Ordered here for the first time. 10 meals. So far I've tried the ground beef Mac and cheese. Zero flavor. There wasn't any seasoning on the food at all. Turkey picadillo same thing no flavor. The only decent one I've had so far was the buffalo turkey meat balls. I honestly won't order here again. But I gave 3 stars because they are well priced. Registered Dietitian Approved. Yes, I struggle with finding time to meal prep and when I find time boredom from eating the same thing 5 days in a row! My problem meal is lunch and have tried a few meal services but portion sizes are not modified (and I am only 5'2") and many come with carbohydrates. Don't get me wrong I do not think carbohydrates are bad I just prefer to have my carbohydrates come from fresh fruit at lunchtime. I am now on week 3 of using Fit 4U Meal Prep. But I order for 2 weeks so week 4 is in the freezer. My preference is the carbohydrate free lean portion size meals. They are the perfect portion for me and delicious. First time trying this meal prep and food did not disappoint. Portions a bit small for someone trying to put in some muscle but you can always double the protein! Best meal prep I have tried so far a lot better then the other local ones around the area, in taste and quality I feel. It's not always going to taste great as we are trying to eat somewhat healthy but still very good and glad they keep mixing up the menu. This is a great food delivery service. The meals good. You have to keep in mind that it's healthy food, so it isn't as desirable as Chick-fil-A or some other fast food, but it does taste way better than some other meal preps I've done. Would not recommend. I bought a weeks worth of meals and have thrown them all away. Keto spaghetti came with chopped up zuchinni instead of it being in noodle form as pictured. I love this service. Good food, healthy, convenient, and reasonably priced. I love the option for pick up at NutriShop. Very convenient and cuts down on shipping costs. Best thing, though, is customer service. One time I got a text from Dave apologizing for giving me a smaller portion on a meal and a discount for my next order. Cool thing was I didn't even notice the error so I would've never said anything. Second, I received a steak dish when I ordered a shrimp one. Within a couple hours of emailing them, Dave texted me and said a shrimp dish would be waiting for me at no cost at the NutriShop. The errors are very few and far between, but it's nice to know if they make one they are quick to correct it and take care of the customer.
