This is a definite hidden gem of urgent care facilities. My husband and I had a medical issue and our regular doctor couldn't see us for a month so we sought out alternates and we gave them a try. So glad we did! The have an immediate appointment option on line so we took advantage of booking & registering. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and a digital check in. Chaz is working the front desk and is welcoming and helpful. Keeps thing moving and the patient at ease. Dr D.W. (Dr Ware) was great. He talks to you about your condition and is very thorough, listens to your input, and gave a spot on diagnosis without any unnecessary tests and additional waiting. I can't remember the nurse but she was very caring. Sam at the check out desk was a good too. My mom was recommended by her regular pharmacy to bring my disabled sister here for a seizure prescription she needed over the weekend since she was about to run out. This urgent care had my mom and sister waiting for around 3 hours. They told my mom the prescription would be sent to CVS electronically and to wait an hour. So after an hour, she went to CVS, and they never received the prescription from the urgent care. So my mom had to go back to the urgent care and everyone there was confused and scrambling around trying to find out about the prescription. Finally they had to write out a prescription for my mom and she left. This place is disorganized. ​I am disappointed with the level of service provided and don't recommend this urgent care. read more

Had better visits to different urgent care centers than here. Waited awhile (an hour in a room) just to be seen for a couple minutes. The doctor was nice and helpful. I just hope while I was waiting the doc wasn't outside chatting on the phone. However, Pros, the office was clean and lady in the front was friendly and got my doctors note. read more

Went in for an xray to check for break. Staff was efficient and friendly. I saw a PA and he was really friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend to anyone. No issues with my PPO. Glad to know I have someplace near home for urgent care. Also they have xray onsite. That's a plus! read more

As someone that has been to many Urgent Care facilities in my lifetime I have pretty high expectations. Yesterday I came to this facility for the first time and was extremely impressed with the front office staff at check-in. The quality care I received from the doctor was top notch. They were super busy and I was in and out of there in 2 hours. It is extremely convenient that there is a CVS pharmacy in the same parking lot. I highly recommend this Office if you are ever feeling sick, or get injured and are in need of a doctor that really cares. read more

Most of the staff at Riverside Urgent Care were kind and professional, but I had a negative experience with one employee named Joseph. When I asked about possible bruising under my splint, he responded rudely and made me feel uncomfortable for asking a reasonable question about my injury. He also told me to remove my own splint even though that should generally be handled by medical staff. I appreciated the kindness from the rest of the team, which is why this interaction stood out so much. Patients deserve to be treated respectfully, especially when they're already stressed or in pain. read more

It was busy the day I went early ago. The receptionist said it wasn't usually that busy. I had an appointment and waited about 30 minutes or so after arrival. The staff were personable and we shared a few laughs. No one likes being in an urgent care office do it helps when staff are nice and friendly. I would recommend this location. read more

Apparently, reserving your spot online means nothing because I waited three hours to be seen by a provider. It took over an hour past my check-in time just for my vitals to be taken. They do not seem to prioritize people who put in an online reservation and apparently blend your wait time in with walk ins. Incredibly annoying and I tried to be understanding because of how busy they are but I truly don't understand their system. Someone who came far after me, took their vitals after me - somehow got seen before me? Once I got placed in a room, I also had to wait an additional thirty minutes, feeling completely ignored as no one even attempted to peak their heads in once I got seated. I went to Raincross urgent care Friday 10-10-25 and they close at 9pm. I arrived at 846pm and walked in at 847pm. I was post op almost 3 weeks for a laparoscopic hysterectomy. My incisions were infected. I was 2 minutes from 845pm when they take their last patient and they wouldn't see me. I was told to go to the ER. Really?! 2 minutes?! I couldn't drive so I had to wait for my ride. I looked for another urgent care and found this one. This is my new urgent care! Friendly staff and doctor that I saw. Waiting room is big and clean. I was there less than an hour. The Doctor (don't remember his name) was friendly, clear on instructions, asked if I had any other concerns, and helped me. It is a little more of a drive for me, from one side Of Riverside to the other, but I will gladly make the trip! Checkin was easy using the kiosk. I recommend this urgent care! read more

Came here on a Tuesday evening for my kiddo. Ear ache kind of thing and it took a pretty long time to be seen. We had an online appointment for 6:00, all the paper work completed prior to the visit, and it took about an hour to be seen. The visit itself was fast and efficient once we got in and we were out by 730. Normally I go to the Norco office but it was super crazy over there. Had a great experience at this Urgent Care! The weekday I visited, appointments were available within 45 minutes. Once I checked in, I was called to the back in less than 10 minutes! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. No question I asked went unanswered. Very thankful for this experience, because places like this can be overwhelming, especially when feeling under the weather. It's in a great location too, right next to a CVS and grocery store. The front office was very clean and the receptionist attentive and friendly. The assistant was nice but the woman that I am assuming was a doctor looked at the bump on my head very quickly and diagnosed me with something that needed antibiotics. The whole interaction was quick amd it seemed as she was trying to get out. There should not have been a rush because there was no one else there. I am 62 and have been thru many urgent cares in my life. This visit felt strange and a waste of my copay money. It turned out it was just a bump that swelled. I put ice on it and next day it was gone. I never stopped at the pharmacy to pick up the antibiotics that she prescribed me Because something didn't feel right with her diagnosis. read more

Two weeks ago, I took the grands on a treasure hunt looking for painted rocks. They wanted to take their scooters. Why not!? Nana's been riding with them since they were big enough to walk so naturally they wanted me to grab one of their razors. They had a blast! On the way back, a tiny curb "hit" Nana's razor The grandsons thought it was awesome to see Nana go head over heels and get on the scooter and keep riding. Little did they know I was simply trying to breathe... my ribs hit the handlebar pretty hard and the razor itself smacked the back of my calves with such an intense blow that the hit left the biggest hematomas! I hurt even more this morning ~ two weeks later. So, I headed out the door at eight for an urgent care to get an x-ray on my ribs. I kid you not, from Temecula to Riverside I stopped at 7 - SEVEN urgent cares before finally scoring a new one in Riverside. The UCs either didn't have an x-ray technician for the day or you had to make an appointment to be seen. I had no idea they're now using UC as if they were a primary care office. Say what??!! Riverside UC was awesome. I was greeted by a very friendly office girl with a beautiful smile. After filling out the paperwork, and having Ins. confirmed, I was escorted to the back pretty quickly. A consult with an incredible kind and caring PA/Dr. (I'm really not sure), and x-rays with a very kind and gentle murse (male nurse) who also gave me a pain/anti-inflammatory pain less injection, it was confirmed yes indeed, I broke my rib! ‍... rest was the order for the day/weeks/months (??) along with even more meds... I'm grateful it's spring and I can enjoy our beautiful SoCal weather There is always something to be grateful for! Thank you Riverside UC! read more

I came in last week with a sprain ankle with my toddler!! Staff was so attentive! Staci my nurse was so sweet and even watched over my son while I got my X-rays done! N.G front desk terrible customer service There was an older lady that needed help checking in using the kiosk and asked for help and they didn't even bother getting themselves from the chair and the lady after standing for almost 15 min just left. My experience was even worse when I came in there were only 5 people ahead of me and I had to wait from 10:30 to 12:11 just to get checked in. Ended up that the link was sent to the wrong number The PA there is great but customer service experience is terrible. read more

This place is a joke. The checking system is horrible. When you go to check in at the kiosk the first one does not work then you have to go to the second one and it sends you a link to your cell phone. When you get the link to your cell phone you have to take pictures of your ID and medical card and then it does not go through. Nobody is up at the front desk to help you out, so when you flag someone down they do try to help but then say we don't know how the system works. The only person that knows how to work on it is at lunch and they tell you to can come back in 30 minutes. There was already like 12 people there and my son did not feel like waiting all day just for some antibiotics. We left and went home to self medicate. read more

I just love Sandy the medical assistant and Janet the X-ray gal... they have such awesome personalities making me laugh that I actually felt better after being there only a short time. Came in a little before closing. The staff seemed to be in a rush, obviously I was the last walk in so that must have annoyed them. The PA was very attentive and nice but the medical assistant was a little rude and just wanted me out of there: tested negative for strep to which I tested again the following day at another clinic and was positive. This is a great place they take insurance no copay I walked in yesterday with intolerable sinus cough congestion issues. Dr Mike had Janet give me a shot of steroid and got me on z pack and today I'm a new man. I'm very thankful for this place!!! read more
