My only complaint is the mix ins aren't always properly balanced / mixed in all the time. It's not consistent among everyone. Sometimes I get big pieces of pecans and they're not even cut. We were turned away because they had a line, and by the time they finished serving the people already in line, it would be 10:00 p.m-according to Nora. That is absolutely absurd!
