allison to read the reviews on her pharmacy and she said all her patients are happy. Lol. I came in tonight to pick up my refill since I was out of my blood pressure meds. On the way I called so they could fill them and was informed my refill wasn't for another week. I was instantly stressed and confused because there was no way I took to many. And if I don't take them I I go into stroke zone. Brenda the pharmacy tech took care of everything. I was able to get my pills. She was so professional. Little did she know without those pills I can die and she seriously was a life saver. I'm so thankful she was there to help. I was put on hold for the pharmacy for 17 minutes and no one answered. When I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, he told me the pharmacy closed at 8, and that was why this happened. Their site onliNe clearly states the pharmacy is open until 9 M-F. It is Tuesday. When I suggested the automated answering system be changed cos that it does not put people on hold when tHey ask to speak to the pharmacist and no one is there. The "manager" said "It's corporate!" Implying he could do nothing about it. Sadly, I have been put on hold NUMEROUS times for 15 minutes or more at this pharmacy. It has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I called the pharmacy the next morning 15 minutes after opening. I was told there were 2 people ahead of me. I was put on hold again for 23 MINUTES! Finally, someone talked to me. No one came back on the line the entire 23 minutes! read more

I have NEVER in my 55 years met a more incompetent, uncaring, bunch of ignorant people in my life. My daughter had surgery in Palm Springs (a very invasive painful surgery) ... we live in Redlands. We brought Alex the pharmacist...a prescription from the surgeon...and he said that he didn't carry that pill. Excuse me? What pharmacist doesn't carry Vicodin? It had now been way over 24 hours and my daughter... in excruciating pain had STILL NOT had any pain relief because of these dim wits. This morning she spoke with Alex the pharmacist and he told her that her surgeon could fax a prescription change from Vicodin to Norco. So her surgeon did. Alex the pharmacist then changed his mind and said he wouldn't fill it ...and that her surgeon didn't know what he was doing. So my daughters husband drove all the way to Palm Springs... picked up another hand written prescription from the surgeon for Alex the pharmacist.... drove it back to Mr Alex..... and wait for it......Alex wouldn't refill it... because he didn't have Norco either. ‍. So my daughter is still in excruciating pain ... while her husband drives around Redlands and looks for a competent pharmacy with a pharmacist who has his actual shit together. My next report is to the better business bureau. I highly don't recommend this pharmacy ...and or Alex the pharmacist because they are absolute jerks! read more

CVS on Lugonia and Wabash has the worst service ever!!! Constant issues regarding my prescriptions, either they claim there's a problem with my insurance or they've "ran out of a my medication and there will be a delay, sometimes as long as week out." As if these issues aren't enough, a couple of the pharmacy workers ( two women in particular) are very rude. It seems as though you're putting them out having to wait on you. Unfortunately my prescriptions can only be filled at a CVS pharmacy so I thought I was stuck with these problems. Until finally, a few months ago I moved all prescriptions to CVS at Redlands Mall.
