Sharetea is such a cute little boba spot tucked into one of the busy Redlands shopping centers. It's a great place to stop when you're craving something cold and refreshing--especially on a hot day. When you walk in, the ordering setup is pretty modern. There are two giant touchscreens where most people place their orders, and there's also a handwritten note letting you know that pearls = boba . It looks like you can order at the counter as well, but there was a sign noting that the counter is cash only, so most people seem to use the kiosks. There's a decent amount of seating with both indoor tables and a few outdoor spots if you want to hang out for a bit. Our go-to here is the peach iced tea, which is super refreshing. My husband usually orders his with honey jelly, and I love the peach green tea with mango popping boba--it's delicious. If the place is busy, there can be a little bit of a wait, but the line moves pretty quickly and drinks usually come out fast. read more

Vibes not it. My daughter loves boba so we decided to try this place. The Girl with black hair by register gives mean girl vibes. I usually come here in the morning or early afternoon when I need a little boost to stay awake for the day. The inside is nice, making it a comfortable place to stop by. Very clean and bright little tea shop. Never had tea like this, I'm kind of an iced-water kinda guy. I was in the area for work and needed something to cool me down. Walked in and was greeted by a very welcoming and friendly staff. Lots of choices, but the honey tea jumped out to me. They asked if I wanted toppings, didn't even know that was a thing with tea, but there is a first for everything. The store was very clean, and this tea is probably one of the most refreshing things I've ever sipped on. Perfect after a job outside in the sun. That girl who was working upfront was just grumpy and made my whole experience so BLAH that I will never ever go there ever again period. I placed an order online and when I got there, I asked for it and she goes. Oh, we just canceled that by the way after I had already placed the order for about 15 to 17 minutes. They decide to cancel after and she goes "we don't have any lychee jelly" OK so if you didn't have it, why not instead of canceling my whole order call me with the number that's attached to my order and ask me if I would like to substitute anything else we ended up ordering drinks with just Boba instead of Leche jelly which we could have already gotten done in the first place but they just decided to cancel the order funny enough. The next people that come in behind us she tells them that they're out of Bobo when we just placed our drinks with the two different types of Boba they offer so I'm not sure how they just ran out magically. It seems like the three people working there tonight did not wanna work and when we first got there at 8 PM by the way an hour and a half before they even close the lights were dim and they were all giggling behind the register. I get customer service isn't for everyone, but it's bare minimum. My now husband and I got married 2 weeks ago and we wanted to have something that represented us both. We are both avid boba drinkers and Sharetea tops one of our favorite places. We weren't sure if they catered boba, but they do and even delivery for you! We reached out to Sharetea via email and worked with Anthony. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. He was able to accommodate our later delivery time as we wanted boba to be our wedding party favors. We ordered 150 cups and were able to change the toppings, flavors and sweetness levels. Boba arrived on time and in ice chests to maintain the coldness. And let me tell you...the boba was the fastest thing to go! It was a huge hit among our guests. We even tried to hide 2 cups to take home but someone found them haha. We received compliments on the great taste and perfect drink to end the night. Anthony followed up with us the following day and the service from Sharetea was above and beyond! We received a card and gift from Sharetea for our wedding. Visited on 7/16/25 around 6pm. Walked into cafe and wasn't greeted by the 3 workers (1 asian male and 2 females). Instead they ignored us and continued their conversation. They weren't even working behind the counters, just idling and yapping. Cafe was very dirty and our table had trash left on it. There was even a big beetle on the floor. Instead of cleaning the tables and floors, they ignores it and chose to talk to each other instead. Went here with friends because I was craving boba. When I got here, I went straight to the ordering section which is on the other side from the entrance. I was standing there waiting to order and there were three workers just standing there chatting. I was not greeted at all until I said something and then someone came to take my order. I was about to order my usual, that I order at the Rancho Cucamonga location, a green Thai iced tea. I thought all ShareTea are the same, but apparently not and they don't care that. So I just ordered a regular Thai iced tea. When my order was ready, they gave it to me and the cup was wet/sweaty. They didn't even wipe it to dry it. At the other ShareTea location they wipe the cup before handing it to the customer so it's not wet/sweaty. As I was trying to enjoy my drink while out, it tasted a little too sweet for my liking. I ordered 0% sweet. I had to let it water down. The ambiance of this location was chill. They only had a few seats/tables, maybe they are still practicing social distancing or maybe because it's a small area. One of my items from my order was missing the ice cream on top. We called ShareTea since order was DoorDashed. ShareTea refused to accommodate their mistake. Stated it was DoorDash fault for making the drink wrong. ShareTea associate stated to call DoorDash for refund, but it was not the drivers fault, and I will not do that since that will hurt the driver. Never again ordering from here. read more

This Sharetea location is really hit or miss. It used to be a solid spot to come to for good quality boba and drinks, but the past few times that we've come in, we have left feeling disappointed with what we ordered. We switch it up with what we order each time we come in. Some staples for us though, are the taro milk tea, the strawberry ice blended drink, and the Okinawa pearl milk tea. As mentioned, the drink quality has been subpar. For the milk teas, it's been gritty like the drink wasn't portioned right or shaken for long enough. And the ice blended drink was gritty as well because it was too icy. The boba has been either hard (as if it's been hanging out for a while), or it's too chewy (like it was overcooked). Not sure what has been going on with quality control, but we hope that they can improve. read more

I came here the other day while I was in area with a craving for boba! I came in and they were pretty busy, but the line was moving quickly and they were working fast. Everything was really clean. I didn't want anything super heavy, so I ordered the "Passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit" tea. The prices were fair and the staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my tea, but felt that the grapefruit was a bit overpowering over the passion fruit and orange flavors. I would've enjoyed a little more passion fruit and orange flavor. I really really really did not want to write an update review but this has happened too many times. I order the SAME drinks every single time (QQ Happy Family, Hokkaido and Okinawa). This time it really upset me because I ordered for someone else and they STILL messed up both our orders! QQ Happy Family consists of jelly, boba, pudding and red bean. I ALWAYS ask for subbing out red beans and adding more jelly instead. I ordered the same drink for someone else and on the label of both of our drinks it literally states "sub out rb for jelly," yet they still put red bean in both our drinks. They didn't put more jelly either.. if anything, it was less than the normal amount. To make the situation worse, they run out of mini boba.... I really hope another boba spot opens up by this place. Because they continue to add red bean into my drink even though I specifically ask for NO RED BEAN. What if someone has a severe allergy to it? The Sharetea brand is my favorite. They have them everywhere, even out here in Arizona. But this is the ONLY location that manages to mess up my order every single time. They should get an award for it. They're reckless! As a franchise, I think Sharetea is aight and a bit pricier than other chains out there (Ding Tea, Quickly, etc). For a large sea salt creme brulee, less ice, it was almost $6. Even with really thorough mixing, it still tasted scathingly sweet like syrup. Instead of a sea salt or creme brulee flavor it tasted super artificial. Like think of a low tier chain boba egg pudding, extracting the syrup from that and putting it in this drink. I usually guzzle down my drinks and it was a pain to finish this. Service was really nice thought and I did like the photo opp. They do have stamp cards (though they're gonna switch to a digital point system starting next year, so you better use your stamp cards!). read more

Such a yummy boba and tea spot! This little place located in Mountain Grove makes delicious drinks and slushies with various toppings including adding ice cream to your drink. I usually get a Thai or taro slushy with ice cream blended to add the extra creaminess. But their menu is full of drinks and toppings to add onto to make your perfect potion! The area is limited on parking since it's at a plaza so it may be difficult to get super close up parking but nothing crazy. The place is always super clean and cute with available indoor and outdoor sitting. If you go on a weekend evening or Friday you might see a band playing in the main area so you can make a whole cute little trip on it. Make sure to check it out and let me know what drink you chose. Just bought the golden retriever and the boba milks tea yesterday! The staff was so careless! He didn't check if the drinks were properly sealed! The seals were opened and the drink were spilled in the bag and my car! The staff used the mop he mopped the counter to wipe the drink cup.... I was really excited to learn that Sharetea was coming to Redlands. They are located in the Mountain Grove Shopping Center near Meek House and California Fish Grill Grill in Redlands. The staff was friendly but not as knowledgeable when I had asked for recommendations on specific teas. Instead, I was shown photos of their products, which I could have looked at even without asking for recommendations. Anyway, I ended up ordering a Hawaiian Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly. It was good but super sweet. The interior of the shop is clean, bright, and open. There are tables and chairs in the shop, but I don't believe it's meant to accommodate customers long term. They also have a comfy little couch inside the shop. There is a small parking lot right by Share Tea but it is limited. However, there are plenty of parking spots throughout the Mountain Grove Shopping Center so walking to Share Tea is probably the easiest. The price of the drinks at Share Tea is average -- compared to other boba and tea shops in the area. Overall, I had a decent experience. I would need to remember to ask for less sugar in my drink the next tIme I come to Share Tea. read more
