It was good... I ordered the whisky in the jar burger with fries and an Ice tea.. It was a decent burger.. The toppings were tasty, the burger patty itself was a struggle for flavor.. The fries where piping hot and crispy. The fries were actually really good.. They had a nice coating and crisp to them.. I also had an ice tea (brewed ice tea) and it was refreshing for a hot day.. I was in there early for lunch so there wasn't very many people inside.. My server was very friendly and attentive.. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were as well.. Would I come back? Yes.. The prices were reasonable especially when food in the same parking lot is somewhat close in price, go to fire rock and enjoy the ambiance..

I stood inside for 4-5 minutes without seeing anyone that worked there. So I went to the side of the kitchen where there was a door and saw someone in there. I peaked inside and said hello, and this female staff member lost her marbles and basically said how unacceptable it was that I did that and basically chased me out of the restaurant. I only did that because we had my 83 year old handicap grandfather and our small dog with us on a hot day so I was hoping to just get some water for both of them. Instead she continued to have the worst attitude I ever experienced from a restaurant staff member. To the owners, I highly recommend you watch tape of her attitude towards me, and watch my poor grandfather have to hobble out of your establishment due to your terrible employee. She claimed to be the only one working so it should be easy to figure out who she is, she didn't have a name tag on. She should be fired. We were there today, which is 6-1-26 at 11:40am if you have any aspiration to better your business, I encourage you to watch camera footage of her terrible attitude towards your customers. We'll never be back but you should honestly fire her.

I pulled into Sonic and immediately second guessed myself the line was longer than I expected and I almost turned around. But I'm really glad I didn't. Despite the wait the line moved faster than it looked and the service was surprisingly smooth. I was helped by Isaac who made the whole experience feel a lot more relaxed. He was calm confident and made sure everything was taken care of without missing a beat. You can tell he's someone who knows how to handle pressure it definitely made a difference in how I felt sitting there. Food was hot drinks were perfectly made and the vibe was chill even with the crowd. Honestly, I left in a better mood than I came in and that's not something I usually say after fast food. I hope the staff gets credit for how well they handled a busy shift. Shoutout to Isaac for being the kind of person who turns a long wait into a pleasant experience. read more

He had a big smile on his face, quick with my order, and even made sure I had extra ketchup without me asking (if you know me...I'm a pretty saucy gal ). Honestly that's king behavior. You can tell Isaac loves his job and there was something about the way he said to "have a good day" that actually made me feel like I was going to have a good day. Honestly the vibe was 1000/10. He had a huge smile on his face, brought my order out fast, and even made sure I had more than enough ketchup without me asking (if you know me, I'm a pretty saucey gal). We were excited to go try out this new place in town, but we left disappointed. To start off, their menu is straight up above your head at the cashier which makes it almost impossible to see while you're ordering. This is especially an issue if it's your first time and you're not sure what to order. Next, the service was very slow. Not only is the food slow, but it's a problem when you want a drink refill. They don't have self serve machines like 90% of fast food restaurants do, so it's very inconvenient to stand there waiting for a refill. Me and my mother came to this place of business for food wasting our time waiting around for our food, for close to 30 minutes! Once we receive the food this stupid guy named Gabriel comes up to our vehicle with the wrong size drink and then once my mom got irritated this dude began shaking his head like we caused the problem! Piece of shit worker! I don't know how sonic is finding these workers but they need to be fired or retrained because this was unacceptable. I come here about once or twice a month and i never have had a problem even during busy hours. The food always comes out fresh and hot and the carhops are always kind and helpful (ANALISE) has been the carhop the last couple times we went and she is so kind, sweet, and always has a smile! Don't even bother! Nothing on my order was right. Ordered a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger bunless with mayo and mustard and received no sauce at all. One patty only had cheese on half. Ordered an all American hot dog with only mustard and onions and also received ketchup on it. They didn't bring our drinks and were super rude as well. Wish I could give zero stars read more
