The ice cream and mix ins are good, there is really no denying the reputation that is Cold Stone Creamery. The staff was so helpful and friendly. She was patient and gave in to some basic small chat. My only complaint there was that after every ice cream she'd say "Will that be all for you today?". There's 3 of us and we only ordered one ice cream, so no lol. This location is busy throughout the day it seems. So be prepared to wait. The workers are nice and they make your ice cream the best way they can for you. It appears they have great friendships and regular customers. The ice cream is always delicious ! It's fresh and they generally always have the toppings you could want! My only complaint is the mix ins aren't always properly balanced / mixed in all the time. It's not consistent among everyone. Sometimes I get big pieces of pecans and they're not even cut. I do get it perfectly done at times too but I wish it was like that all the time. If you don't get mix ins then your fine, they ice cream alone is really good! I like their seasonal flavors too! Unfortunately, on one of the cakes, the purple icing wasn't available, so I had to wait for them to put an alternative color. I picked blue. Like I said, I ordered in advance, so it would have been nice for them to call and ask what color instead of making me wait for them to rush write it. The writing was super messy on both cakes. I don't like complaining, but when you spend 50 plus on each cake, you'd think they'd try to do better. The cakes were ok. There are sidewalks through the parking lots to the stores. We arrived on a mid-week day, in the late morning. Our customer service was good, and at-the-time COVID protocols were met. We visited my local Cold Stone Creamy last night at 9:45 pm, which was 15mins before they closed. We were turned away because they had a line, and by the time they finished serving the people already in line, it would be 10:00 p.m-according to Nora. That is absolutely absurd! If you close at 10 p.m., you close at 10 p.m., correct? Or is it the employees leave at 10 p.m.? And, if that is the case, the store needs to change their hours to reflect that. Haven't been to a Cold Stone in a really long time, came in here after lunch with some friends. I ordered a small ("Like it") sweet cream with brownie add-in (one free add-in). It was okay, even though I personally wasn't in the mood for it. However, it definitely wasn't what I was expecting, it was a much softer texture more akin to gelato in my opinion. Overall, the service was pretty fast since well we were the only ones there. Inside there was only two tables, each with two chairs inside, however there is ample outdoor seating. I used to get the cup sizes but decided to go for the container sizes so we can have leftovers. My advice would be don't. The reason I love their ice cream and their creations are their mix-ins. But I have paid almost $30 TWICE for basically a tub of chocolate ice cream. I've been here enough to know how much mix-ins they use for the gotta have it size.
