Just wanted to say I am at Yogurtland quite frequently. I love their yogurt and they have good customer service. Usually I get hot fudge sundaes but I wait patiently for Valentines when they have the choc covered strawberry flavor. My favorite. I went I twice during Valentines week and no choc covered strawberry even tho I had seen it advertised. Third time I went they had it but it was not the one they have previously had. Thus one was just a Choc yogurt and strawberry swirl. Not the same at all plus the choc was darker and quite watery .I was so disappointed...considering it's only out once a year. Nothing against Yucaipa but if this is a new version I won't be buying it again. Huge disappointment read more

I visited today for the first time in a long time. It was sad to see how much it went downhill as far as cleanliness. Not sure if the owners are different or not. The area where the cups are clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while. It had dust, hair and who knows what else. The area with the toppings needed to be cleaned as well. The sauce dispensers appeared to not have been wiped in a long time. I should have taken more photos. Hopefully they get it cleaned up. read more

Was craving Yogurt (it was a perfect hot day since - last year!, seriously been unusually cold in 2019) Anyways, they have a lot of flavors to choose from, and although they ran out of coconut one I wanted & I didn't want to ask if they more, since I found more I liked. It was fast and the young lady that rang us up was very friendly and helpful (gave me a card & nice thorough explanation, though she had waiting customers). Nice and clean both inside & out plus restrooms. I'm glad we didn't go to the other big yogurt place on Oak Glen/Live Oak, they have less than 4 stars and to be honest feels awkward going to that plaza, just does. I went here with my family, and our total came up to $31.50, so I attempted to pay with a $50 dollar bill and two single dollars. The cashier tells me she can't take anything larger than $20. So I said, "You have to since my total is obviously more than $20 dollars and proceeds to tell me. I'll just hold your yogurt here while you go to Subway to break your $50! I said," Let me speak to the manager." The manager comes up, tall, thin, goofy looking female with a man's haircut (no name badge), and also tells me she can't take my money. I said there is no way I'm trusting you to take our yogurt to the back so I can go to another business just to break my $50 dollar bill. I went on to tell her that it is illegal to refuse cash money and asked for a reason why they can't take it. The manager's answer was, "Because there is no way for us to check it," so I told her, "Then buy a pen!". So this business is profiling by assuming that my bills were fake??? So they are basically willing to take two fake $20's but nothing else. It just makes no sense whatsoever. This was embarrassing as there were a lot of people in line behind us. I ended up having to pay with a credit card, which I hate to do. So what would have happened if I didn't have a credit card?. The employees are always really nice., Been going there for a while, noticed their prices were going up for sure. But I just took my two grandkids there yesterday and truly none of us even fill our cup up the two little ones barely had the bottom covered, and Papa and I never go over halfway full and it was $24! That's insane. I don't know how they justify charging that much for yogurt. Probably won't go back anymore. The way yogurt is made in the businesses it's not any better than ice cream anyway. One of the best and cleanest yogurtland locations I've been to. Whenever I'm getting froyo, sample cups are so important. Not just to taste flavors, but to test consistency. Because let's face it, some yogurts come out way too runny. But this location always has perfect soft serve consistency. The pistachio almond, pineapple sorbet, and cookies and cream are my fave flavors. The topping bar is super stocked and clean. Fruits all seem really ripe and fresh. Cereals are NOT stale. Mochi is always delicious, soft, and chewy. Love this location! read more

I could not believe how bitchy and rude Emma was to me! She literally ignored me and walked away when I asked her for sample cups! She rolled her eyes and scoffed at me when I asked her to wipe down a table! Emma slammed my change at me, didn't even wipe the table I asked her to. I have been to many Yogurtland stores but this place was most depressing. No small yogurt cups were available, only medium and large cups. Most of the yogurt I chose were watery. When I go for a FROZEN yogurt, I expect FROZEN. Half of the Fruit toppings were empty or almost empty. I understand there was only one person working so it is difficult for them to prepare fruit cuts while accommodating customers but I'm pretty sure he could have prepared them ahead of time and just refilled. It wasn't like there was oncoming customer every second. The worst was the sour patch kids. Wow, when I bit into one sour patch kids, I thought I was going to break my teeth. The gummy was hard as rock and I am not exaggerating. I noticed FIFO (First In, First out) is not being enforced. Topping were being refilled on top of old toppings so I am pretty sure the sour patch kids I got were super old that were exposed to air for quite a long time. Waste of money. Quality needs to be checked by manager and please train employees to greet customers because this place was so depressing when I walked in because cashier didn't greet nor give any eye contact during service, no smile.. just sad, sad. read more

We come here all the time and have spent a lot of money here at this location. My son has been enjoying the drinkable creations lately so he got his regular coffee flavored one. When he tasted it today he said it tasted different and was watery. I asked the owner if we could exchange it for something else and he had his employee sample the flavor and they insisted it was just fine. He wouldn't give my child something in exchange... to me this means SATISFACTION NOT GUARANTEED at this location. Not the best customer service if you ask me. The yogurt was great, and I enjoyed it with my mom. The problem wasnt the yogurt, it was the young lady working. I went there at 11:30am on Wed. She seemed very unhappy to be at work. She dissapeared in the back and we had to wait forever for sample cups. The worst part was when we paid, she literally said not one word while ringing us up and walked away without thanking us.
