You can also buy other items but these are the only products I have tried. First I'll start off with the tamales-- the photos are from my purchase because I completely forgot to take pictures while I was there. I ordered 6 of each kind, they have 4 kind to choose from jalapeño with cheese, red pork, green chicken, and corn (sweeter side). They were all so good, freshly made and packed with deliciousness inside each tamale. My favorite one is the jalapeño with cheese they were spicy but not an overwhelming heat. Honestly it had just enough heat to enjoy and taste it. They all were great and not dry at all. The service was amazing, they always have long lines and at times it can be wrapped around the building. The staff has a great system in place allowing the wait time to be about 6-8 minutes long from start to finish (10 minutes on a busy day). If you are wise don't go alone and have someone tag along. One person to get in line while the other parks-- then one person to get Mexican bread while the other waits in line for the tamales. The inside has a small feel to it only because of the amount of customers they have at any given time. I walked in with what seemed like a short line, only for it to feel smaller in a matter of minutes with many more customers arriving. Overall I would recommend to try them out and see how great they are. Lastly, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful !

It didn't even look like anything on the site. So, in my opinion, if you don't want a mediocre cake, go elsewhere.

Your establishment needs major changes to your operation and sanitation by reviewing and implementing new policies and procedures. It is unacceptable to read about past rodent infestation, and now cockroaches. This is a prime example of lazy and uncaring employees and employers who are too cheap, and who lack the understanding and common sense to operate an establishment as required by the Health Department and the FDA. I would suggest as a now former patron, to hire a reputable pest control company to rid of the Vermin and Insects; then monthly service thereafter. Moreover, the CEO's, Managers and Employees need to be re-trained on how to clean and to sanitize all work areas and food prep areas, as well to include the area where customers enter and exit the building. In addition, be educated about the importance of personal hygiene and airborne pathogens. Insomuch, speaking as an unbiased public patron, it must be a priority of both the owners and the managers to find ways to assure the customers they are valued, and are shown that improvements have been, and are continuing to be made. Perhaps a Grand Re-Opening should be in the works once the interior domain is renovated. Therefore, if management is not willing or able to accommodate what it takes to run a successful business in these hard times, then perhaps a "Gone Fishing" sign should be posted. read more

I have had several cakes made by Noye in the past and used to refer people there any chance I got. NOT BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF CAKE WAS SUPERIOR but for the customer service and to support small businesses. I recently went in to prepay an order. I called to see if he was busy KNOWING that by time I arrived the situation could change. He is usually the only one working the counter unless he is utilizing students for 'low cost help' and to 'help the community with opportunity to give work experience'. As I was getting ready to leave seeing that he was now busy, and I would let him know I would be back tomorrow, he RUDELY snapped at me in front of customers before letting me tell him I was going to be in tomorrow. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED! A good friend of mine stopped going to him too for similar reasons. He seems to think he is the only cake maker in the area and doesn't need to treat his loyal customers with respect and kindness. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR REFER HIM. His customer service is not consistent and I can only imagine how he treats his staff. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER BAKERIES LOCALLY WITH HIGHER QUALITY CAKES AND IN A SAFER AREA. HIS LOCATION IS CRIME RIDDEN WITH GANGS AND PROSTITUTION. DON'T SUPPORT THIS MAN WHO CLEARLY HAS AN EGO PROBLEM. Noye's has gone downhill. I think the owner passed away and sold it. The original Noye's had integrity and made the cakes for birthdays the way the pictures in the book looked like. Now, they are clumsey, they didn't even spell birthday right on my cake. The people working there are just there to be there and collect their minimum wage. I was a customer there for over 20 years, now, I tell everyone not to go there. Noye's is the equivalent to a .99 cent store making your cake selling it for $50. Noye's was built up by a business man w/ integrity. The owners now totally lack integrity and are just a con business. I wonder how much longer they will last. It is a true shame. Noye's, if my review isn't true, let's see how long you stay in business, because you are not the Noye's I used to know. read more

I recently ordered a Tres Leche cake from this bakery for a high school function, but unfortunately, I received the wrong cake. I had also paid extra for a picture to be placed on the cake, but the image came out blurry and with a strange blue tint. When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, he was rude and condescending. He even told me that he didn't need our business and that his bakery was doing just fine without us. To make matters worse, he only refunded $50, which doesn't come close to covering the disappointment and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this bakery. read more

I've been a long time customer of noyes bakery they make the best wedding, specialty, novelty cakes ever there cakes are always moist, fresh baked. Not like these other bakeries that use frozen cakes and pass them off as fresh what ever kind of cake you want they can make it there the best bakery in san bernardino there's no other bakery that can beat them. they are always respectful, polite,helpful the made my husband a BMW cake and he loved it so don't listen to these people noyes bakery is the best in TOWN.
