Be aware. Store has a posted closing time of 10pm. It was 9;54pm on 11/20/25 and i was stopped at the entrance door refused service by a female employee who was mopping and the security gaurd told me it was too late to come inside. Im sure its all on video time stamped. It would have taken me 2 minutes to get what i needed but unfortunately they both refused service. They should change the posted closing time of 10pm and use a correct time instead of closing early and refusing service before 10pm. Some customers drive the distance to get service not to be refused 5 minutes before closing. Maybe change the posted closing time to 9:45pm so your employees can get all the closing duties mopping etc. done and not refuse service during posted open hours. Im sure there has been and will be more run ins with this problem if not corrected on time or inform employees not to refuse service. read more
