I really wanted this visit to be better than it was, especially given the price point and the reputation of this brand. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas. Let's start with the biggest issue: cleanliness. The counter area felt cluttered and messy, with cups and items sitting out, and the overall space just didn't feel as clean or well-kept as it should be for a food establishment. When you're serving ice cream -- something people associate with freshness -- the environment matters a lot. This location missed that mark. The ice cream itself was... fine. Not bad, but not memorable either. It didn't feel special enough to justify the cost. Which brings me to the price -- we spent close to $50 on a few cups of ice cream, and that is honestly hard to swallow when the experience is this average. I don't mind paying more when the quality, cleanliness, and service reflect it, but that wasn't the case here. Service was okay but very transactional. No warmth, no extra care, no real effort to elevate the experience. Again, not terrible -- just disappointing. For the amount being charged, I expected more attentiveness and pride in both service and presentation. Overall, this visit felt rushed, overpriced, and poorly maintained. I've had much better experiences at other locations, which makes this one especially frustrating. With better upkeep, more attention to cleanliness, and improved service, this place could easily do better -- but as it stands, it doesn't live up to the cost or expectations. I hope this location takes feedback seriously, because right now, it's hard to justify returning. read more

Walked in around 7pm. Took about 2 minutes for two girls to finally walk out from the back and kept their conversation going. They did not acknowledge us what's so ever and continued talking to each other till they got their gloves on. Finally they stopped their conversation and asked what we wanted. Got one ice cream and when we asked for a lid to go the girl grabbed a lid and slid it across their dirty counter to instead of handing it over. Horrible service. Ice cream was still good. read more

My guilty pleasure chocolate & peanut butter perfection. I really try try to stay away from sweets, but once n awhile when I'm feeling it this is where I end up. Employees always seem to be enjoying their job and really treat customers with kindness. Lots to choose from! They even carry a dairy free option. read more

The two girls working on 7/10/2025 closing literally rolled their eyes at each other and my friend as we asked them to fix an Oreo ice cream that clearly tasted out of compliance with a sour taste. I was helped by a young lady name Zana (I apologize if i spelled that wrong; message me and ill change it ) She was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and made my order exactly how I requested it. Every time I order through door dash from this location they mess up my order. Literally every single time and I order the same thing each time. This time they didn't even bother mixing in my toppings. I asked for strawberries and brownie to be mixed in and I got a side cup with a half brownie and two small strawberries. A great addition to the new construction in this area. The line was out-the-door during the first few days but even on a weekend it has slowed down since. The employees always have a smile on their faces and work quickly. If you haven't had it, Cold Stone is some of the best flavored ice cream. Creamy ice cream, with your option to customize whatever you want with toppings / sauces mixed in or set on top. You also have the option of going with one of their house favorites which you seriously can't go wrong with any decision. The music was full blast, constantly using profanity. I was really glad I didn't bring my kids. It's comforting to know that the manager actually cares to make sure that corrections are made, and it def shows. I live in OC but was in the area and wanted some ice cream, brought my 4 and 8 year old nephews along with me. Everyone knows kids can be undecisive especially when it comes to food. When we entered we were greeted very nicely. I ordered my ice cream and then my 4 year old started his order, I guess he said something but then decided he didn't want it anymore, the person behind the counter was very patient with him and nice enough to discard the ice cream and start from scratch. They always have the restroom closed sign on and I always see the employees come out of the bathroom. Well I went in and really had to use the bathroom. So I go in and of course it's fine! My husband said they all talking crap that I used the restroom. As soon as I come out, they lock the door and made my ice cream horrible and threw it in the cup. I am a paying customer that really needed the restroom. I just couldn't believe they acted the way they did. Like come on you can't clean the restroom so you lock it up.
