Twenty-two years living and eating in Redlands and I have never felt so at home and fancy at the same time. I randomly popped in to their shop for a sweet lil something to go several months ago and was blown away by their strawberry shortcake dream - with the creamiest most delightful frosting I have ever tasted. This frosting is beyond amazing I wanted to buy a tub of it, but it's not for sale in tubs, only on the cupcakes. Biting into the strawberry shortcake cupcake greets your taste buds with fresh slivered strawberries tucked inside, whispering that this decadent choice is absolutely worth it. Served by friendly faces that make you feel like a regular from the first visit. "Yeah fancy but y'all is welcomed"Come sit down or grab and go - it's worth whatever you have time to invest. More than sugar is blooming at Sugar Bloom: great pastries, creativity, and lattes with a high end all should come vibe.

I don't understand what THAT reviewer was referring to when he referenced that it wasn't authentic. Ok? To what island? Region? And what specific eatery/restaurant? All Halo-halo is made to who ever is making it and to what ingredients they have available AND if they have a decent Ice machine for shaved ice! I loved all the ingredients they had in it! The staff were really sweet and welcoming. And I was pleasantly surprised by the decor that was festive. I also tried the "Ube cheese pandesal" . I basically ruined my dinner for that night, but it was worth it! Come and support them! I'll be going back before I leave the region

Turns out all those jaw-dropping Yelp cakes are basically VIP-only.... most are special order, so the display case was giving more "snack break" than "dessert heaven." The place is tiny, and with about 10 kids running a full-volume chaos baking convention, the vibe was less cozy bakery and more "Chuck E. Cheese but with aprons and a Kitchen Aid." Not exactly the peaceful, sugar-filled escape I had imagined. I grabbed a few items anyway, slightly disappointed about the limited options and the unexpected kid frenzy. But plot twist... once we got home, the pastries actually slapped!!! My kids were fully impressed and overruled my disappointment, bumping this place from a "meh" to a "fine, I guess you're good. They were extremely happy with the mini ube cake.

She was one of…read morethe easiest and smoothest vendors to work with throughout the entire planning process, and everything she created for our wedding last June was beyond amazing. Our wedding cake was a gorgeous three tier Victorian style cake with two flavors: chocolate cake with hazelnut filling and almond cake with raspberry jam filling. It was stunning and tasted just as incredible as it looked. We saved the top tier for our one year anniversary and already cannot wait to eat it again! Kaitlyn also created the most amazing dessert table for us, including apple pie bites, cookies, mini cupcakes, rice crispy treats, and chocolate brownies. Everything was so delicious and our guests loved having so many options. The hand pies were especially a huge hit and and I felt like they added some extra personal charm to our wedding since it was in Oak Glen, a town known for their apples! Many guests grabbed extra treats to take home after the wedding and our guests still talk about it to this day. I personally still think about the Neapolitan cookies she made for our wedding. They are honestly one of the best cookies I've ever had! The cake display looked absolutely beautiful and paired perfectly with our florals, creating such a stunning moment in our reception space. Kaitlyn is incredibly talented and we are so grateful she was part of our day. If you're looking for a baker who makes desserts that are both beautiful and delicious, we cannot recommend Citrus Blossom Bakery enough!

Highly recommend the cake tasting because the flavors are different when you actually taste it! Some of the options sounded weird to me and we ended up choosing something I would have never thought I would choose which was the almond raspberry cake! Highly recommend her!!

One-part bakery and one-part family restaurant, this is a classic Americana restaurant. Inside can be really busy, nearly every table and booth taken, or, you might find yourself relatively alone, but that could also change with surprisingly rapidity! I don't think I've ever tried lunch or dinner options in all my infrequent visits, but breakfast reigns supreme here, so there's that. Frankly, I've never had a bad meal here. Service is casual friendly, but slow and steady by design. I've always found the servers and staff to be cheerful and happy. The bakery is another review, but they have lots to choose from across the board.

My wife ordered the steak Benedict anI the corned beef Benedict. the quality of my wife's ssteak was not a very good sirloin cut, although the were at least able to cook it right My corned beef Benedict was the worst thing I have ever ordered or tasted. The menu indicated that it would be 1/3 lb of corned beef on the Benedict, however I got 2 of what was about an 1/8 lb corned beef hash that they formed into a patty. It was some low quality type canned hash that had some horrible unnatural flavor that incapacitated me with a bad headache for the rest of my Saturday afternoon. I told the lady in the cashier that their menu needs to be more truthful and indicate that it'll be corned beef hash and not sliced corned beef you would find in more legit delis. If they advertise 1/3 lb of corned beef and they deliver 1/4 lb of corned beef hash, they need to indicate so in their menu. I don't believe I shall return due to the bad food experience I had, but I am more of a picky when it comes to food since I am a very particular Chef. This is just my personal review of this place and why the single star rating.

The moment I walked in, I was surprised by how quiet and cold the atmosphere felt. It didn't feel welcoming or cozy like a bakery usually does. Instead, it felt more like walking into an office waiting room. Unfortunately, the service made the experience even worse. This was my first time visiting in person, so I had a few questions about the different cake flavors. The girl with braces seemed impatient the entire time and kept trying to rush me while I was speaking. At one point, she even exchanged a smirk with the other employee, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I honestly didn't understand the attitude. In the end, I ordered the same raspberry cake because I completely lost interest in trying anything else. Ironically, this time the cake tasted way too sweet for me. I even tried eating it cold straight from the fridge to tone down the sweetness, but it was still overwhelming. Overall, the combination of the service and the cake not tasting as good as before made this visit disappointing.
