The place was empty when I went so no issues with waiting. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the drinks taste as good as I remember! I used to work in the same parking lot when this place opened and came here all the time. My only complaint was the temperature. It was a hot day outside and there was no air or ventilation inside, so waiting for our drinks was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully the drinks were cold! read more

Terrible service. We walked in and the guy that works there was MIA. He was elsewhere and walked in from outside the store. The next time we came here he made our smoothies with mostly ice and there was no flavor and he gave me a bad time about remaking it. I asked for a strawberry whirl, i removed the banana and asking for more strawberries, which is what i normally order. Ordered online this morning for a mobile pick up at 9:35 am. Hours show they are open online and on the store door. The order was accepted and when I went to pick it up the store was still closed. Ordered online and saw no bananas available I ordered the strawberry bowl and added blueberries, extra strawberries, and pineapple and of course was charged extra for each item. When I went into store to pick up my bowl i was told no pineapple and the blueberries were frozen. So he asked me if I would like extra strawberries. I said ok and I watched him cut up one strawberry. I was not offered any payment difference back for the other items that weren't available. I get home and the strawberry mixture was watery. I've ordered here 3 times. Once online, and when I got there, they were closed. Never got my money back. Second time, waited about 25 minutes for one drink!!! Third time, ordered ahead again and took 25 minutes for my 1 drink to be ready. Waited in store for 15 min. Why management schedules one new worker for a whole shift by herself? I went into citrus plaza (Redlands, ca) Jamba Juice today planned on ordering something but needed to use the restroom. I asked the girl behind counter THREE times if I could please use the restroom and she flat out ignored me. Terrible customer service we showed up craving a smoothie but they told us they didn't have any ingredients to make any smoothies. There was a guy before us that warned us that they didn't have any, he was clearly upset. Apparently he settled and got a juice but they made it "disgusting". I went in person to request a refund but the person at the counter could not help me with a refund and there is no manager present either. I haven't had a Jamba Juice in a while and was glad to be able to get my White Gummy fix. :) We stopped into this location and it is a cool spot with lots of other retailers in the plaza including Barnes & Noble, Chick Fil A and Macaroni Grill. Love all these spots. This location is pretty easy to spot and next to Starbucks. It's bright and clean. All precautions were adhered to: masks, partitions, social distancing & capacity max of 5 customers. Service was quick and friendly. Love the water feature with the statues of kids playing in the outdoor area. Lots of parking available in the lot. Recommended. read more

Wow this store is so fun! I love walking into the store after work to such an energized environment! The music is always on point at this location. The girls, not sure what their names are but I see them often in the afternoon/evenings are nice and helpful. First time here and will not return. How can you mess up a Jamba Juice PB and banana protein smoothie?! We ordered 3 of the same and the young man couldn't seem to get it straight. Took about 25 minutes for 3 smoothies, with only 2 people waiting in front of us who had already ordered. Although all of the smoothies ordered were the same, they all tasted different and one was unable to be drank through the straw. It was as if there was only PB and banana, with no milk or anything to liquify it enough to drink. Horrible service and not the tastiest smoothies. read more

The Drinks are not made correct, always watery and lacking flavor. There is usually always just ONE worker & it's extremely hot inside no AC & drinks come out room temperature. I have gone to this place for years and have had fairly good experiences, but since the pandemic they have refused to open the bathroom to customers. (I have usually been on the road for an hour when I get there and usually need to use it) They have said it is due to the pandemic and it isn't safe because of the surrounding area. They are quick to send you to surrounding businesses and a even given me the code to the Starbucks bathroom a couple of times. Really? Surrounding businesses have their bathrooms open, so you put your responsibility on them and inconvenience your customers?? They have been rude when I have asked about it. Last night exactly at 21:09pm, I walked into this place with my husband and sister. We were excited because Jamba is open till 10pm. I saw the front girl was cleaning the front desk area, so with respects I asked if she is still opens for business? (Since We all know at times online hours might be wrong or there's new hours listed and there wasn't any sign at the front of their door/ location regarding their hours). Long story short, the front girl (Vanessa) was all mad dog face without greed nicely or even kindly ask "what would you like to order? Anything I can help you? Any questions?" As customer service 101 manners!? Then I asked if I can order one of the drinks without certain things on it and substitute with something else, all she said "uh hu, uh hu.. anything else???" With an attitude and my husband also just ordered a drink then she charged us, gave back the receipt with her eyes rolling and grumpy face while we were just like "thank you". What disgusted me and pissed me off, not that I understand you're closing in an hour.. you don't have any other customer besides 3 of us and only 2 of us ordered, it was simple orders too! Then... the other worker while she made the drinks and went back to get something, Vanessa (AGAIN) had a nerve NOT WASHING HER HANDS after touched the mop and register, she wasn't patience enough for the other girl so she decided to pour our drinks and literally said "here it's ready!".
