I called Dr. K's office to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and unfortunately my…read moreexperience with the receptionist, Margarita, was extremely unprofessional. During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.

Horrible horrible horrible staff. Great doctor. Staff is incompetent at best…read more You will get booked appointments and show up just to be told oh sorry scheduling error. You will have to fight for every single EDD extension. Not because the dr won't approve it, but because the person in charge doesn't know what they are doing. Literally had to call Edd myself and then call the office with the instructions on what forms to fill out, because they wanted the disability to expire and then to reapply for a new case! They will wait until literally the day of your Edd expiring before putting in the extension. You will call them and they won't speak to you, give you the run around all that it's been a miserable experience with this office. The dr is great. He knows what he is doing. It's very sad and unfortunate the treatment I have received from the people "running" the office. If you don't have time or patience to deal with that, and for you to do other people's leg work and research and spend all day on the phone with Edd so you can tell them how to do their job.... Then run for the hills. I gave 3 stars bc again.... Dr is great. Staff is horrible to deal with. They don't know what they are doing.

Bizarre First off,…read morewebsite is deceiving as it says $320 for a consult and lab tests. Only after I paid for my consult and the additional tests did the receptionist tell me the little "2" at the end of the description leads to a footnote where the tests are separate. So my bill was almost $900 for a 35 minute consult and one saliva hormone kit and a blood test. Make sure you read EVERYTHING on the website. My primary concern was dismissed by the doctor in the first 5 min. He asked to see my skin and told me he has the same type of moles on his skin, his moles were bigger, and that they aren't connected to anything hormonal, which was my concern. This is when I should have left, since he either didn't take me seriously or didn't know how to help me with that and just couldn't admit it. Then he took my pulse and literally accused me of trying to slow down my pulse. "It was normal but then you tried to slow it down." Uhh.. what??? It made me feel belittled, again. I ended up paying for the consult and tests, went home and realized I was pretty unhappy and this wasn't going to work out. I called the next day asking for a refund and to discontinue my journey with the doctor. Came into the office, was processed the refund for the tests only. Receptionist then hands me a letter from the doctor. It was like a bad break-up letter, lol. He states that he gives the same level of care to all other patients. If that's really so, then take your money elsewhere, where you won't be dismissed for something seemingly benign. He is happy to take a pretty hefty fee of $320 and not want to make it right if you're dissatisfied. Everyone has a right to post reviews. His tried to make his letter to me intimidating, so I perhaps wouldn't be honest about my experience on the internet. Well, people have a right to know. On a happier note, the receptionist was nice and prompt. Save yourself some time and choose any other doctor he listed on his letter. Dr. Dzvonick has a HUGE ego.

I was referred to this clinic by my attorney, but my experience was extremely concerning. The staff…read morewas pushy and seemed more focused on billing than on my well-being. I was charged twice for what appeared to be the same procedure under two different business names: Evergreen Spine and Pain Center and White Pine Surgery Center. When I reported this to my attorney, the clinic claimed one charge was a facility fee--even though it was equal to the cost of the surgical procedure. Be very careful. These excessive charges can significantly reduce your final settlement and net recovery. Based on my experience, this clinic's billing practices felt unprofessional and unethical.

We went here when we first moved back to California and we put up with a lot from this doctor…read more Every single time we went to see Dr. Vanessa Ho, we had to wait at least an hr to see her and when we did finally see her, she rushed us out within 5 mins. It got so bad that we made a game of how long the wait would take vs the time she spent with us. We were naive and stayed with her for about two yrs but finally gave up when she didn't seem to care when I was having pain issues. Save yourselves time and pain and go elsewhere. At the Riverside Medical center, we wait 5-15 mins to get in and the doctors spend at least 15 mins talking to us. They try to find solutions instead of rushing us out. I don't know why this office is so poorly run by this doctor. The staff got us in to run vitals quickly but we had to go back out and wait in the waiting room for close to an hr to see the actual doctor. The front staff was great and so was nurse Quito. I wish we had left earlier and not wasted so much time here.

I changed my primary doctor to her and called to book an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when they asked me if I would like to see her at her Riverside location or if I would prefer Ontario. Really?!? She has offices near work and closer to home?! I booked at the Ontario office. When I got to my appointment, I was happy to not have to wait too long before seeing Dr. Ho. The office is clean and the staff is courteous. Dr. Ho is patient, knowledgeable, and answers all of my questions. I am so glad I found her and that I will not be paying more since I will not switch to Kaiser!
