I've been a loyal Juice It Up customer for over a year and a rewards member, spending well over $200 a month. I'm vegan and have always brought my own plant-based protein due to dietary restrictions. I was previously told by Juice It Up that this was allowed, and I've done this consistently without issue at multiple locations -- including this one earlier this week. Unfortunately, my experience at the Redlands location was extremely disappointing. One employee Destiny refused to accept my protein, made an inaccurate claim that I damaged their blender, and displayed an unprofessional attitude. When I asked for the manager's name or how to contact management, that information was refused, which is not appropriate for a customer-facing business. I love it here but I didn't like my drink lol. I'm usually a white gummy person but I went out of my comfort zone. lol overall the service here is good and I noticed the new menu changes and drinks with 32g of protein that's a cold brew?!?! I've given this location two chances, and both times were extremely disappointing. The first time I ordered an açaí bowl, the açaí itself tasted off like it was either old or poorly blended. I thought maybe it was just an off day or different employees, so I gave them another try. On my second visit, I ordered an açaí bowl again with specific toppings banana, strawberries, and granola. The bowl I received barely had half a banana, a tiny sprinkle of granola, and some of the toppings were completely missing. It was sloppy and felt thrown together with zero care. To make it worse, the employee entered her own number when processing my order, so I didn't get my points, and the receipt she handed me had no barcode for rewards tracking. That was the last straw for me. Sadly, I won't be coming back to this location. Juice It Up needs to seriously improve their customer service, consistency, and integrity. read more

Every time I go they refuse to make me a juice they told me they stop making them at 8 even though they close @9:30 and they always have to ask someone in the back and then once they come out and look at you they make the decision. I love getting smoothies from this place. The staff is so friendly and professional. My go to is usually the California cooler, it tastes like birthday punch but totally refreshing and satisfying. This last week I've been trying out the NEW seasonal Horchata. The original and strawberry were amazing. I couldn't taste the peanut butter version because I can't have peanut butter. But maybe one day they could substitute with sun butter. Any who. I've also had the açaí bowl couple of weeks ago and was a great filler for my standard lunch. I go here at least a couple of times a week and I'm always greeted by a friendly smile and helpful service, especially if Candice is working! She remembers me and my order which is always a plus. I needed a pick-me-up and happen to see the Juice it up store, perfect! I am a carrot lover, so the "Rejuvenator" was very appealing to me. It is a blend of carrots, cucumbers, beets, apples and ginger. It is a raw juice blend that comes out red. Very good flavor and only 130 calories for a medium. I've been to this juice it up a few times when I've come to Redlands and all the employees have been very nice, well today that changed. There is one employee and I don't know her name because she isn't wearing a name tag but she was straight up rude. We came in and we weren't even welcomed, which isn't a big deal to me but we get to the register and she just stares at us sightly until we ordered.
