Terrible !!! 1.This place is friggin filthy. Every single table is disgusting as a couple of teenage girls with sloppy unclean hair everywhere. it in thier face and falling out from beneath the uniform hat. 2. 2 girls working here will completely ignore you when you ask for the restroom key. My husband is a military veteran & these girls humiilated him and ignored him when he needed to use the restroom. He is a senior and he almost had an accident before they let him n there. Theuy only let him in there becauise after I asked and the girl with all the hair in her face ignored me, i went back again after five minutes and started screaming MY HUSBAND NEEDS THE RESTROOM KEY! Hurry HES GOING TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT!!! The family letting all thier millions of kids finally said Hey its ok please go we can wait.. The girl grabbed the restroom key and threw it on another counter and ran to the back of the kitchen where I couldnt see her.. My husband is a nice senior man and he is not some creep to be treated that way. 3. You can walk straight back into the kitchen and they wouldn't even notice! The music is BLASTING!!! This is why...... 4.It Takes so long!!! plus when being forced to order off trhe app you hve to put a stall number because they dont want you inside. Even the red bell is wired up so no one can reach it to call for service :....( It was such a hard slap in the face!! It's probably even twice as filthy in the back. I literally had to walk into the kitchen and scream at them because they had the rock 'n' roll music blasting way too loud. We're never doing this again. We'll just make our own Sunday at home or go through the drive-through at McDonald's. I'd like to add that there are no workers at the front, you cannot go to the cash register and order. You have to do it through the app or through the drive-through. They do not want to see you!!! That should tell you what this place is really about. There are no refills on a full priced soda!!!! No Napkins! NOTHNG HERE!!! p.s. I ordered double fudge and double toppings that I never got, plus a full meal so its not like I didnt pay to use that restroom. He was only in there 3 seconds. Never Again. Im filing a charge back and I hope they fire those two filthy brats@! Im calling the health department. Maybe then they will learn some gosh dang respect for the customers. read more

This place is SUUUUUPPPPER slow. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins without it moving at all, I parked and went inside. It's been 20 mins since I've ordered and I'm still sitting in here, waiting for my order. All I've heard is complaints about customers getting mad at them and complaints about a coworker being 20+ minutes late. Overall not professional at all and not a place that I'd enjoy taking my family to for a meal. Gross food, horrible prices even with coupons, sprite tastes the way sewer water smells, the screen lied about the person being on their way with our food. I stopped by Sonics about a week ago had been meaning to post this review but got a little busy . Its so true what they say about customer service people will complain about every little thing right away. But seldom do they take the time to thank people for doing a great job, So my apologies... The food was really good I had a smash burger and fries , I had to try the picklerita slush .. it was pretty darn good perfect for a hot day. But the best part to be honest was the young man who helped me with my order. I was greeted by Isaac in the drive thru , he was super nice even when I told him that my phone had just died and couldn't unlock my credit card I was stressing out but he was so kind and told me he would try it anyway luckily it was unlocked and I was able to pay for my order . He was super cool about the situation even though he was very busy and trying to get the line moving . He really made my day with his kindness. I will definitely be back Thank you Issac read more

Worst Sonic we've ever been to. They did not give us the toast included in the chicken dinner, didn't put the lime I paid extra for in my drink, didn't give us the sauces we requested, and their mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them. On top of that they're super slow. read more

This Sonic location is poorly ran. For starters, you have employees running back and forth from customers cars back to the restaraunt with no care to check if cars are coming into the drive thru. Secondly, Im trying to understand how it took over 10 minutes to have my order ready when I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. Finally, $54 later when I arrived at home to feed my family, I come to find out my order was completely wrong. I ordered 3 corndog meals and got hamburgers with fries instead if tater tots. What a complete failure of service. I highly dont recommend this establishment and wont be supporting this local business like I do with other establishments in Beaumont. read more
