Additionally, we were told that there were no sugar-free options available for a fizz drink, which was surprising because we have ordered sugar-free fizz options from Dutch Bros many times before. Tried Dutch Bros for the first time and ordered the blended Palm Beach lemonade (peach + pomegranate). One sip and my mouth instantly dried out like it was trying to file a complaint. The sugar level was so intense even my 13 and 17 year‑olds, who normally treat sugar like a hobby... tapped out. It tasted like someone blended a Jolly Rancher and said "good luck." My daughter got the iced lemonade Vampire Slayer with strawberry popping boba, and that one was another shock to the system. Between the tartness and the sugar, our faces were doing gymnastics. I genuinely don't know who's drinking these drinks, but it's not anyone in my household. I'm not a coffee person, so I can't speak on their espresso game, but the juice‑based drinks? Hard pass. To preface, we've never had Dutch Bros before today, but had a gift card and figured we would try it. We're keto but we figured we could cheat today and get a treat. On the app, we ordered two hot drinks (chai latte and a hot chocolate) and requested 1/2 & 1/2 for our milk base on both (I just wanted a steamer, so I subbed the chocolate milk for breve) and had a couple of small modifications (add whipped cream, 1/2 sweet, and I added one syrup flavor). Mine was made with chocolate milk (it wasn't subbed for 1/2&1/2 like I ordered) and was insanely sweet. I couldn't drink more than a few sips and decided to give up and throw it out. My husband's just tasted like 1/2 with a splash of some kind of syrup in it... with no chai. Literally it was a chai latte with no chai. His was closer to what I ordered than mine was lol. But the part that just made us both confused was that his hot chai latte, in a hot cup, was served with REFRIGERATOR-COLD 1/2&1/2. Like his "hot" latte wasn't even steamed... just poured straight from the fridge into his cup. He noticed it when we got in the car, but at the time both of us just wanted to get home and figured there must have been some misunderstanding and we would microwave it. I'm still wondering why anyone thought it made sense to put a cold latte in a hot cup? Or how they got it mixed up so bad when I re-read my order and it's not even that complicated. The "chai" latte is in a ceramic mug in my photos because we had to heat it in the microwave at home. All I can say is... we won't be back. Maybe if you don't customize drinks it would be fine... but I'm not taking my chances when we basically wasted $10 on drinks we couldn't even drink. read more

First time visiting Dutch Bros Coffee. This location is just on the outside of Mountain Grove Shopping Center. It's a hop skip and a jump from the Residence Inn on San Bernardino Ave, Redlands. Several cars were in the drive through on a Sunday morning and the walk up window just completed a transaction. The Broista was knowledgeable and kindly answered our questions. Really great service. He even let us take a photo of their t shirt which reads "Dutch Mafia" on the back of it. Hubby got a large iced Golden Eagle Chai w/sweet cream. Since I already had decaf at our hotel, I chose a refreshing strawberry lemonade. I tasted his coffee and it's not something I would order. Great experience getting our beverages here. I don't like writing reviews. I also hate complaining about my order. I usually take the high road and call it a day, but my friend did not like her drink either so we went back. Our drinks were remade. The original complaint was that they were milky. Her drink came back even more milky and mine had no syrup in it. I had 3 syrups in mine. When I looked back it looks like the worker was looking for a reaction. It was extremely rude. We come to this location often and had never been treated like that. I've been going to DB for years in Oregon when we visit family and friends there and have been to many locations. Visited this location again today and as I drove up I saw there was one person standing outside the order window so I decided to park instead of going through the drive-thru. Big mistake. Huge! I watched for over 15 minutes as the drive-thru line cycled through all the people in line as I waited for my one drink. The drink was then given to me and was 3/4 full of ice and an inch or more from being full. So I basically got a small for the price of a large. Nice. This was my first time trying Dutch Bros, and unfortunately I was really disappointed. I saw a lot of advertisement for their new matcha series, so I decided to go try their lavender matcha drink. When I got my drink I really appreciated the aesthetics of it, but it did not taste like matcha at all. It tasted like sweet watered down milk with minimal floral notes. If you're looking for matcha definitely go to a local shop or even Starbucks! I tried my friend's iced coffee and it was really good, so I do recommend the iced coffees here. I would also like to mention the obnoxious and explicit music they were playing in their work area. I went through the drive through, and I could barely hear the lady at the register talking to me.
