Odd, as the lights were on, and the sidewalk signs were out. At least 7 other patrons also tried to enter and all of us were frustrated. With the insulting prices they charge, it might be best to be open and serve customers. After reading a lot of negative reviews it looks like a return visit will not happen. The staff was so helpful and friendly. She was patient and gave in to some basic small chat. My only complaint there was that after every ice cream she'd say "Will that be all for you today?". There's 3 of us and we only ordered one ice cream, so no lol. Maybe try "Can I get you anything else today?" My other complaint is the temperature of the store itself. For an ice cream shop it was so warm and uncomfortable, we couldn't wait to get outside.
