This store is my goto spot for vape needs in Corona. I like that they are open till 10pm, opposed to other shops in the area closing mostly at 9. The store is always nicely lit, very well stocked and organized. They always have my coil and juice at the best price within 20 mile radius that I found. There are usually 2 of the same cashier girls that are there when I go in at night time. They are always friendly and helpful. Had a horrible experience this morning at the corona location. Went to return a glass water pipe that broke at the handle when i went to fill with water. I explained that this was 3rd time this has happened and could they replace it. It was a striking NO. The blown glass products here are trash and so is the customer service. As for my personal experience, I went in looking for a vape to use for multiple functions. Anthony was patient and thorough when explaining to me everything there was to know about vaping. The mods, tanks, attachments, capabilities and etc. Me being so uneducated and picky on the matter must've been there for what felt like almost a couple hours. In that time others came in and out but the comfortable atmosphere and bussiness flow wasn't hindered one bit. Everyone was treated equally and accordingly. For taking the fact of buying the right vape so serious Anthony even throw me a few things to even get me started! one being a 12 dollar fluid!! Now most small businesses have 0 return policy. When i had got home with my happy choice and purchases, i was a little set back when one of the atomizers didnt work. So I went back to the store and found Elizabeth, who explained to me the no return policy however the issue was clearly unrelated to me so after comunicating on the phone with the boss they agreed to replace everything and even test it the performance for me 100. All I had to do was return the next morning, or less than 10 hrs later. For that they again even hooked me up with another attachment for the inconvenience and everything was running smooth! Now thats real and how it should always be. I will only be going back here for anything I need related to Tobacco. Best shop ever!
