Ok it is a 7-11 but the manager is very friendly and the employees are helpful for the most part. I don't understand why they don't fix the hours in their listing though. They are not and NEVER have been 24 hours. The City and the apartment owners next door block this location from being open 24 hours. I wish they were! When they are open, the coffee is always fresh and it is convenient to grab essentials without having to go to a big store. read more

This 7-11 opens very early which is great for those who go to work early. Save your cup and get a reduced-price refill. The bad reviews and reviewers are not indicative of this 7-11. I have never seen panhandlers at this location. The staff are friendly. Some of the bad reviews are really odd. Just read those reviewers' other reviews and you will see what I mean. read more

The drugstores are just like any other, but the staff are super friendly! They always welcome me and chat with me when I'm at the register. They carry a lot of products and the store is always clean. This 7-11 actually closes at 11:30 on most days, I believe. IT IS NOT 24/7; I've gone to this store multiple times, forgetting that it's not 24/7. read more

Let's keep in mind that this IS a 7-Eleven and that w/ that name comes a stigma attached to it, whether u think it has a positive or negative connotation. I haven't been treated so bad over a slurpee in my life. Because they were incapable of processing their own offer I get treated like shit. I just downloaded the 7-11 app and got treated like a thief for trying to redeem my 7-11 points at this location. I even left money on the counter was so mad I come there almost every other day. I stopped by the store on Monday afternoon for drinks for the kids and myself. I paid using my debit card at the counter. On thursday morning i discovered that my debit card number and pin were recorded and used to steal money from my bank account from a Citibank ATM machine in San Francisco the night before. This is all I expect from a 7 eleven with very friendly staff to boot. It is clean, efficient, and well-stocked. The other reviews on here are judgmental for no apparent reason. This is a 7 eleven. Been going there since it opened. Went in with my son-in-law the marine and they carded him for cigarettes. He does look over 18 (he's 29), but I get the "Under 30" policy. He didn't have his ID on him so I said I'd buy (I'm 60). They refused to sell to me. Really! Never going back and sharing the story with everyone in Redlands. read more
