Liliana sent me my deposit but already ruined my son's birthday. I was in distress as this was almost 6pm at night. I had to settle for a store bought cake late at night that didn't even match my son's birthday theme. She ruined the whole thing for me. Love their Cherry Pies! I'm originally from back east and would get Hostess Cherry Pies every once in a while. I saw Mrs. Redd's pies at my local grocery store and decided to give them a try. They were extremely fresh and really yummy. I actually liked them better than the Hostess because the filling was not super sweet, it's just sweet enough, with the sweet glaze over the pie being the perfect complement to the filling. read more

My experience with Mrs. Redd's Pies is common folklore, and often lamented. I've enjoyed the SWEET tastes of cherry, berry, apple and pudding...and the tart but delighted taste of lemon. These are great-tasting snack pies, and are lower in price and better in quality than the more-expensive Hostess pies. They come in some great flavors too, like coconut creme and berry. You can find them at Ralph's (.50 to .59 cents) and Food-For-Less stores (3 for $1.00 usually). read more
