I asked for his recommendation and he showed me a Davidoff that was more expensive than the two cigars I chose. When I was about to ring them up, he said "Now you can get another cigar because when you buy 3, the 4th one is free." I reminded him that I only came for 2 cigars. He said "okay, I'll give you a discount on these 3." Not what I agreed to initially, but okay. He then proceeded to ring me up and it was $50 for 3 cigars, one of which was marked as on sale for 50% off. I decided not to argue because I had to get to an appointment, but I felt swindled and taken for a fool. You might have squeezed an extra $20 out of me this time, but there won't be a next time. Other notes -- stuffy inside with no a/c and a loud parrot that startled me every time it squawked.

When i got there he was leaving town so i figured I wouldn't keep him and asked one of the girls to help me. I told her i wanted to see there nektar collectors and asked for something durable. She showed me a few glass pieces with titanium tip and asked for anything more durable like teflon or plastic. She must have been knew cause she really couldnt help me. Anyway i ended up buying the glass/titanium collector and i took it home and put it together. As soon as i pressed the keck clip into place the glass crack where the titanium and glass join together making my $35 collector useless. So i go back the next day (today) and i told her what happened and she said "thats your fault" when i told her what happened. I laughed at her cause this is her first week in the glass business and just yesterday she couldn't tell teflon from titanium but shes gonna assume she knows the glass broke because i pressed a clip onto a collector wrong when ive had many and never had one just break like it did. Anyway i bought a smaller $25 glass/titanium setup and i kid you not the first time i heated the titanium tip i heard and felt the glass cracking as it cooled! So here i am $60 outta pocket without a single puff of wax in my lungs... Im kinda bummed and hope the owner gets back before they lose all his business.
