I visited the Redlands Alabama Street location with my daughter on June 6, 2026, at approximately 9:15-9:20 a.m. and had a very disappointing customer service experience. When we entered the store, we were not greeted. After waiting for some time, an employee came to take our order. As I asked questions about menu items, the employee appeared visibly annoyed, repeatedly rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and giggling while I was speaking. Her behavior made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. After taking our order, she began slamming doors, equipment, and machines while preparing our items. Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect they deserve. read more

Now usually I like this location but this morning. That lady wasn't happy yo be there or she just isn't a morning person. Came because of the anniversary cup give away. I was literally the 1st person there and to be told that the cup were given out before today was disappointed. Especially since the app has been sending notifications all week. I order my usually bowl and I dont know if inflation has gone to them or the lady just shorted me. My bowl was half way full. 10 dollars and only get half is discouraging. I've been a loyal Juice It Up customer for over a year and a rewards member, spending well over $200 a month. I'm vegan and have always brought my own plant-based protein due to dietary restrictions. I was previously told by Juice It Up that this was allowed, and I've done this consistently without issue at multiple locations -- including this one earlier this week. Unfortunately, my experience at the Redlands location was extremely disappointing. One employee Destiny refused to accept my protein, made an inaccurate claim that I damaged their blender, and displayed an unprofessional attitude. When I asked for the manager's name or how to contact management, that information was refused, which is not appropriate for a customer-facing business. I've given this location two chances, and both times were extremely disappointing. The first time I ordered an açaí bowl, the açaí itself tasted off like it was either old or poorly blended. I thought maybe it was just an off day or different employees, so I gave them another try. On my second visit, I ordered an açaí bowl again with specific toppings banana, strawberries, and granola. The bowl I received barely had half a banana, a tiny sprinkle of granola, and some of the toppings were completely missing. It was sloppy and felt thrown together with zero care. To make it worse, the employee entered her own number when processing my order, so I didn't get my points, and the receipt she handed me had no barcode for rewards tracking. That was the last straw for me. Sadly, I won't be coming back to this location. Juice It Up needs to seriously improve their customer service, consistency, and integrity. read more

Every time I go they refuse to make me a juice they told me they stop making them at 8 even though they close @9:30 and they always have to ask someone in the back and then once they come out and look at you they make the decision. I love getting smoothies from this place. The staff is so friendly and professional. My go to is usually the California cooler, it tastes like birthday punch but totally refreshing and satisfying. This last week I've been trying out the NEW seasonal Horchata. The original and strawberry were amazing. I couldn't taste the peanut butter version because I can't have peanut butter. But maybe one day they could substitute with sun butter. Any who. I've also had the açaí bowl couple of weeks ago and was a great filler for my standard lunch. Sadly this location doesn't take gift cards I believe the one in downtown Redlands does the girl at the register stated it doesn't take gift cards, ok pretty weird but what ever. I love Juice it Up! In fact, I prefer Juice It Up over Jamba Juice. This location, unfortunately, TAKES FOREVER! The guy who took my order (he was the one working here two other visits) just gave it to one of the girl employees to make so she made mine and two other customers. I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is at least scoop fast enough! Obviously I'm in my suit so employees should know to hurry up! Our lunch break is not long, sorry! I still love you, Juice It Up. It is a blend of carrots, cucumbers, beets, apples and ginger. It is a raw juice blend that comes out red. Very good flavor and only 130 calories for a medium. I go here at least a couple of times a week and I'm always greeted by a friendly smile and helpful service, especially if Candice is working! She remembers me and my order which is always a plus. There is one employee and I don't know her name because she isn't wearing a name tag but she was straight up rude.
