This store is my goto spot for vape needs in Corona. I like that they are open till 10pm, opposed to other shops in the area closing mostly at 9. The store is always nicely lit, very well stocked and organized. They always have my coil and juice at the best price within 20 mile radius that I found. There are usually 2 of the same cashier girls that are there when I go in at night time. They are always friendly and helpful. It's just a cherry on top that these ladies are incredibly attractive as well. read more

They have a great inventory of glassware. They also have large and varied selection of vape flavors and brands at reasonable prices. The line is usually short so it's nice to get in, get what you want, and get out and on with your day quickly. Also l, it's next to Chipotle which is really nice. read more

They are selling counterfeit puff bars. I was drawn to their special of 4 puff bars for $20. All of the puff bars did not work upon opening. Very disappointed, since the store seemed like it would carry strictly authentic products. Verification code does not work. Try it for yourself. In fact, www.puffsalt.com is not the official website of puffbar. The official website is www.puffbar.com. Please don't sell counterfeits to cut costs. read more

Unfortunately after waiting for more than 10 minutes the white woman on staff chose to help a white male over helping us when we were next and my mom had already made her purchase and told her we wanted to make a purchase. Will never shop here again. read more

Great deals glad I can still get my needs met at reasonable prices whenever I'm working in Corona I always stop in great selection too!

They have some of the best prices you'll find on juice for miles, hands down! 2 for $35 120ml???? Who does that?! Plus I bought the wrong coils over the weekend and I fully expected to be stuck with them. I went back up there to buy the right ones but the chick kindly swapped them out for me for free. I just found my new smoke shop! read more

Not happy with this place at all . I told the lady what Vape I have and I even seen it in a display case that they sell it there so I tell her I need a coil for that one she gives me a coil and I get home and try to switch it out and she sold me the wrong one so I can go back and tell her that she sold me the wrong one and she tells me that there's nothing that she can do ... this is exactly why I stick with tobacco island but unfortunately they close early and I thought I would give this place a try just a waste of space and money read more

We've been coming to this store for about a year now as new to Corona and was pleased with all the products they carry. My husband uses the vape smoke as well as the regular cigarettes as their prices are better and the individuals who work there are friendly and knowledgeable no matter what. They recently are carrying CBD tinctures. They are starting to carry different varieties. I am familiar with CBD and know works. Please when buying a CBD only buy from smoke shops such as TABACCO CRUSH NEXT TO THE CHEVRON STATION ON ONTARIO. I've noticed when in the store they don't miss saying " Hello, what can I get you. Nice pipe selection as well!!! read more

Thank you tobacco crush! My one stop need for the best variety in town. Also, JEN thanks for being so great!!!

Had a horrible experience this morning at the corona location. Went to return a glass water pipe that broke at the handle when i went to fill with water. I explained that this was 3rd time this has happened and could they replace it. It was a striking NO. The blown glass products here are trash and so is the customer service. Anyone looking to buy blown glass products should go elsewhere. Overall bad experience and will never go back and advise all to do the same. read more

Rude and pricey name brand cigs. Check around town, the "non coupon" prices at other locations are considerably cheaper and as an extra bonus, the employees have a way less offensive attitudes. One one star because you have to rate a business to leave a comment. read more

Fully stocked. I've been shopping there since it opened up. Not sure about the bad reviews. I think they are personal not professional. This shop is clean, great selection and most of all Courteous. I had to cut back a little because the prices and selection were too good. read more

Best customer service, HANDS DOWN! I will not go to another smoke shop anywhere else; just because the customer service is great, the selection is amazing, and the prices are unbeatable. I'm always coming in at least every two weeks and they see me as a regular and they're always offering me great deals and such a wonderful experience! Thank you guys for everything! Plus, when I come if an item I like to buy is out of stock they'll ask me what it was, and they'll even order it to be stocked next time just for me! thank you! read more

Just started vaping and naturally i burnt out my coils that i had just bought from another shop to which the guy didnt know shit... So i go to tobacco crush and i tell the owner there what happened to me and he helps me out by programming my vape letting me try different juice. He didnt try and sell me anything he simply told me the what i should by next time for my vape... He was a huge help. And i had not even bought anything at his shop before... I will tell you now that im forever a loyal customer for tabacco crush because of the excellent customer service they have at that place. Thanks guys see you soon.... False advertisment! I went to this store to buy something on special, the poster was outside and inside. Once i paid then i noticed they charged me regular price! When i told them about it they were so rude saying it expired. I have never seen such rude service in my life. The owner is very rude. I will never go here again read more

Walked in and couldn't believe how clean this place was for a smoke shop. It's obvious the owner and employees take pride in it. All I wanted was a new ecigarette and the nice girl working there set me up with a brand new kit that kills what I used to have. Her knowledge was awesome and her service was awesome. I have been here many times since and I won't go anywhere else. 100 times nicer than the dungy store I used to go to. read more

2 stars. Initially I would've rated this place 5 stars. Usually every time I come in here which is almost everyday, I receive great service. I've been coming here for almost a year. I went in the other day and I had to wait for the employee to come out from the back, then she had an attitude when I was trying to make my purchase. This isn't the first time she's been rude, however she is the only one I have had an issue with. I think she is new but she claims not to be. She is not friendly or personable, she should leave. Just giving the place a bad reputation in my opinion. I don't think I'll be back read more

Anthony and Elizabeth of Tobacco Crush Corona Thank you! You made a whole new definition and level of customer service. The store is always clean, bright and well organized. Which is a clear reflection of character! On top of the prices being affordable and fair, everyone there is absolutely knowledgeable. Best experience I've had yet at any small business. As for my personal experience, I went in looking for a vape to use for multiple functions. Anthony was patient and thorough when explaining to me everything there was to know about vaping. The mods, tanks, attachments, capabilities and etc. Me being so uneducated and picky on the matter must've been there for what felt like almost a couple hours. In that time others came in and out but the comfortable atmosphere and bussiness flow wasn't hindered one bit. Everyone was treated equally and accordingly. For taking the fact of buying the right vape so serious Anthony even throw me a few things to even get me started! one being a 12 dollar fluid!! Now most small businesses have 0 return policy. When i had got home with my happy choice and purchases, i was a little set back when one of the atomizers didnt work. So I went back to the store and found Elizabeth, who explained to me the no return policy however the issue was clearly unrelated to me so after comunicating on the phone with the boss they agreed to replace everything and even test it the performance for me 100. All I had to do was return the next morning, or less than 10 hrs later. For that they again even hooked me up with another attachment for the inconvenience and everything was running smooth! Now thats real and how it should always be. I will only be going back here for anything I need related to Tobacco. Best shop ever! The people you'll find at Tobacco crush in Corona off Ontario are nothing but geniune, honest, friendly, dedicated and thoughtful ppl. Going there felt more like getting home from Afghanistan the first time. I felt safe like ppl cared and had my best interest in mind. They saw and vauled me for who and what I was. In the stores case, helping me pick the right vape, and getting it up and running! Thank you Tobacco Crush for making me feel at home, like family! I will only be spreading the good word and fortune! read more

The lady working at the counter has terrible customer service. Won't be purchasing anything from this place!!

It is such a shame the one star is the lowest rating you can give. The service at this place is beyond unsatisfying and the worst part about all of it is that I am a paying customer. There are certain stores where you will never return to regardless of how much you want or need your tobacco products, this is definitely one of those places. read more

Elizabeth was a great help and wonderful employee... My wife and I own our own company and know the difficulty of hiring good staff to obtain happy and returning customers. We enjoy seeing the beautiful lady with brown hair who works in the morning, but could NEVER FAIL TO MENTION THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON JIMMY that keeps us coming back, He joyful energetic handsome gentleman who also works in the mornings, that impacts our whole entire day with the most powerful positive attitude that only very few notice or fail to mention. We love the collection of tobacco water or dry pipes. The owner is extremely friendly and gets to know his loyal customers. The only criticism we like to mention is the frequently rotating employees and increased pricing on cigarettes that change very frequently. read more

Great place for cigars and other tobacco items. I'm a big cigar guy and they have a good selection and recommended some new cigars that I haven't tried before which were excellent...and very reasonably priced. I enjoy the service because everyone is very friendly and I end up staying a few minutes longer chit chatting with the worker(s). Definitely my go-to spot for my tobacco fix. read more
