Just worked a 14 hour day. Was able to make it to the location literally at 9:45 where I was turned away by security and told that they are closed. When I mentioned that the website your Google your Yelp, everything that you advertise on says 10 PM, the security guard tells me that they can't have any transactions on the Books after 945 sounds like a load of.. to me. So explain to me why do you have all of your store information saying you close at 10 when really you close at 9:45 how about we update some of this so you stop getting one star reviews like you did 16 days ago that I can already see. What a joke thanks for wasting my time. Really appreciate it. Should've known better seeing as all of your other stores are labeled correctly, but whoever is managing or running your corona facility needs to learn how to read a clock and update information so people don't waste your time read more

Went to pick up rosin from bear labs. All of their packaging looks similar so I didn't really look at the label. The girl who helped me out sold me budder instead of rosin. I realized in the car I got the wrong product so I went back no more than 3 minutes. I see the girl talk to the guy who was about to help me, she disappears in the back and the guy who helped me said he can't do a refund or exchange. After I purchase the rosin I wanted in the first place, the guy asks me if I want a receipt. What is the receipt for if I can't make a return or exchange for their error lol read more

Bud tender Susie told me that there is no difference between Rosin and wax. She had no idea that rosin is a solvent free extract and wax is not. She repeatedly told me that "stiiizy distillate is better than any rosin or badder". She also told me that she is the lead and that there is no manager above her to talk to. It was my first time at a stiiizy store and she told me that there are no sales or discounts here even though there were banners blasted of a buy 2 get one free on the screens. I asked about the screen and she told me that that was an old image on the screen that was "out of date and needed to be removed" I also got nothing for being a first time patient. This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had at a dispensary. It sure left a bad taste in my mouth to never come back to a Stiiizy store. The place is always clean. The staff is always friendly, but the only negative I see here is when they charge your card. They're supposed to give you back the change. It's happened more than once where they just keep the couple dollars that they charge extra for the machine, I usually tip them the two or three dollars anyway, but it rubs me the wrong way when they don't even bring out the change you are due. read more

We loved coming to Stiizy, however idk where people are getting "quick service" no matter what day of the week it is its always a 30 min wait just to even get to the counter and seems to always be only 2 bud tenders working. When i came here for the first time i thought it was awesome to have a stiiizy down the street from me, i got a disposable and was very content with everything. However the next time I came here i was unfortunately helped out by a man named Daniel with an orange beard. This man was either way too high to be working, or he just doesn't know how to talk to people because he was incredibly rude. I asked a simple question about the different variety of stiiizy pods and he was immediately incredibly annoyed that I didn't already know what I wanted and was asking questions about the product. I ended up buying something I was unhappy with because he was too inconsiderate to give me the time of day and help me out. Again this dispensary is in an incredibly convenient location and the pricing is great but if i ever go in and Daniel happens to be the one at the counter I will most likely leave since I would much prefer to take my business elsewhere than ever have to deal with him again.
