However, I was really disappointed by how that policy was handled tonight. My 4-year-old daughter and I sat down briefly at one of the outdoor tables and were asked to leave because we were not customers. For context, it was a Wednesday around 7 PM, approximately 97 degrees outside, and the business was nearly empty. There were multiple open tables both inside and outside, so we were certainly not preventing a paying customer from having a seat. Again, I understand the policy. What I don't understand is the lack of discretion or basic hospitality in enforcing it under these circumstances--particularly toward a parent with a small child in extreme heat. We weren't a large group taking over the patio, creating a disturbance, or occupying the last available table. Sometimes good customer service is knowing when a rule needs to be enforced and when a little kindness costs absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that while we weren't customers tonight, we won't be customers in the future either.

This is a self-serve frozen yogurt establishment. When you enter you are greeted by 2 walls (see my…read morepics) of self-serve taps of about 20 different flavors. But you'll walk past these, and get your cup from the cashier in the back. Their yogurt is sold by weight (this includes all toppings and sauces - see my pics). I really liked that this method allowed me to mix and match flavors - I had 4 different flavors of yogurts (see my pic). In our case our eyes were bigger than our stomachs - it was easy to get plenty. Even though we were new, we saw regulars who knew exactly what and how they wanted their frozen yogurt. (Not all toppings are put on the top, BTW!). The frozen yogurt was super creamy and tasty. We found some of the flavors were very sweet.
