That said, this locale, compared to other local coffee options, is as good as any for accessibility if you don't mind the walk. Coffee & Menu Nothing revolutionary, but they nail the classics. A bold decaf Americano with the right amount of temp hits the mark every time. I leave the foo-foo drinks to my kids, though they are fond of the refreshers. Food-wise, the egg bites are solid and filling, and their protein boxes make for a smart snack on a long desert drive. Service & Atmosphere Staff know their names and orders--which, in a mid-sized store like this, says a lot. They're friendly, chatty without overdoing it, and genuinely seem interested in dialing in the customer experience. The store hits commuter convenience but I wouldn't ever hang out hear for a conversation with friends unless I sit outside. Considering our 100+ degree summers, I'm not likely to do that soon. While I normally go through the drive-thru, today I went into the store. The girl cashier that helped me was pretty rude. I ordered one thing, an iced chai tea latte with pumpkin cold foam (my go to during the Fall months), but she accidentally put it in as a cold brew with pumpkin foam. I do not like coffee very much, so I asked if she put in the chai tea. I wanted to be clear that it was a chai tea I wanted. She said "oh I put a cold brew." And so I said, "oh yeah, it's a chai tea that I wanted, thank you." I thought all was well. I asked if there was a bathroom code and she looked at me like I was stupid and then looked at the door. I haven't been there so how was I supposed to know? Then when they call my name, the drink they handed me was the cold brew with pumpkin foam. Now, if this was a drink that I would actually enjoy, I would've sucked it up and let it be, but I really don't like it at all, so I spoke up and said "hey, this doesn't look like a chai tea latte, is this the right order?" Because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was someone else's order. The girl who took my order comes over and says to the guy (as if I'm not there) "what is she saying now?" And he said "it was supposed to be a chai." And the girl said "no she said she wanted a cold brew" and gave me a dirty look, as if I was stupid. Even though I thought I made it pretty clear I wanted the chai tea latte. I TOTALLY understand mistakes happen, there's sometimes miscommunication or wrong orders. I get that, and I don't fault anyone for that. However, treating me like I'm stupid and giving me dirty looks was very uncalled for. She couldn't admit she may have made a mistake and instead argued and tried to make me look bad. That's just not right. When I worked in food service, I always did my best to be kind and respectful to customers, and as such, I try to be respectful to food service employees. I am very disappointed in the way she acted towards me and will probably be avoiding this location in the future. Very sad as it is the closest one to me. I have also had them not charge for drinks when wait was too long- only happened once but was still a nice gesture because the wait was too long. I'm from Redlands and apart from Olive Avenue Market, this is becoming my favorite, go-to coffee shop. The staff is always so friendly and energetic. It's a somewhat good place to study, minus the music often being blasted, way too loudly, which undoubtedly makes it hard to concentrate. Another issue is that I've come here a handful of times and out of those 5 times, I've placed a mobile order twice: what's my complaint? Well, both times my order has been seemingly "lost," or sitting near the drive-thru window instead, causing me to have to go up to the barista and ask where my purchased items are. It can be a bit of an inconvenience given that the whole point of ordering ahead is to get ahead, precisely, and to beat the crowd; I would recommend just standing in line and ordering that way to ensure that you receive your drinks/snacks in a decent timeframe. read more

This place is quaint. Nestled in East Redlands, you'll find friendly staff and a quick moving drive-thru. This place is small and was renovated to accommodate a Starbucks. A blast from the past, I believe this place once was an old coffeeshop back in the day. Now, a corporate conglomerate, you'll find great tasting coffee here along with cool architecture of the building. I don't come here often, but when I do, you'll find me in the drive-thru. It's fast, as it needs to be because the line can stretch into a neighborhood and block traffic. They're efficient and quick and serve with smiles and friendly attitudes. read more

This location was a pleasant 5 minute walk from the electric super charging station. The barista Ryan was extremely helpful and very friendly. He assisted me when Starbucks did not load my annual birthday reward. I returned once because I genuinely wasn't sure if my extra shots were added (there was just no kick like usual) and the manager was beyond gracious and offered to remake the drink, she was awesome. Not the Starbucks I normally go to but this one was on the way to where I was going. Went in the drive thru to place my order, the same order I get every day. Espresso with extra steamed whole milk. He asked if I wanted just a little bit of milk and I said no, extra please. He said he would have to charge for a latte I said no, I order this everyday and never have a problem. He said "well, they are doing it wrong then" so I told him even if I do it in the app it won't charge for the latte so not sure why he was trying to charge more. So I said I could do it on the app and make a mobile order then and he said "ok". When I got to the window they made me park to the side to bring it to me. Cindy came out to my car, gave me my coffee and then proceeded to tell my that all the employees had heard the interaction over the intercom and that my negativity and rudeness wasn't accepted at this Starbucks and that I'm no longer welcome back. I honestly don't understand why this Starbucks has such low ratings. This location, which used to be s Bakers a few years back, is one of the wife and my favorite location in town!. The location itself is light and airy, with windows all around that let in plenty of ambient light. They always have the music at just the right volume. The employees are usually always very friendly; and to be honest, I can't remember a time when they got our order wrong. My only two minor complaints are 1. The parking lot. It's quite small and there is often spillover of the drive thru line into the parking lot. This can make parking a challenge at busy times. 2. Sometimes the workers seem like they are paying more attention to the drive-they orders than the in-house ones. Overall though, this has become our go-to Starbucks in Redlands! read more
