I'm just giving a review for the appearance of the exterior building and parking lot. I did not obtain services for purposes of this review. There was plenty of parking and there was minor debris in the parking lot. There was some graffiti in one of the major signs on Jackson St. I added numerous pictures just in case you wanted a good view of the exterior. read more

I just had the worse experience with the doctor and front desk receptionist here. I was sent here by my insurance. It says the close at 9pm. The first time I came it was 7:46pm, they were closed. I came back today at 7:15- the lady in the front says they stopped taking patients. Very rudely, she says to comeback tomorrow at 8am. I ask to speak to the doctor or person in charge, and the doctor comes to the front and says "we are done taking patients" I said my insurance sent me here and that they close at 9pm. She rudely says no we changed it to 8pm. Yelp, insurance and website say 9pm. Dr. Ghosh and Raylene need to work on better customer service and definitely work on having communication about their hours. read more

Just yesterday my daughter went in for a swollen limp node in her neck and feeling sick. She waited 2 hours to be seen only for the doctor to send her home with nothing! No antibiotics no pain meds. They tested her for step and Saud because it wasn't that, she didn't need anything. I've never heard of such a thing! She obviously had an infection and needed treatment. She has great insurance to top it off. So to be treated like this is just wrong! So on top of spending 2 hours at Parkview urgent care. She than went to another urgent care where they prescribed her antibiotics and pain killers!! Poor thing. Feeling like crap, spending 2 hours waiting to be seen for nothing. Very disappointing and will never return. Not like anyone there cares. It's a crappy hospital dont care about people's well being. read more

While waiting urgent care, I was told the restrooms are closed because somebody stole the key. I went upstairs and same story.

I had a really great experience. the women at the front desk were very kind and polite. as well as the physician who saw me. everyone was very patient and not in a rush when talking to me in the room. i was there for a little over a hour which is to be expected. read more

Normally I go to corona regional since I know all the staff there immediately getting there to parkview no one seemed in charge or seemed to know what they were doing one of the doctors called out my name so their I go. He asks me if I have been swabbed ? And i said no doctor looks around and sees no assistance and gets upset and starts apologizing to me , he sends back to lobby to wait another hour until finally they call me back. Not happy with this hospital. I went to the restroom and thought I heard my name. Thinking they would call me back shortly afterward, they never repeated my name again. Gene the Triage vitals guy forgot about me. I had to quietly sit while 10 patients were seen in front of me. I went to the girl at the counter and asked if my name would be called shortly. She said, "Oh, so you're back?" I never left! I was treated so poorly. Needless to say I was alone in the waiting room after arriving at 8:30 PM. I was finally called in to triage after 12 AM and wasn't released until 2 AM. The following day I went to fill my prescription and noticed they put the wrong information on my RX. I walked in to urgent care again, thinking it would be an easy error to fix. Nurse Jodi stormed into the lobby demanding that I tell her why my name was wrong. Jodi passed the blame on the daytime staff for the error that occurred during graveyard hours the night/early morning prior. I explained to her it wasn't the girls' fault. She said "Yes it is! They're the ones that checked you in!" I said, "No, these weren't the girls from last night." She insisted they were. Jodi went inside the check-in clerks booth and I could hear her screaming at them. She huffed back in the double doors and I never saw her after that. The girls called the security guard and he sat to witness the next event. A nurse, named Lillian, came out and argued with me about my identity. She claimed she called me multiple times and I failed to answer. Lillian continued to point the finger at me (the patient) and demanded to see my I.D. (which I gladly provided). She told me the P.A. may not want to prescribe me another prescription; even after finding that they were at fault for writing the wrong name on my prescription. I am currently in the process of calling the complaint line. My 8 yr old child witnessed it all and it was pretty bad for her to see me get blamed and yelled at by "nurses". read more

Absolutely will NOT go here again. My fiance went because he ran out of his insulin, we moved from out of town and did not have a PCP yet. Doctor was very judgmental and made us feel like we were breaking the law. She question us about his next appointment and after we explained to her we had just moved here she agreed to write him a prescription for his maintenance medications. She made us feel like we were asking for HEROIN or Narcotics!!! When we picked up his meds at the pharmacy she only gave him enough for 4 days of insulin. I BET SHE CHARGED FULL PRICE TO OUR INSURANCE FOR A SHITTY SERVICE SHE PROVIDED!!! read more

Shitty medical experience with lacerations and unprofessional worthless staff who make patients suffer due to lack of knowledge. I'd hate to see what happens to people on a daily basis in this bullshit clinic. My brother had a serious finger laceration and no xrays were taken, no digital block was given and was told he can go back to work. Seriously sending a letter to admin this is bullshit. read more

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!! The front desk receptionist by the name of Charmaine (she's Asian with black/blue hair). She is extremely rude and unprofessional, she caught an attitude with me after I was asking simple generic questions about my visit, not to mention she thought I was lying about my referral and the reason why I was there. and I told her that her attitude wasn't necessary, in a decent manner of course. No yelling was involved. and she said "oh it's cause I'm going through stuff at home sorry" like OKAY?! I go through stuff at home too and I don't take it into the work place! Not to mention her attitude didn't change after I told her, her attitude wasn't necessary. I visited the urgent care 2 days ago. I noticed the nice upgrade in the place ( been awhile). I was greeted by friendly smile at the front desk by an Asian lady -Charmaine. It was quite full in waiting room bit glad she reassured that i would be seen as soon as a possible. The doctor was nice and informative to tell me my diagnosis and treatment. Where's the no star button ?!? Worst urgent care wait I've ever experienced. I will be switching my medical group tomorrow. Waited for two hours and still haven't seen a doctor. The physician assistant they have in place of an actual medical doctor, enjoys speaking to his co-workers more than immediately seeing the next patient as well. I work in healthcare and this wait has been equivalent to the time it would've taken to be seen in an emergency room. When I asked the front office staff if this wait is typical, I was informed "Yeah it's like this time of year". I would've much rather heard we only have one P.A. on call, due to xyz..... Been to this urgent care once before too, this wait has been the same since I was here last. I hate leaving bad reviews but I hope this serves someone that values their time, go find another place for urgent care services. Googles average wait time for most urgent cares should've only been 15 minutes. read more

I would give this place 0 Star if it had the option to give none. My throat had been bothering me for a few days and the pain kept progressing. I live in LA and work in Riverside right by this urgent care (I am in the medical field). I knew I had an infection and did not have time to see my doctor due to the time I get back home. Went to this urgent care and they did not accept my insurance due to its a different county so i'd have to pay $75 to be seen. OK fine i am in pain and I need to be seen so I paid. I get in to see this PA he ask me a couple questions, barely looks at my throat, looks in my ears and that was it. Then proceeds to tell me that based on this point system that they do, which they gather from the questions he asked, it does not SEEM like I qualify for antibiotics. NOT ONE TEST WAS RAN, NOT ONE SWAB OR CULTURE WAS DONE. But because I do not have a fever and my answers to the questions did not "add up" he decided to prescribe me cough medicine!!!! The next day I left work early and went to my own doctor, as soon as she saw my throat she already knew something was wrong. And low and behold there was an infection. I was given the proper meds and sent home. Today I went to the urgent care and asked for my money back because their unintelligent PA prescribed me cough medicine for a bacterial infection. I told the manager that I was barely even looked at. He told me based on a point system I didn't qualify for meds. I also mention that he ran no test. This imbecile told me its because I paid cash. What sense does this make. I will never go here again and I suggest you do not either. This place is a scam!!! read more

This is one of the best urgent cares I have been to. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are compassionate and thorough. I have been here several times for minor injuries and illness and have always felt cared for and well taken care of. I actually have to laugh when reading these previous "bad" reviews because it seems obvious that these are just angry people posting about their own insecurities and issues. I have never had an issue with either staff or the doctors and the facility is always clean and very professional appearing. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone! read more
