That level of value and service had diminished over the years... Today I tried to log on to their website to view the Daily Deal for Monday.... It would not bring it up after fighting with their website for over 20 minutes. A bit frustrated, I then decided to drive over and just use one of my discounts left unpunched (unclaimed) on my LOYALTY REWARDS CARD. Sidebar: I don't buy weekly, only about once a month, so it took about a YEAR to fill the LOYALTY REWARDS CARD (my 3rd). The bud tender, that i recognized from early March, was nice enough. They did not have any Indica in Big Chief carts so I had to choose from a lesser quality brand. That is a regular issue. I have rarely been able to get the products i end up really liking, such as Cali Clear. Here's the thing. I have been understanding, never blasting on Yelp the many times i've been disappointed...but TODAY was the last time I walk in this business if I don't receive contact from the "New Ownership" I tried to use my $10 off OR my 1cent Top Shelf eigth with $35 purchase offers on my filled LOYALTY CARD and the bud tender says "Oh sorry. The business has just been sold and no longer honoring the Loyalty Cards." WHAT??? GET THE #UCK OUTTA HERE! That is NOT how you keep the LOYAL customers that have been buying from the business for years. Also - NO LONGER offered a 15% discount to locals. FAIL. FAIL. I will just have my goods delivered or head to Mary Alice where they have great customer service or over to Stiizy where I get both great prices and customer service. You come here at your own risk. They have a good selection, Marcus answered my questions and didn't try to get me to buy more shit. I went back a few days later to pick up some edibles.
