I don't have a huge sweet tooth but I have to say, this place hits the spot every time. Warm and soft cookies are so comforting. A friend and I stopped here after dinner. Neither of us have a huge sweet tooth but we both loved the cookies we had. I tried 3-4 flavors so far but my favorite is hands down the Peanut Butter Chip. I also liked the Mint Double Chocolate. It is great there are smaller and larger sizes, if you want to do some portion control. The S'mores was too sweet for me, but I loved the melted marshmallow throughout. If you like a very crunchy cookie, this is not your place. It's more soft and crumbly style. Service was very good, and I got some good recommendations.

Tried Insomnia Cookies for the first time while in San Bernardino. I ordered two dozen cookies with clear instructions to have them delivered to the front desk of our hotel. Instead, they were left right outside our hotel room door, on the first floor of a busy DoubleTree that happened to be hosting all the Little League State Tournament teams. I know I was probably being overly cautious, but with that many kids and families around, I could easily imagine someone grabbing them as a joke or prank. I messaged Insomnia, but they just said the order had already been dropped off. Thankfully, I was able to get a hold of the DoubleTree staff, who ran over and grabbed the cookies for us before anything happened. We had ordered two dozen of the 3" classic cookies (an assorted mix) and honestly, they were just okay. We left them by the window to keep them warm (which helped), but once they cooled down, they lost that fresh-baked appeal. If we hadn't been ordering for a potluck, I probably wouldn't have spent that much on them. It's fun to try once, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to order again.

I was craving the seasonal PB &J cookie. I came out just for that. They now have cookies and creme as well. How exciting! I got the 6 pack classic cookies for 18 bucks. The cashier told me if I did the survey at the end of the receipt, I get a free cookie. I did it right there and got my cookie! The place was clean and I was the only one there. I hope business picks up at night because I love this place!

Best freshest and tastiest cookies anywhere Period. A tad expensive but way worth it and they don't go stale after a day like Crumble cookies do. My server was friendly and welcoming. She, Jessica, helped me figure out a way to get all the cookies I wanted and save money, so she is 5 stars also. The decor is chill collegiate. Parking is a little tricky, but actually easy if you follow the signs.

The service was your typical fast-food service and so was the ambiance. Although I tried a variety of cookies as seen in the picture, the only notable was the original chocolate chip. I would only recommend this place for a late night sweet treat and if you are craving the typical chocolate chip.

Had my guard up, after reading reviews of rude customer service here. Luckily I hadn't experienced that with the employee that helped me, she was nice. I went for the Brookie, but they were out, so I ordered the limited edition Peach Cobbler cookie. It wasn't a bad tasting cookie, but for the size and quality, it wasn't worth $6.

So excited that Insomnia is closer to me! I've had insomnia in other bigger cities like Las Vegas, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Ann Arbor so it was nice to see that they had an Insomnia in the IE. One thing I've always loved about Insomnia was getting a nice warm delicious cookie. Since it was their grand opening, I made it a point to drive to Riverside to get a cookie. To my surprise, there weren't too many people there. Maybe because this is the first Insomnia in the area and maybe people don't know about it? I'm not too sure. But the staff were certainly friendly and eager to help me. They made the experience great. For their grand opening they gave a free cookie and a chance to spin the wheel with a $5 purchase! This insomnia is a good size. I hope more people make their way to try their cookies!

I've been going here since it first opened during my college days! 15 years ago?! This place has consistently been so good. Ok fine maybe 1 time recently, my wintermelon tea was a little off. But normally and usually, it's always very good. Their brown sugar milk tea with mini boba. The best. It's my favorite. Even their popcorn chicken is amazing. I love you boba tea house! The merch is always cute too. My husband loves this place and even brought his hat from here to Japan when we went!

It could be a bit creamier, but it was still very enjoyable. The jasmine milk tea with regular sugar and light ice was just okay. I would not get it again since it tasted kind of bland. The main attraction here is definitely the popcorn chicken, however the food feels a little overpriced for the portion size. It was flavorful, well seasoned, perfectly salty, and crispy. Even at medium spice, it had a nice kick. There were no weird pieces either. The only downside is some inconsistency in size since a few pieces could be smaller. The mozzarella sticks were also very good. I prefer them with ketchup instead of marinara. They are your typical mozzarella sticks and taste good, but the popcorn chicken is what really stands out.

UGH. MY FAVE FAVE SPOT EVER ! Please come to San Diego County we need you !! I've practically been…read moreto every location they have, but this was my first time at the Riverside location. I bring every friend I know here because everyone has to try this spot at least once. Ana was beyond friendly and helped us so much! You really need patience for this position and this girl gots it !! I'm glad I got to try the taro mixed with the coconut and salted caramel. It tasted exactly like the samoas girl scout cookie ! I was obsessed. I also tried a few other flavors she suggested, but ended up choosing the samoas flavor and orange since I wanted that orange creamsicle taste. With so many flavors and combos, you're almost guaranteed to find something you'll like no matter what you're into. I got a regular size because I wanted two different flavors. If you get the small, you can't do layers which is good to know. I was going to order a crepe, but they had a 30 minute wait which was a bummer since it was late and I was driving back to San Diego County. Don't get discouraged by lines, they move fairly quick and trust me, it's def worth the wait! 10000/10 Plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating. They do get super busy, so trash cans were overflowing. No restrooms, just FYI.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Genesis, who was phenomenal. She immediately offered us samples and asked if we had tried the sorbet yet. When I mentioned peanut butter and strawberry, she said she was going to mix them--even though it sounds a little weird--because it tastes just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. She was absolutely right. It was incredible. (that one we got inside small) We also ordered a medium sorbet cream which was huge and came with a whole second layer of flavors. First layer: lemon, pineapple, sour apple, and mango. Second layer: sorbet cream with horchata, coconut, salted caramel, and coffee. The mix of fruity and creamy flavors was so good and honestly such a fun combo to try. We also grabbed a bananas foster crepe which i highly recommend . I do wish this was part of a select option rather than choose your own adventure but oh well! still good. Between the creative flavors and Genesis's awesome service, the whole experience was great. Definitely coming back!
