I updated this review and gave them 1 more star because the owner reached out to me and resolved this issue. Based on the reviews, we selected this company for my son's baby shower. I ordered 60 cupcakes for $150. The cupcakes were decorated beautifully exactly as requested, and visually they were perfect. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were very stale. We ended up throwing most of them away, which was extremely disappointing since this was the only dessert we had for the event. I contacted the owner via text to share my concerns. She responded, "Oh my! I'm so sorry and surprised as well!" While I appreciate the apology, as a business owner myself, I would have expected some type of resolution or partial refund given the circumstances. I hope this was just an off day for them, but if you are ordering for an important event and expecting freshly baked items, you may want to clarify freshness ahead of time. read more

Kimberly was absolutely amazing!!! I reached out to her last minute for a wedding cake order because my previous baker cancelled on us the day before our wedding. She was so sweet and kind and willing to create my dream cake with just 24 hours notice. She patiently listened to all my ideas and was very transparent with pricing. We ordered a 10 inch three layer semi-naked chocolately chocolate cake with raspberry filling. It was decorated with green florals/foliage, macarons and 24k gold leaf. The cake was not only gorgeous but also so fresh, moist and delicious. It was such a hit with all our guests.
