My first visit I went right @ 2:00 there was 3 ppl outside waiting in line for them to open. My second visit I went about 6 I was out of there by 6:45 maybe 7:00 not sure. But it wasn't a long wait at all. It's clean and everyone was friendly! My initial visit was great I was greeted both times the doctor was friendly fast and efficient. The nurse and doctor was very friendly & patient with my toddler as she was scary lol and not wanting to be touched. I've been complaining to two diff doctors I believe I had a sinus infection and they did nothing! I came in seen this doctor she checked me noticed my ears needed to be cleaned, the nurse flushed my ears out and treated me to the sinus infection I've been on antibiotics and feeling better! The office was very clean and newly decorated. The receptionist made the check in process quick and easy. I only waited 5-10 minutes before being called back into the room to see the physician. We went for an infected nail bed and really just wanted a prescription for antibiotics. Although the visit was quick, I felt that all of our concerns were addressed. We did not feel pressured to receive any additional treatments like a physical or blood work but they were offered. Overall we left the office paying less than $100 for the visit + medications and spending only 30 minutes inside. YOU CANT FIND CARE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE!! Jeff had absolutely no issue ordering the specific blood work I wanted. The other doctor was more like, "Well, I need a reason for that." And I'm like... I'm literally telling you what I've been experiencing! I also mentioned that my last two periods have been really rough, and his immediate response was to recommend ibuprofen. That's not really why I was bringing it up. I wanted blood work done because I'm trying to figure out if there could be something underlying causing these changes. Jeff's approach is completely different. He actually listens and takes the time to hear your concerns. Even when I first came in and was explaining everything, this other doctor said, "You've been Googling, haven't you?" I was honestly taken aback by that because I'm not telling you these things because I Googled them. I'm telling you because I'm experiencing them, and I want you to use that information to determine what blood work or testing might actually be appropriate. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was that he kept asking me if I knew how to examine my breasts and repeatedly saying how important it was. I'm not someone who is uncomfortable talking about those things at all, but something about the way he approached it just gave me the creeps. I also noticed he seemed really quick to walk out. I haven't been there in a long time, and usually when I have concerns, Jeff will say, "Okay, is that everything?" and then make sure he gets everything I need taken care of. His approach just feels completely different. This urgent care has potential... they just need to stop hiring creepy, annoying doctors. I didn't even get this doctor's name! The staff here is awesome, though! The medical assistant who takes you back is seriously the sweetest! But Jeff is amazing, and I'll definitely be going in when he's working from now on. I'll just call ahead to see what days he's there! One thing to know: sometimes it can take a little while in there, even when there's no one in the lobby. So just be prepared for that. But honestly, the staff is great and Jeff is definitely worth it!
