When I checked the official manufacturer's scratch-off authentication serial number on the brand's verified website, it flagged the device as an absolute counterfeit/clone.When I went back into the shop to calmly show them the failed official verification screen and ask for my cash back, the employee refused the refund, claimed they "didn't know anything," and tried to take the counterfeit device out of my hands to hide the physical proof. Would leave 0 stars if i could. My boyfriend and I walked in at separate times and was not greeted, instead immediately asked for my ID. I said no problem, but was astonished how I couldn't get a good morning. Then, I had my government issued passport, but was denied any products even though I am of legal age. A part of me, felt a bit discriminated against because I am a black female, and have never been denied with a passport. so I mentioned "that's a bit prejudice, you don't think?" and the clerk (who was caucasian and also rudely on her phone) responded "yes it is". The CBG gummies, Krave, that I purchased cost more and were supposed to have 30mg each compared to the other brand I purchased from another retailer that had 20mg each. I went in to notify the woman that was working there and she told me to "smoke the vape in front of her because if it vapes, there is nothing she can do" I then explained to her that she sold me a counter-fit product and she still denied even exchanging my puff bar. This place used to sell the authentic puff bars but has lately been selling fake vape products and over charging for them, hopefully they see this message and go back to doing honest business. So, went in here for some puff bars. I'm assuming it was the owner who had told me that the 3 rows of bars and below in the cases were 4 for $20 bucks because he was just monitoring the cashier girl and chilling at the front. I'm thinking dang, what a score. Bought my 4 and left. Opened one and it worked like it should of for the amount of time that it should. Opened my cucumber one and got 1 puff and it was completely dead. I thought, oh, okay, no big deal it was 4 for $20 and there's no reason to drive back when I got the deal to return one bar. I kept puffing my good one for a good 3 days. Opened another one to puff it and it worked for about 40-45 puffs and completely dies. Okay.... not going to get upset. Open my last one and literally not even 20 puffs and it is burning out and tastes awful. It was the lychee ice one and I know how it's supposed to taste, I puff on that one all the time. And it's burnt out. Now I'm like, well, no wonder it was 4 for $20. You think you're getting a bomb deal. I'm frankly pissed off. I think it's wrong. And they're old ass ones. The first box I opened was completely sealed and the other 3 boxes weren't sealed like the first but was still in the plastic package with NO cap on the bottom and only on the top. I ordered puff bars from the actual puffbar website and there was not one that didn't work. I live in Fresno and was visiting my sister so it's not like I can just make a quick drive there since I'm home now. I'm going to give the advice to open up ANY puff bar or vape pen you get to make sure they work like they should, but to be honest go elsewhere. To a place that has better reviews than this one. They should ALWAYS have a "pop" or "snap" the very first puff. I've had a couple issues with some bars in Fresno and they always give me a brand new one no questions asked. I personally think it's shady since bars range from 11.99-14.99 depending where you go. Will not be coming back here again. I reported this business to the BBB (Better Business Bureau. The owner without a doubt knows he is selling counterfeit products. It's a shame he can't be honest with products or to the people willing to take their business there. SHAME ON YOU!! read more
