I have a genuine condition and wanted to get recommendation from a legitimate clinic. I have chronic pain and wanted to avoid pain killers and felt this could be a safer route. So, when I called their customer care executive, he was very helpful in letting me know about the process and the clinic in general. I asked several questions to which he answered very patiently. The evaluation process also went pretty smoothly. Their process is actually quite convenient and easy. The speed of the process was also quite a surprise for me. The doctor checked my medical history and upon evaluating my condition, approved me for the recommendation. I paid and completed the paperwork. Overall my experience at this clinic was wonderful.

I needed a card due to back/joint pain, insomnia and migraines. I probably could have put that I had menstrual cramps and I would have gotten approved. Two ladies came in together while I was waiting and one of them wasn't able to be seen because she needed a California id/dl and didn't because she had just moved here. After filling out my form, I was seen in less than 10minutes. I was approved fast, like, I was legit only in this place for nomore than 15 minutes it seemed. There is a dispensary in a building nearby that you can just walk to afterwards.

I go outside call back, a man answers again and I state my confusion to him, he then sends me a one word text and tells me to show this text to the receptionist. I go in, get my "discounted" or actually advertised price script ( they were actually trying to charge more than their advertised price, then said advertised price was for a half year, when clearly stated it was for a whole).... While getting my script im utterly shocked the female receptionist just printed out a script, the seal was not even of an actual doctor( every seal i have gotten was a personalized seal of the doctor) there was no actual doctors signature it was printed out, and I NEVER saw an actual doctor. In other reviews I read, "patients spoke with a man sitting on the couch who seemed he did not want to be disturbed from his leisure".... I felt really ripped off, my doctor who I have had of 4 years prior was closed,this occured on a saturday and sunday...and I REALLY needed my medicine. Don't get caught with your foot in your mouth guys. Moreover, other yelpers reviewing said their script hs been declined at numerous locations, I havent been so unlucky. Thanks for your time.
