We love Baskin Robbins! Their ice cream is great, we LOVE the ice cream cake and the service is friendly.

I hadn't been to this Baskin Robbins in a few years, and when I visited recently, I noticed the seating areas were really dirty. Both the floor and tables were covered with trash, ice cream, and other unknown substances. The service itself was great; the staff were friendly and kind. I just wished the seating area was cleaner. read more

Great customer service! I submitted a cake order online but called to make sure the image of Marvel Avengers I uploaded could be used. Unfortunately, they informed me that the image was copyrighted but they had similar alternatives they could offer. Their alternatives were way better than the one I originally submitted and I was also able to customize it to include a picture of my son as a superhero as well! All while still having the cake completed at the original selected time, no delays. The communication was excellent and professional, the cake was perfect, and the service was amazing! We've purchased many birthday cakes here and will continue to do so as we've always had great experiences. read more

Chocolate malt with chocolate fudge ice cream will cure what ever ails you. Good excuse to sample a few new flavors while the blender works.

Pumkin spice coffee doesn't taste like coffee, it tastes like pumpkin flavored milk. In addition ice cream workers don't need tips. I don't return to any place that requests tips, where they don't seat and serve you an entire meal. read more

After Mother and daughters weekend out of town getaway we were ending our trip back home with a little treat of Baskin Robin's. My favorite ice cream place. We were being served by I believe the server name is Kayla. She was so sweet and attentive. She gave us eye contact and greeted my mother and I with a smile with her eyes through the mask. Sometimes in the fast service food market people tend to forget about the costumer who want wants that friendly interaction especially now with covid and the non contact world who so desperately need it. I want to thank you Kayla for giving us exactly what we needed to the end of our getaway. Your employer needs more like you. It's not always about the rat race, but the customer experience that keeps them coming back. God bless you sweetheart. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Mother's Day cake with Very Berry strawberry Ice cream. Cake #2 mini cake but sorry I didn't get to take a pic. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Banning, California

This place saved me on the day of my daughters bday. The cake I ordered from a bakery was not what we asked for so I spoke to who I believe was the manager or owner of this specific baskin robins to see if they can do a cake for me to match my theme within a few hours. He made it happen. We are very happy the sway this ice cream cake came out and how he was able to have it finished in time for the party. I did have to choose a cake that was already ready because it was last minute but he was able to decorate it the way I wanted. Very sweet and relieved my stress. I like coming to this location. Always good service to me and my family and very happy with today's experience! read more

The last few years i have ordered my husband and daughter's birthday cakes, I have always had great customer service here and the owner willing to go above and beyond with my custom orders Recently i put an another custom order, and was really unsatisfied with my experience. Their printer broke mid print for my edible picture. They called 24 hours before my pick up time to see of I wanted to cancel their order. This was for a surprise birthday party for my brother and husband so of course i did not want yo cancel. They cake was a full sheet cake and the main attraction at the party. I offered The idea of seeing if a another location would be able to print it for me and I could bring it in time to be put on the cake. Not once did they offer to handle a solution for me. I had to jump to drive 3 towns over mid you gas is very expensive right now , wake my napping kids because i needed to do this while my husband was at work (it was for his surprise party). Pay again at a different local for the print and then drive back east bound in traffic with two crying over tired babies. Once i get to the banning location i ask if I will be discounted or refunded for anything. They only refunded me the $14.00 for the print i had to pay twice for. Not too mention the hours, gas and sanity it took for me to pull this off. To pull in the drive way as the same time as my husband, which he knew i was up to something. So he surprise birthday party wasnt a complete surprise. Thanks banning 31 flavors. I have always loved your customer service and was completely dissatisfied and disappointed in the outcome. -from a long time customer read more

The ice cream is delish as usual and so are the ice cream cakes. We get the ice cream cakes rather often. I would like the customer service to be a bit better as the older fellow sometimes can make you feel unwelcome. He does try to accommodate with writing on the cakes but something about him doesn't scream"welcome" read more

It's Baskin Robbins. I've never actually counted if they have 31 flavors or not, but they have a lot! I always get the baseball nut. This location is clean, the kids working in the back are nice and they have a fairly decent selection of ice cream ready to go and ice cream cakes. read more

Currently standing in line. Out of 3 employees not one of them had the courtesy to say "hi we'll be right with you" or even a "hello". Not until a guy came from the back and asked one of the workers if we were being helped. I hate bad customer service. Thanks to the skinny tall guy for having common courtesy! read more

Very friendly employee. I'm a die hard Baskin Robbins fan. I just moved here and I kind of had a certain expectation. I used to come to Baskin Robbins about 3-4 times a week lol. They make my mocha blast perfect . They give good amount. I'm happy they even take my orders on the phone when I'm on the go and going to work out on my break. I've gone to more that 10 different Baskin Robbins in numerous times and this would fall into my top 3. read more

I come here maybe once a week for me, my husband & our two year old daughter. We always get greeted right away, ask when we are ready, you know the typical great customer service. The one small thing that always gets to me is the employees don't seem like they mean it when they have a forced smile or when you ask for a tester on an ice cream. Since my daughter is only two, she hasn't tasted all the flavors so I like seeing what she prefers so I ask for maybe one or two whenever we go & i get a little eye roll. Nothing worth me saying anything other than on a simple review. read more

I've been in this area since the 3rd grade. I use to come here when I was a little boy for that after school treat. This place closed down before due to poor management. Now, it is a completely different story. Management know what they are doing this time around. Customer service is always number one for me. They got it. Great wide selection of ice cream, awesome customer service, super clean and the only real ice cream place in town! The time is now to get your ice cream lol!!!! read more

We ordered two mint n' chip single scoop ice creams in a sugar cone. The ice cream tasted creamy and fresh, and it was decently priced. The gentleman that helped us was okay as well. It's always the same two men working. I think one might be the owner or manager. And they are always nice. The shop is always clean. Even the case, never has 1 finger print on it. Glad this is in town. We will be forever costumers. Today came in and had to use the bathroom but they don't have a public one. They made an exception since I'm 8 months pregnant.
