Tony is great...the prices meh but I won't go anywhere else...except for the place on Main St behind the dental office...

WARNING: Selling Counterfeit/Fake Vapes & Refusing AccountabilityDo NOT buy disposable vapes or hardware from this shop. I purchased a device here that immediately tasted off and chemical. When I checked the official manufacturer's scratch-off authentication serial number on the brand's verified website, it flagged the device as an absolute counterfeit/clone.When I went back into the shop to calmly show them the failed official verification screen and ask for my cash back, the employee refused the refund, claimed they "didn't know anything," and tried to take the counterfeit device out of my hands to hide the physical proof. I have the entire interaction recorded on video.Selling unregulated, unverified counterfeit nicotine products is illegal and a massive health hazard to the Norco community. Check your security codes at the counter before you hand them your money, or better yet, avoid this shop entirely. Unprofessional and dangerous! I filed a multiple state & city claims against this owner ! Hopefully the health department will be able to shut down this business . The $22 I paid it's will cost you a thousand dollars penalty to the city & federal state ! Good luck Criminal read more

I like your customer service and the cigar room Very clean and good prices I love this place so much Good job read more

Would leave 0 stars if i could. My boyfriend and I walked in at separate times and was not greeted, instead immediately asked for my ID. I said no problem, but was astonished how I couldn't get a good morning. Then, I had my government issued passport, but was denied any products even though I am of legal age. A part of me, felt a bit discriminated against because I am a black female, and have never been denied with a passport. so I mentioned "that's a bit prejudice, you don't think?" and the clerk (who was caucasian and also rudely on her phone) responded "yes it is". I have never experienced racism so profound and in my face before, will not be returning NOR referring ANYBODY to this store. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior. read more

Tobacco Crush is a great shop. The employees are great. today i asked about an expired product on the shelf. The woman informed me the gummies are good after the expiration date..... mmm, to the seller but not the consumer. Highly recommend the shop, just check expiration dates & don't expect the person behind the counter to be unaware, they are well aware read more

They're Good am a satisfied customer but it's a 4 stars for the koi product. The thing lasted maybe 10 puffs but Tabacco Crush saved the day. Did not hesitate to exchange product 1 time only. So that's why I'll stay loyal through 2023 Thank You ! read more

My brother loves this place and buys all his Vape goodies there. Today we went for him to stock up and I realized that I was low on cigars waiting for my delivery from my usual supplier. So I purchased One cigar because I'm expecting my delivery on Monday. I purchased the Arturo Fuente Rosado Gran Reserva for $16.99. I just took it out of its wrapper and bit the end off and it was dry as heck! It taste like a dirty sock. ApparentlyTheir humidor is not working properly or they are selling old cigars. read more

I would put fewer stars if I could but not possible. The workers shut this place down before it even closes. Had me standing outside the unclosed business with a locked door. At 8:45 pm. At least close down at the correct time. Very unprofessional just being stared at from the inside while they close down early. Worker with the pink hat should be fired. This happened on 04 September 2022. Never coming here again I'd rather drive a few extra mins. read more

Used Suorin Air re-packaged & sold as new I purchased the Suorin Air yesterday and when I opened the box, it was obvious it had been used. It appears somebody returned it and Tobacco Crush placed it back on the shelf for resale. I was hoping it would still function. Unfortunately, it does not. It was a wasted $43.94 purchase! If you like gambling and choose to make a purchase from Tobacco Crush, I strongly recommend that you check the product prior to leaving the store! $44 lesson read more

Horrible service! I can easily spend a $100 plus quickly. But not at this store! I'm the only customer in the store with two gals working. The shop didn't sell the brand I was looking for but either one didn't seem interested at all in helping me find alternatives that other smoke shops have. Sadly, based on my experience of not wanting to help me I will not return to this smoke shop. read more

Very bad customer service. I called in and told them I'll be there exactly at 10:00 pm is it fine? He told me ok after I drove all the way from riverside and got there the guy told me we're closed. I told him what do you mean I just called you and I drove from riverside he told me yeah I set the alarm already. Like if you don't want to wait I understand but why tell me ok and you aren't going to wait. That was so rude from him. read more

Service was fast but they do not wear masks! The CBG gummies, Krave, that I purchased cost more and were supposed to have 30mg each compared to the other brand I purchased from another retailer that had 20mg each. The Krave did not help my pain at all, whereas the other brand was fantastic! I will not be returning to this store. read more

This store is great! Super helpful folks, excellent customer service. I highly recommend! They seem to have a huge selection also

Just moved to the area and have been looking for a new go-to spot...finally found it! This place has a huge selection, which is always awesome...plus good prices. They have the biggest selection of Puff bars I've seen anywhere. But I mostly return for the friendly customer service! The owner always goes above and beyond to help. Recently there was a specific vape flavor that I was looking for and couldn't find anywhere, but he went out of his way to find it and have it at the shop for me. Just a solid shop all around.. read more

went in to purchase a puff bar, and as soon as I opened the package i noticed it felt different, after trying it I realized it was a counterfeit product, and also checked the code verification on puff bar website and it was indeed a fake "knock off" puff bar. I went in to notify the woman that was working there and she told me to "smoke the vape in front of her because if it vapes, there is nothing she can do" I then explained to her that she sold me a counter-fit product and she still denied even exchanging my puff bar. This place used to sell the authentic puff bars but has lately been selling fake vape products and over charging for them, hopefully they see this message and go back to doing honest business. Bad experience overall. read more

Cleanest smoke shop I've ever been to. Amazing selection for anything from cigars to pipes to vape. Super polite and friendly owner/employees too! read more

So, went in here for some puff bars. I'm assuming it was the owner who had told me that the 3 rows of bars and below in the cases were 4 for $20 bucks because he was just monitoring the cashier girl and chilling at the front. I'm thinking dang, what a score. Bought my 4 and left. Opened one and it worked like it should of for the amount of time that it should. Opened my cucumber one and got 1 puff and it was completely dead. I thought, oh, okay, no big deal it was 4 for $20 and there's no reason to drive back when I got the deal to return one bar. I kept puffing my good one for a good 3 days. Opened another one to puff it and it worked for about 40-45 puffs and completely dies. Okay.... not going to get upset. Open my last one and literally not even 20 puffs and it is burning out and tastes awful. It was the lychee ice one and I know how it's supposed to taste, I puff on that one all the time. And it's burnt out. Now I'm like, well, no wonder it was 4 for $20. You think you're getting a bomb deal. I'm frankly pissed off. I think it's wrong. And they're old ass ones. The first box I opened was completely sealed and the other 3 boxes weren't sealed like the first but was still in the plastic package with NO cap on the bottom and only on the top. I ordered puff bars from the actual puffbar website and there was not one that didn't work. I live in Fresno and was visiting my sister so it's not like I can just make a quick drive there since I'm home now. I'm going to give the advice to open up ANY puff bar or vape pen you get to make sure they work like they should, but to be honest go elsewhere. To a place that has better reviews than this one. They should ALWAYS have a "pop" or "snap" the very first puff. I've had a couple issues with some bars in Fresno and they always give me a brand new one no questions asked. I personally think it's shady since bars range from 11.99-14.99 depending where you go. Will not be coming back here again. I reported this business to the BBB (Better Business Bureau. The owner without a doubt knows he is selling counterfeit products. It's a shame he can't be honest with products or to the people willing to take their business there. SHAME ON YOU!! read more
