Quality is good, portions/ sizes seem to have gotten less or they are adding less. And the service, horrible. Rude, lack of empathy, and dismissive attitude. Went in today for a bowl and a smoothie and customer service is bad. Not welcoming at all, straight-unpleasant face, the girl "Lilly" did not seem like she wanted to be there. The store is clean & everyone was so friendly... but the last month it's just been so inconsistent... the customer service is below par... on Friday I tried to order on the app & it wouldn't let me so I called, they said they shut it down around 7:30... they close at 8 so I left my house got here at 7:50 then she tells me no fresh juice or açaí bowls& that's what I order. This is the best costumer service I've ever received! I went in yesterday (September 7) and Ameris was very helpful and did a great job of preparing my order. I loved how she made everything in a timely manner and did not hesitate to ask if I need anything else. I highly recommend coming to this juice it up specifically since the customer service is 10/10!
