This is a self-serve frozen yogurt establishment. When you enter you are greeted by 2 walls (see my pics) of self-serve taps of about 20 different flavors. But you'll walk past these, and get your cup from the cashier in the back. Their yogurt is sold by weight (this includes all toppings and sauces - see my pics). I really liked that this method allowed me to mix and match flavors - I had 4 different flavors of yogurts (see my pic). In our case our eyes were bigger than our stomachs - it was easy to get plenty. Even though we were new, we saw regulars who knew exactly what and how they wanted their frozen yogurt. I don't come here very often but today I was craving some things sweet and usually when I come, they're out of my favorite flavor but they had it. The lady was pretty rude to me when I walked in. I didn't get any hello not even a how are you didn't feel welcome right off the bat. I asked the lady a couple questions and she seemed like she didn't want to answer any of them. Even the toppings area was spotless, which is a challenge at self-serve FroYo places such as this. Nubi offered a strong line-up of choices - tart, fruity, standard, no sugar-added, low fat - you get the idea. Most folks will find something to please their palate. you'd like a taster, just ask the staff. I chose the medium bowl and allowed myself a super splurge! I got 3 flavors: pomegranate raspberry tart, watermelon sorbet and taro. All delicious!perfect on this hot day... but let's be real, any day is a good day for FroYo!!! Such a cute spot--super colorful, bright, and perfect for a quick treat. It was exactly what I was craving. The self-serve format is fun (and a little dangerous... so many toppings!), and everything looks super clean. The staff was nice and helpful when I asked about flavors. The best froyo in the area with the best toppings. The service here's is amazing they constantly check and wipe down the machines. The ambiance is nice and tranquil although not that many seats but the aesthetic and vibe of the place is nice. And don't forget to get the rewards system as well to save money. read more

Stopped by today for a treat. Prepared my yogurt with much love and thought. I went up to pay and tapped my card, then the monitor froze. Cashier asked us to pay cash instead but we did not have cash on us. So we had to leave the already prepared food and leave empty handed. Once their machine rebooted (I was away from the store) my card was charged. The decent thing to do would have been to give the yogurt and ask us to just come again as a returning customer. Instead they will throw away the yogurt. And they still charged us and we left empty handed. Never returning again. Will support Yogurtland across the street instead. The employees don't have to serve you, you make it yourself and add how much you would like. The fruit there is fresh and they have lots of topics to choose from. Really glad I finally checked them out! Even though I couldn't get my own self-serve yogurt and toppings, they did a nice job giving me just the right amount (okay, I would have added more toppings given the chance...). Vanilla,chocolate,tart,taro tart,pineapple,mango,strawberry,yellow cake batter, and a few more I forgot. Clean and keep up staff are friendly and helpful. The frozen yogurt was just ok nothing to special. It's was your basic frozen yogurt place. I wanted it to be better than my current favorite frozen yogurt place tutti frutti but it doesn't even compare. Nubi yogurt flavors are one note and nothing to remember. Oh, this BOOM of yogurt across southern California is quite an adventure. They seem to be popping up everywhere since Pinkberry decided to expand its chain. Thankfully, such yogurt joints like NUBI YOGURT have original flavors and styles of it's own. In this area of Redlands you're sure to find new up and coming businesses venturing out to expose you to different trends. And with Summer hitting areas like this, Nubi is a great addition. It's a self-serving yogurt joint in which, in their own words, "offer you the freedom to create your own delicious yet guilt-free frozen treat." Although its menu boasts of 16 different flavors, you are offered 10 of these flavors. And since it's new, sampling is absolutely encouraged and because it's self-serving, sample as much as you like. They offer the same toppings as others, although I thought it was original of them to offer chips of mint chocolate, bits of lychee (as oppose to the whole sized ones), and watermelon. The size of your cup doesn't matter. What does is HOW MUCH STUFF you put in it? The heavier the treat, the pricier it can get, but if you must do the math it's about .36 cents an oz. When I stumble upon a new yogurt place, I need to sample their Original Yogurt first. This helps me determine whether the place is more like a frosty-soft serve than something of yogurt texture. The Original Tart at NUBI is quite tart, perfectly sour and quite sweet. I did not exactly enjoy the Dole Pineapple Soft Serve (keep in mind, they change their flavors every week), and I felt the French Vanilla was a perfect vanilla flavor. This place is pretty hip, too. Walk in to the music of something like KOST 103, but take a look at the walls and the tranquility of blue is quite pleasant. Seating is available indoors and out, with bar stools along the side of the window and funky blue benches and a round orange table outside. This place will definitely be a hit! Oh, and the service. I came here about 15 mins before they close but I was just craving frozen yogurt for some reason and was just glad I made it. Although they were practically all cleaned up and ready to go the girls were all still really nice and I appreciate that they didn't act annoyed that I was there after they cleaned everything (I would have been annoyed AF). I got 3 yogurts to go (my sister and brother in law were in the mood too) their prices are really good I filled them all the way and it came up to $16. Their fruit is really good it's always fresh and it doesn't come from cans. I love the way they chop everything really small too I hate big chunks of fruit in my yogurt. I always go with the original tart you can never go wrong. I also sampled the strawberry cake flavor and the banana flambé. They were really good too just a little sweet. Ok, let me just say that I've been here a few times before and I've had a good experience but tonight was super weird. Two young girls were working and they seemed new. One of the girls was dropping f-bombs like crazy (which I do, but not at work). They were also playing Fucking Problems by ASAP Rocky and Drake and it was turned out so loud you could here every "fuck" and "shit" in the song. There are kids in here, come on. Every song that came on before and after had lots of cursing and sex. Super awkward when I'm sitting next to a child.
