Inside the shelves looked stocked and well maintained. The staff was running around refilling and restocking at the time we visited. Always a good sign. This was my first time stopping by and I did notice. They had a roasted duck hanging in the corner. If I wasn't in a rush, I totally would have gotten myself a little treat. Normally I stop at H Mart or Zion Mart, but this was a fun treat and side quest with friends! Bonus were my dried fruits snacks that I absolutely love. I can't wait to go back and get more. When I tell you that these things are addicting, I really truly mean it as someone who grew up eating these. There were a few things missing that I was looking for on the selection seemed smaller than what I was hoping for. The veggie section seemed smaller, but if you were looking for Durian, they did have that. Prices were reasonable on the things they did have however. Inside it was definitely a smaller grocery than some of the other others. I'll be back for my snacks maybe not so much for the fruits and veggies.

Wildly inaccurate.... but with Meal by Mel, I don't have to worry that using a meal prep service is working against my efforts! My favorites so far: orange chicken, red pepper rigatoni, Buffalo chicken wrap (eat on day 1 or it gets soggy), teriyaki chicken Sometimes I add a bit of roasted veggies to the meals that are lacking in veggies. My only constructive criticism would be to make all meals have 1-2 servings of veggies but that's an easy fix for me.

I like that they change their menu up all the time. You won't get bored eating it. As a Yelper, I can't eat the same thing over and over. Other meal prep companies serve the SAME boring thing over and over- I can't do that. Not Seize! And all the calories are counted for you so you can put it in your app if you're counting calories. This is a local food prep company serving the Inland Empire. I first found out about Seize through a coworker who knows the delivery person of this company. I was looking for a way to eat healthier since I've been too busy with full time school, work, married life, two dogs, a rabbit and other commitments I have. I tend to cook from scratch and I haven't been able to commit to the time necessary to make meals according to my standards. Their website is super easy to navigate. For Rancho Cucamonga residents the delivery option is not available. However, you can pick up your order at Self-Made gym. That is what I've been doing. The menu changes every two weeks, and I like that you can get a wide variety of meals. I did have an issue one time, but they took care of it immediately and offered me a bonus to make up for it. I was impressed by their level of customer service. The portions are just right. The key to my weight loss this year has been shrinking my portion sizes and eating to be satisfied. It's helped me lose 15 pounds, along with exercising. I've always worked out but combining it with nutrition has been amazing for my waistline. Seize meals is such a convenient way, with reasonable prices to help you achieve eating healthier without compromising your precious time. I'm definitely a fan. I hope this company doesn't change what it is already doing right.

I'm single and I have been looking for a meal service where I could choose to buy 2 or 3 meals at a time when I needed them and not be hassled with a subscription. Prep Success Meals is that company, they have healthy ingredients, reasonable prices, and their website is easy to navigate. I chose 3 meals to start with, the cheesy beef pasta, grass fed beef burger, and the garlic butter chicken. I feel the portions are large, I had to split the cheesy beef pasta into two meals as it was a lot of food for me to consume at once and it was very delicious, lots of flavor, meat was tender and the sauce was generous. All 3 meals were delicious and filling, I felt full after a small portion of the meals. The burger was very moist and a generous size and the side potatoes had a nice flavorful kick, while the garlic butter chicken was tender and the rice was light, moist and fluffy sided with tender/crisp zucchini and the garlic flavor was subtle, not too light or heavy. If you want to try a meal prep service with great healthy food choices and the option to choose between a subscription or buying individual meals when needed, Prep Success Meals is a great place to start your journey.
