Im writing this review for the their Chino location since there is no yelp page for that location. Ive always had problems with anxiety as a kid but never did anything about it because it was never too bad to interfere with my daily life but as i started to be more involved with our family business i began to feel more pressure. The anxiety got worse and sleeping was becoming a difficult task for me so i decided to check out the doctor for an evaluation. The doctor here is nice, professional, funny, and kind of weird. He's an older gentleman with a very thick German ancient (I think it was German, could have been Polish or something all I know is the accent was challenging to understand lol). He was much more thorough compared to other medical Cannabis evaluation doctors. I think we talked for about a good 30 minutes and he asked me lots of questions about my intended use of the medication, how often, the stains, etc. very helpful and he answered all of my questions (I didn't really have that many but he gave me the opportunity to ask whatever I wanted lol). Once approved they give you the usual recommendation paperwork with your Rec ID number that you have to present at the dispensaries. Plus they give you a little mini one on a card. I haven't tested it out yet but the doc said that some dispensaries would allow me to just bring in that small card instead of the full form. Pretty cool since bringing the stupid paper is an inconvenience every time. Over my experience was good at this place, I will probably renew here again. read more

This place was great until they went online only. When I went to renew for the third or fourth time, they'd gone online only. What a hassle. My not all that old computer wasn't compatible with their system, for starters. Had to to borrow a computer. Took me at least four tries to reach a doctor, who looked liked I'd wakened him from sleep. They did manage to cash my $60 renewal fee, for which I was able to print out a certificate that was "signed" in a fancy typeface. Was supposed to get an actual certificate in the mail, never happened. Whole thing seemed totally bogus. Sad, some of us really need medical marijuana. read more

too pricey!!! if you want to if your medical license is legit all you have to do is go on the website your medical card has, enter your evaluation number and it will tell you there... if nothing comes up that means you got scammed.. all you have to do is go back to the place where you got it, if they refuse, you may sue.. every clinic is suppose to be legal when you are receiving your license.... i've volunteered at medical shops, so i'm educated enough to let you guys know that this price is to high 50-60$ is still ok but even then it's pricey, i got my medical license for 35$$$ and yes it's legit... please do your research before you get ripped off... no offense to serenity medical evaluations.... read more
