When Red Bull comes, they walk around handing out samples, and guess what? People end up buying Red Bull. Instead, we're asked to pay $150 just to get a shaker cup, while most products are $50+ and the sales approach can feel pretty off-putting. It comes across as more focused on selling ( or don't care) than actually talking to people about the products first. A little generosity goes a long way. If you want people to buy, let them experience what you're offering. Please do better. read more

I don't understand how some people can be extremely nice and others just ruin everything. I called this morning after buying a product from them and Immediately she answered with attitude. I asked my question and maybe it was a stupid question to her but to me it was a valid question. She said "it should say it on the bottle " and I said "it only says how many I can take per day" which in my head means don't exceed a certain amount within that day. For example oxyshred says take everyday even on non training days. Hypercor does not say that. So I'm not sure if it's to be taken on an everyday basis since it has 300 mg caffeine which on my training days i would be in taking 690 mg caffeine since I bought pre workout as well. when she read it she emphasized the "per" with mad attitude. I had another question for her but after that I just said ok and hung up. With people like her it's hard for some of us who are already uncomfortable to step inside of a nutrishop to keep coming back. She's the ONLY ONE to have ever given attitude at this location. I spent 200 dollars here and I can't even get a decent attitude. It's customer service ! If you don't like your job then quit lady! This is the worse excuse for a "nutrition shop" I have ever seen. They only carry protein powder and bars, and... nothing else of interest. I came in looking for vitamins but all they sell are multivitamins. Lame. On top of that there is no customer service. Since there were other customers in the store, the ONE AND ONLY associate in the store completely ignored me the entire time. He kept his focus on his current customers and didn't even acknowledge my existence once. Nice. I waited and waited and waited just to ask a simple question, but apparently they don't like having too many people in the store. Maybe they're afraid I'll breathe all their oxygen. Well you lost my business. Sprouts has a better selection and better prices, and they're a freaking grocery store! Fail fail fail on so many levels. HAHAHAHA pathetic. read more

Went today for the first time since i saw a few of my friends post pictures on their Instagram about Nutrishop so i decided to come check one out, and i'm so glad that I did. I usually buy my supplements from Vitamin Shoppe, but after coming here that's not happening anymore. I personally loved this place, right when i walked in i was greeted and she asked what i was looking for, and if i needed help finding anything. The service here is awesome, which is what one me over. The sales associate explained the products to me and answered all my questions, and gave me personal recommendations on what she liked/what flavors were good. She then did a body composition analyzes, which i thought was awesome, so i could see where i am at. I've never seen this at a supplement store which i thought was really cool for them to do. They have a wide selection of protein powders, BCAAs (which is what i got), pre workout, etc.. The products are a little more expensive than i thought but if you are a student, you get a 15% discount which is pretty cool. They also give you a shaker cup, and a t-shirt or tank top with your purchase! All in all, i loved this place and definitely will be coming back. They have a nice variety of products, and their customer service is exceptional. read more

I've recently gotten back into eating right and working out and I come to this Nutrishop with my husband and cousin almost every weekend now. I love that they have the inBody machine, and they also have a lot of protein bars to choose from and other great stuff to include in your fitness routine. Definitely an easy 5 stars to give to this business. I came in a couple days ago and was automatically greeted by a very attractive, bubbly, blonde girl (my first thoughts), Nicole is her name. I'm a police officer and was wearing my uniform, and I normally expect to get treated a little differently when in uniform, sometimes bad and sometimes good. But she treated me like a normal guy which I loved. Aside from that, her customer service is off the charts amazing. She automatically asked me what I was looking for and if she could help me find anything...I asked her about a couple new fitness goals I had and what she thought...and with a drop of a hat on literally every subject she knew EXACTLY what she was talking about, she is a very knowledgeable woman.
