Great customer service....Not..... Did you catch the sarcasm... ruined my day... can't exchange the item that I purchased literally yesterday, I didn't use it just checked if my take can fit and it didn't. Worker was very rude and treated me with not respect what so ever, he tossed it back at me and said no exchange. It's still brand new just without the plastic wrap on it, they definitely lost a customer, 2 stars makes a lot of sense they need to work on their customer service skills. The owner was patient and friendly and I used my atm card and he told me In advance about the charge. A lot of Businesses charge a small fee so It was no big deal to me. If I could give a negative star I would... I always came to this spot to get my vape pods and my glass pieces. Last night I came with my mom and we bought two bongs we picked out and he took them and wrapped them without even letting me examine them which I wish I would've done now... when I got home ( I was very careful by the way it was in bubble wrap) I put water in the piece to test out and I noticed a slight drip on the bottom. I called right away and told him the issue and he said I could come in the next day and exchange it because I WANTED THE SAME ONE. I came in and he refused. I was upset since I called them on the phone and he told me to come in. They wouldn't exchange it. Completely rude and blown away with how poor their customer service is. I am in total agreement with Trevor S. OMG. What the heck is with this man (I refuse to call him a gentleman). He is extremely rude. I went to make a small purchase and after he takes my $20.00, he asked me twice for change and/or a dollar. I guess because he didn't want to make change for me. So, after he gives me the change, he makes a comment something like, "Next time bring change." After the shock set in for a minute, I responded " You really talk to your customers that way?" He started yelling something I couldn't understand and I just exited the establishment and advised I won't be back. NOT COOL AT ALL! If he isn't the owner, I feel sorry for whomever is. Over all not worth it but if you drive north up Archibald there's one in the papa johns shopping center with supreme prices really nice worker whom is very patient! Me and my fiancé came in here to get a new bong and joint clips and as I asked him to show me the joint clips I kindly asked if he could pour out the cup so I can see them all as I planned to buy every cute piece they had but Scrooge said no and only took 5 of them out and left me without options like huh wtf am I missing something and my partner saw and just said let's get the fuck out considering how empty that store always is being we live 2 blocks away is ridiculous how he doesn't care about how he treat's customers. Oh and the joint clips were $5 a piece like ok price but not a good price either but that other shop was perfect he sold us the same bong we were looking at the other shop for $30 bucks less and not to mention the joint clips were 2 for 5 so you. The Number One reason I choose this spot over anywhere else is the customer service. They are always happy to see me, greet me when I arrive, answer any questions I might have, and strike up a quick conversation. I currently resided to Chino and definitely needed a smoke shop near by to buy all of my hookah stuff. I luckily found one as I was browsing around the area, and getting familiarized with it. The place is next to Subway. Parking is great. The pricing isn't bad at all, not expensive for those who smoke hookah. They usually as well have specials or deals going on. I not only get hookah here they also sell CBD oil and other CBD products, and Scented sticks with a lot of different scents. My favorite (Sage, Blessing Now, and Honey Melon Dew). The gentleman often working here is insanely rude..No patience for customers despite the last time I was in he seemed to be praying; I didn't want to interrupt so I gave him a few minutes to be respectful. Helped a walk in before me, then ignored me completely and proceeded to go back to praying. Always asks for my ID way before it's even time to pay (used to go there fairly often) and then is always argumentative how I pay with my card. I get we live in especially stressful times so I try to extend courtesy to everyone but damn does that dude need to check his attitude. read more

This merchant quickly adds on a surcharge to a debit card purchase. If you are not listening when he is giving your your total you will never know there is an extra charge. It is not written anywhere and no signs. Even after I caught him trying to charge me 75 cents more, I told him it wasn't written anywhere. He looked and also noticed it's not written anywhere. He adds the charge into your totally almost without letting you know. Be cautious when you shop there.
