Appointment was at 11am! Waited over an hour just to get called in! They close at 12pm on fridays! Waiting in the lobby and Got called in after 12pm! Also majority of the staff is already leaving! This place is a joke. I would definitely not recommend unless you want to wait all by yourself in the entire building! read more

I don't appreciate how doctors office schedule you for an appointment, if you are late you have to reschedule yet if the doctor is late then that's just business. I came to this office with my grandmother as she was a new patient, her appointment was at 3 P.M. we were there at 3 P.M. however, the doctor did not come into her room until () we just sat in a cold room for an hour, it's unprofessional in my opinion and it shouldn't happen, the same way the doctor is very busy and we must respect his schedule is the same way the doctors should respect the customers. Had we not waited a week for this specific appointment we would have walked away but due to the nature of why she was there we decided to stay. Update: We decided to give this clinic another try since we moved back to IE. Looks like nothing has changed here. Her appointment was at 11:15 (we arrived early), it is now 11:48 and she is still in the waiting room. Be prepared to waist hours here read more

The physicians here are probably fine - once you get past the snarly incompetence on the front end. The rest of the practice is packed with people who simply don't care. Their main thing is to collect your co-pay. If you call, they won't answer. You leave a message, they don't call you back. When you have an appointment you are made to feel like an imposition. They really do seem like they'd rather not have patients. And of course, the wait times! We all know that a general practice like this one is trying to make money by packing way too many people into any given day. But these guys overdue it so much that everything is compromised. Never had an appointment be even close to on time. Be prepared to wait at least a half hour and sometimes more. Bring a book. And then, once you're finally being seen, guess what? You got it. The doctor is rushing you out because she's got to see 6 people in the next hour to get back on time. Lastly, Dr. Tadros, the star of the team and the main reason for the positive reviews, has left the practice. That probably tells you all you need to know. In short, you can undoubtedly do better elsewhere. (And now, a few hours later they respond with a cut and paste that they use for all complaints. Right on brand! We don't really care but we want to make it look like we do. Utterly meaningless.) read more

I arrived here on Wednesday for the first time meeting my primary care doctor and I am beyond surprised at the level of compassion that I was shown by Dr. Vasquez. He took AMPLE time to listen to me and get to know me as a person in addition to my medical history. The front desk attendants were friendly and sweet. The facility was immaculate with no dirt or dust anywhere and I felt very comfortable with the surrounding neighborhood. The biggest plus is that my new office is literally FIVE minutes from my house. I am so glad that I gave this place a chance. I am so grateful for Dr. Andro Sharobiem. My mother started seeing him as her Primary Physician in February 2023. My mother is 81 years old and has been a very active lady up until her husband (my father) past in September of 2021. We both were his caregiver for the last 6 years of his life. My mom put here medical issues on the back burner (so to say) and all of the doctors that she was seeing at that time kept loading her up with different medications for this and that. She has been having back issues since dad past and come to find out she has: 1) multilevel degeneration 2) chronic compression of T11 3) mild degree of slipping of vertebral bodies Dr. Sharobiem started immediately working on getting her off some of the medications that were not necessary, got blood work, X-rays and a MRI completed. On May 16th we had a appointment to see Dr. Sharobiem and he went over mom's MRI report, he took his time to listen to her, what she had to say and how she was feeling. He gave mom a referral to a Spine Specialist, Dr. John Steinmann, and mom has her first visit on May 23. AMAZING response! What I personally like about Dr. Sharobiem is that you can tell he is truly sincere, he cares for the patient at hand. He listens, he has a very gentle spirit and is honest. The Staff is AMAZING and extremely helpful. Personally if they took my insurance I would change physicians in a heart beat. This review is for Dr Sharobiem. I hope whomever manages this Yelp accounts shares this with him as my review is nearly 14 years overdue. I was in my early 30's and woke up one day SEVERELY ill. I was fighting for my life. I had been to several doctors, all with no answers or misdiagnosis because I had a "mystery illness". I had just been fired from another doctor because I wouldn't take his anti-depressants. My EKG was abnormal and I was severely weak and had a 24/7 migraine for months and was slipping further and further away. I was super skinny! My mother saw another doctor at his practice and called and got me an appointment with the new doctor there. Dr Andro Sharobiem. He was also stumped by my illness as most of tan bloodwork was fine. But he ran a bunch more tests. One was for Lyme disease. The test came back with only one positive band (41), however, he was a young, "hungry" doctor that clearly wanted to help me and he said, "I truly think this may be what you have." That phone call saved my life. I didn't go to the infectious disease doctor he recommended but I found an LLMD (lyme literate medical doctor) and she gave me my first injection of antibiotics. I was able to get out of bed within 2 days. I later moved on to a PICC line and IV antibiotics and later a pacemaker because lyme attacked something in the electrical system of my heart. I was so sick for years and never got to send him a letter to let him know he saved my life. Nearly 14 years later (this all happened in the last half of 2009), I'm still sick, because it took so long to get diagnosed and because the doctor prior to him put me on steroids (which helped pushed the infection into my brain). But if he is anything like he was back then, he is still a wonderful, caring doctor and I wish him nothing but the best. read more

If there were 10 stars to give this medical facility it definitely deserves it. Dr. Sharobiem has been our physician for over 10 years. Being retired from the medical field im extremely cautious about who i trust with our care especially when it comes to my husbands medical problems. He is extremely attentive does not rush you and explains in detail your condition and what tests he will be performing and what treatment he will be rendering. His office personnel is extremely professional and will always call you back with answers to your questions and messages. The Dr.s at Optima are amazing. I went into the Crestline office for a post op check up and they realized something was not ok with my incision site. The staff and Dr.s took great care of me and went above and beyond working with my Dr.s in Irvine even after the office was closed and texting me directly with updates and getting my prescriptions filled. The lack of care my mother received is unbelievable. She went in for an appointment and was not feeling well, shortness of breath and swelling. Dr. S. told her that she was not there to see him for that reason and to schedule another appointment. She scheduled it for 1.5 weeks later. The day she arrived they called 911 off to the hospital she went. Spending 43 days in the hospital/rehab facilities. Once released Optima Health was HORRIBLE at getting her seen by the Primary, PT, OT & others. Finally we canceled them and signed her up with AMAZING doctors at PIH. They put together a team of doctors, nurses and a wonderful case worker. She is getting the care that she needs. She stated that she has never had such good care as she is getting from PIH. I just feel like Optima was about that extra co-pay and not the patients health. Forget the office staff...they are the worst I have ever encountered. read more

Dr. Vazquez is amazing! He is very personable and takes his time with you to ensure you have the best care. He is well-rounded and walks through all aspects of health. I was very sick multiple times and went to see him and he always implemented a great health plan with me and made a follow-up appointment to make sure I was recovering well. It doesn't take that long to see him and appointments are easily made. He's the best doctor I've ever had. And now my family goes to see him because of how wonderful he is. This doctor group is pretty good. Getting adequate care. Personable. My problem is that they are miscoding my insurance. They put extra codes in my file for things that were not of significant importance and then I'm billed for them after insurance took care of most of it. The codes cover minor things of which I never came in for or things that I have already been seen for during prior visits. It's getting quite costly. When you leave their office ask them what they coded in your file and if you agree that that's what you were actually seen for. Otherwise, they'll say you owe it when you were not seen for those issues in the first place. read more

I first met Dr. Sharobiem when he was my mother's MD. He was kind and compassionate with her, and helpful in explaning all that was going on during her transition time into hospice for our family. I knew that he was the sort of physician I wanted for myself as I was aging. He is thourough, listens to your issue and helps to solve what is going on...and that is what I need in my doctor.
