Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. This is by far the worst Dutch bros I've ever been to I go to Redlands every day for Dutch bros because this highland location every time I come they do such a bad job with my drink. I went yesterday and my drink was terrible even after they remade it. the first time I went they made me call someone I know that works at a different Dutch bros what half extra sweet is. And the drive through window was covered in bees. I'll never be coming back because the service is always bad. read more
