Many other spots being a weekly trip. I was hoping to add this one to the rotation but sadly it did not make the cut. The most important aspect is the ingredients and taste. There are not many fresh fruit choices. The one I choose, blueberry, were over ripe, not even cool but room temp and mushy. The granola and almonds were stale. Thats a first for me out of many places I've been. The dates were dried, not fresh and so hard I had to be careful. Any other place I've been to were fresh dates. The ones here, besides being hard, were also covered in something white that the staff didn't know what it was. That brings me to customer service. The man who served us was impatient, trying to force us through the line. (Initially no one in front or behind us) We were not quick enough so he took the people who walked in behind even though we had questions and they did have another employee there available to take the new arrivals. It was not what I had hoped for in a first experience. Its also not easy to get to, so you would think that might matter to the staff. It didnt. It was pretty expensive too for not being fresh. I tried the blue coconut base. That was good but it didn't save the rest. I'm still head tilting on some of these reviews. A few even show as new account and only one review. This place? Check out the one just below me. If you want higher stars, train your people better and don't bulk buy so much that some people end up with stale bowls. We won't be back. I'd suggest any other of the build your own or acai/smoothie places before I'd ever recommend this one. Serious sad face emoji!

There were plenty of seats and the cashiers were polite. The place was clean, and well-kept. It's definitely more of a casual, and convenient stop rather than a super aesthetic or trendy place that you go to for photos. In terms of food/drinks we first ordered a mango pineapple smoothie. I will say the smoothie was super yummy and I would give it a 5/5. I would come back just to try their other smoothie flavors! We also ordered an açaí bowl and I would give the açaí bowl a 3/5. I felt that the granola was not super crunchy and it was borderline slightly stale. While I love when places put a lot of granola, I felt that there was too much granola compared to actual açaí. I also felt that the bananas and strawberries were too ripe for my liking. However it was a decent açaí-just not something super special or great. Finally, the sandwich was yummy but definitely a bit burnt. Didn't complain but something that the employees can work on in the future. The sandwich would have been way better if it wasn't burnt. Overall, a solid place with plenty of good food/drinks choices. Nothing mind-blowing or extremely spectacular. The smoothie, however, was very delicious and I would come back just to try their other smoothie flavors/drinks.

Unfortunately, our experience with Nataly at Nékter was disappointing. She barely spoke to us, didn't greet us, and came across as unfriendly and completely disengaged. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her by just being there. For a place that charges premium prices, I expect the customer service to reflect that -- welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. It's frustrating to see someone in a customer-facing role show such a lack of interest or care. A little effort goes a long way, especially in the service industry. read more

It was so slick that you have to be extremely careful because it's very easy to lose your footing and slide. My elderly family member nearly slipped, which was a frightening experience. What made the situation even more disappointing was the staff's response. They were completely unhelpful and showed little concern after seeing that my elderly family member almost fell. A little empathy or concern would have gone a long way, but instead it felt like they simply didn't care. The prices were also higher than what I felt the products were worth. Nothing really stood out or impressed me enough to justify the cost. Everything was just standard and fairly ordinary, with nothing unique or memorable about the selection. Overall, between the unsafe slippery floors, the lack of concern from the staff, and the overpriced, average products, I left feeling disappointed. I hope improvements are made to both customer service and safety before I consider returning.
