Jim's review is spot on. I found the person working there to be dishonest. I stopped by to pick up 2 cigars, and he told me that since it was my first time at the store, I could get an extra one for free. I asked for his recommendation and he showed me a Davidoff that was more expensive than the two cigars I chose. When I was about to ring them up, he said "Now you can get another cigar because when you buy 3, the 4th one is free." I reminded him that I only came for 2 cigars. He said "okay, I'll give you a discount on these 3." Not what I agreed to initially, but okay. He then proceeded to ring me up and it was $50 for 3 cigars, one of which was marked as on sale for 50% off. I decided not to argue because I had to get to an appointment, but I felt swindled and taken for a fool. You might have squeezed an extra $20 out of me this time, but there won't be a next time. Visited this place to pick up a couple of Cuban Cigars before I head to LA. Since I've already smoked different brands, I wanted to try the ones he had on the jars, this particular one Called Cuban choco-late wasn't bad at all! Called the store myself and whom ever I spoke with on the phone was very impatient and rude on the phone and had no time to answer any of my questions and seemed like he wanted to rush me off of the phone instead of actually listening. I know other people have praised the high customer service of this store but with today it is the lowest form of customer service I have ever encountered. My brand of cigarettes had been discontinued so I happened to call this store after calling every store in Corona. The owner took his time to call the warehouse, but no luck. He then told me to come down and I could try a couple of cigarettes and relax in the NEW LOUNGE. How awesome is that!!! You will never get customer service like that and the Lounge is beautiful and relaxing. There is plenty of room, beautiful seenery and it's outside so when your smoking it won't be all hotboxed. Called the store for a quote on a hookah set & was given pricing over the phone. I confirmed twice with him before I hung up and I decided to make my way down to the shop. When I arrived, there was throw up all over the store's front Parking lot. The guy cleaning it was actually a little nicer than the guy at the register who was SO rude and disrespectful, but the throw up guy was off the clock and left while we looked around in the store. The guy at the register Who was a younger guy, argued that the price he gave me on the phone was incorrect for whatever reason. I was visiting in town and left a family party to come to this place and I couldn't believe how he was treating me. He didn't know any of the prices of the hookah sets that I wanted. He couldn't even spell hookah to look up the prices in the system and kept asking the people that I was with, how to spell it over and over again. Just to test the waters, I found certain items that had price tags that were difficult to see and asked about the pricing for that particular item when in reality I knew what the price was. He kept lying about the price of a set or hookah accessories and increased the overall price of the item by a significant amount of dollars despite the price tag hidden on it. I have a feeling that the dude was super racist and hates his job. Well actually, I know that he hates his job bc he couldn't even ring me up correctly and kept hitting the register the whole time saying "fxck this shop, I want to quit." The customer service is horrible! Stay away from this shop! read more
