During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.

The office was very clean and newly decorated. The receptionist made the check in process quick and easy. I only waited 5-10 minutes before being called back into the room to see the physician. We went for an infected nail bed and really just wanted a prescription for antibiotics. Although the visit was quick, I felt that all of our concerns were addressed. We did not feel pressured to receive any additional treatments like a physical or blood work but they were offered. Overall we left the office paying less than $100 for the visit + medications and spending only 30 minutes inside. YOU CANT FIND CARE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE!!
