This is the first time ordering a 2 tiered cake from a private party. I am used to the traditional cakes made in a store. After researching Instagram and Facebook and seeing only 2 reviews on Yelp, I decided to inquire this business since my selection in Moreno Valley is very small. So I ordered the cake from Anita back in April to make sure it was the right cake for my 7 year old and it was! I ordered a marble cake with fresh strawberries. The moisture of the cake was on point. It had the texture of almost a tres leches cake. I was expecting a light and fluffy cake.. it wasn't but the taste was great! I asked her for organic strawberries. She was very honest at the end and told me she could not get them at her local grocery store and I understood. Anita was great at responding to emails, texts, and calls. She was very professional and many enjoyed her cake! She delivered as promised between the hours of 10-11 am, her helper was there at 9:57am. My son last minute decided on this theme and well it made things complicated. My sister contacted SCC with a few weeks left before the day and they saved the party. The cake was more beautiful than we could have imagined and it tasted amazing. When it came time for my son's 4th birthday, we didn't think twice and contacted them. My son chose a PJ Masks theme and specifically asked for an HQ cake with rainbow inside. If you live in Southern California, you will know that not a lot of places do rainbow cakes and if they do they will charge you an arm and leg for it.
