I came into this office last Thursday and Friday for my kids and myself due to sinus & ear infects. The wait time was not long at all! My first visit I went right @ 2:00 there was 3 ppl outside waiting in line for them to open. My second visit I went about 6 I was out of there by 6:45 maybe 7:00 not sure. But it wasn't a long wait at all. It's clean and everyone was friendly! My initial visit was great I was greeted both times the doctor was friendly fast and efficient. The nurse and doctor was very friendly & patient with my toddler as she was scary lol and not wanting to be touched. I've been complaining to two diff doctors I believe I had a sinus infection and they did nothing! I came in seen this doctor she checked me noticed my ears needed to be cleaned, the nurse flushed my ears out and treated me to the sinus infection I've been on antibiotics and feeling better! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Visited twice. The staff is absolutely rude and arrogant. They're disgustingly lazy people. They're not trust worthy. Rashida Shah is an NP. She did not disclose to me that's she's a nurse practitioner instead claiming she's a doctor. They choose not to provide costumer service, lacking all empathy . No smiles, no curtesy, disrespectful body gestures like rolling of the eyes, sighing, condescending. They act as if you don't exist. don't even ask questions regarding your visit. Drs, PAs, NPs, MAs, and other staff only want to close up and leave. They don't care about patients health. First visit a laceration requiring stitches.Was referred out to the ER while having the ability to treat there. I was told Im experiencing allergic reaction and stated " we don't want to be held liable due to all your allergies" I was not having an allergic reaction. They falsified medical documents by reporting allergic reaction to Hibiclense which is inaccurate. Denying knowing about any allergies. Lying outright on documents. Last visit, for bronchitis and mild lower abdominal discomfort. I was given a lot of push back. The Dr required an x-ray before treatment which can take up to 3-5 days to get results. Ultimately pushing me to the ER for immediate test results and treatment. I was told I can only pick one health problem to be treated In each visit. I was given paperwork and then being ask for them back to be shredded. When I declined, in a threatening manner the "Dr" said "well that fine, but I will be documenting this in your chart". I expressed being denied treatment due to being denied treatment. With lots of pushback, intentionally being difficult to justify not treating, and Referring me out. read more

I wouldn't give any stars! Rain cross urgent care USED to be the best. They have since then become the worst. I am post op of a hysterectomy and my incisions have become infected. I walked in at 847pm and the lady said they take their last patient at 845pm, they close at 9pm and I Need to go to the emergency room. I showed her my incisions and explained I was post op and she said no you have to go to the ER. I can't drive so I have to wait for my ride. I'm not going to the emergency room to wait 4 plus hours and spend a $250 copay, take up a bed or room that someone else NEEDS it, or catch something like MRSA!! So I have to wait for a ride to go to ANOTHER urgent care in the morning. I have seen them (before now) take walk in patients at 9pm. The Previous night my mom went in for a cat bite and they needed to give her a tetanus shot but they were out. They told her come back tomorrow. My mom called and they didn't receive any in their delivery. My mom asked if they could call it into Walgreens and they said they don't do that. Told her to go to another urgent care or emergency room OR wait until Monday. We all know how hard it is to get an appointment to our primary doctor, so urgent care is needed. But the back and forth and another copay on a fixed income for something they were supposed to have or give is ridiculous. So my mom went to Walgreens to get her shot. On the paperwork they printed they didn't even say cat bite on it. They have really gone to CRAP! We won't be going to rain cross anymore, even the pharmacy has took a turn for the worst. read more

This review is for Dr. Wesley Tolles, he was a wonderful and polite Dr., I was very pleasantly surprised! The office is clean and quiet. The front office staff was kind and attentive and let me know what they needed from me. When Dr. Tolles came in, he actively listened and asked questions to understand my concerns and prescribed things that made me feel better right away. Feeling unwell is the absolute worst, but I was immediately put at ease walking in. The reception area is clean, quiet and the lighting is not harsh, great first impression. Both the nurse and the doctor were incredibly kind, patient and very calming-thank goodness! Please, if you feel unwell or have an ailment, the wait is minimal and everyone is terrific. We had never been to an Urgent Care before so we didn't know what to expect. It was wonderful and pretty quick. Everyone was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our Nurse Practitioner, Krissy Miles, FNP-C went above and beyond. She treated my husband for an infected spider bite on the back of his neck, cleaning it out and packing it and electronically ordering antibiotics. He's 86. Frank assisted and was great, too. This urgent care is hit or miss depending on what doctor you get, but if you get Wesley Tolles count yourself extremely lucky. He was incredibly attentive and patient, he listened to everything I had to say with compassion, and he provided me with excellent care. From the moment we got there the two people at the front were talking about leaving and clocking off. There was over an hour until they closed and they had one other patient, yet it took us until closing time to be seen. They did not give the results of the test they ran, and they also sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy causing us to go on a strenuous hunt to find the right one. After 3 hours we are finally getting the medicine we think we need, although they never told us what that was, making us rely on the pharmacist to tell us. read more

Refused to see my 3 month old because he's constipated and hasn't pooped. Was told to go to the ER for constipation? Providers here clearly are incompetent and can't do their jobs. Wild that healthcare providers can't provide standard of care here. Another urgent care said they'll see him right away with no issues. So not sure why this establishment couldn't help my poor baby and wanted him to go to an ER and wait an entire day to be seen and to be exposed to further illnesses. INSANE! Just specify who you want to see so that we can better understand where to go since my 3 month old who can't poop and you don't want to see him. read more

Child was feeling ill and couldn't see her regular doctor. Looked at different urgent care facilities and this one was the closest and offered hours that worked. Plenty of parking, walked in was helped right away with forms and insurance. Maybe a 10 minute wait before we were called into a room. Nurse was kind and attentive. Couple of minutes later we are seen by doctor or NP I wasn't sure. Very kind checked my child's symptoms. Informed me of everything going on. I would recommend this place. Horrible Service, Staff and wait. It is Wednesday March 29th and I have been waiting for two hours in the waiting room. There is some type of open house potluck upstairs and the nurse's/ front office staff has left three times on break and have walked back in very casual and with plates or food. How much more unprofessional can you get?!? Think twice before you stop by this urgent care because there is NOTHING URGENT about it. I hope that your management team or your front office manager reviews this and addresses the issue accordingly and hopefully the office manager isn't one of the many people that took multiple breaks. read more

just now I had an embarrasing issue (below the waste and no not an STD) and had to see a doctor. I am uninsured and haven't had much luck with urgent cares in Riverside so I decided to give Raincross a chance. I was seen by the primary physician Samantha Miller. She made me feel very at ease and the whole process was very easy and quick. Oh and affordable too, even without insurance. This is my new go-to urgent care! I felt very comfortable in their buidling with the precautions they are taking for covid. Great place. Highly recommend! read more

This place wants to collect $125 for a Covid test, but doesn't want to treat a Covid patient that needs their lungs checked. They tell you go to the hospital even if it's non life threatening. This is way our hospitals our ER's are to capacity. A hardware store can be mandated to see customers, just not a doctors office. Insurance companies are telling me not to go to the hospital, go to the doctor. The doctors tells me to go to the ER we can't have you here. What a JOKE! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would i initially came to this location based off there reviews on google but clearly I was mislead this location employees are extremely stuck up rude and have awful customer service skills .When people are ill or not feeling well they are at there most vanurable moments and don't have the energy to argue or fight .I sat in here with my 2 daughters for 30 min straight watching them treat each and every person that walked thru the door so rude!!!I definitely don't recommend coming to this place these people should have never chose to work in the medical field if there this miserable. read more

the doctor will only see you via telehealth appointment. How are they supposed to check my toddlers lungs over the screen? Or check if he has an infection? I came in for what doctors should be doing, if I wanted a telehealth appointment I would have just gone to my primary doctor! I never Yelp my experiences, but today I am. I went in to this urgent care showed up and 12pm they were closed said they would be opne at 2. I waited until that time to go back. Arrive my 2:15. First The girl who checked me in had a little attitude then the girl who took my vitals also had an attitude. Rude no compassion or professionalism at all. Waited almost 2 hours for the Dr to come in and he also had a damn attitude. Didn't tell me what was wrong with me then asked if I can pull my mask up because he didn't want to catch what I had I did so I pulled my mask up and I told him that he can't really avoid. That means he's in the line of work of dealing with sick people and he said excuse me and I said you can't help that and he got upset and said I'm done, I'm finished here and walked out on me through a fit because I responded to his smart comment. I walked out behind him and I let the whole entire staff know how unprofessional they were, I asked if she was going to send medication for me or did I need to go somewhere else and he told me we're done you need to go somewhere else I don't know how people can get away with that type of treatment at a urgent care when you're dealing with sick people I don't understand how people can be so tacky and unprofessional. Thought we were going to have to wait hours to be seen (which we were more than okay with since it is an urgent care), but luckily only had to wait 15min today. Without insurance the consultation was $119, not bad to get seen same day. The girls upfront were very nice and respectful, nurse was fast and efficient. The doctor was very nice and helpful. You have a better chance of going to an emergency room than here. I took my 2 year old son to get seen for a high fever they didn't even bother to give an update on when he would be seen . Took them 3 hours to tell me to give him Tylenol. Like if I haven't been doing that already. So unprofessional. The most moronic and contradictory visit ever. I have a sinus infection with plugged ear and sinus pain. Because I marked that I had a cough from post nasal drip, I was told they would only do a video appointment. Seriously, how do they check your ears and throat through a video? Apparently they will only see you in person if you are not sick. What has the medical practice become? They were more than willing to prescribe meds without doing an exam. Is that even lawful or ethical? To top it off, while I was at the check in window, the PA or NP( who was at the back of the office visiting with another employee) was not wearing a mask but had one on during the video call. Update included at end! Read on. Never again. 1) Open at 10am on a Saturday. So, a group of people had already gathered and were waiting. 10 comes and goes we are still standing. A girl walks through the crowd and turns a lock thing opens door goes in. No "sorry we will be right with you".. nada. Minutes go by and the lady at the front of the group opens the door how the girl did so we could just all go inside and sit. No one came to let us in. The girl turned out to be the receptionist. They need to open on time and let people in. Or just adjust their claimed opening time to later to accommodate when the employees are ready to start. Oh and use your words girl. A couple of people waiting outside made comment about how awkward the whole thing was to be standin there well past open time and have this employee cut through and walk in without a word. Then to let ourselves in after one lady was just peeking through the window wondering where everyone was. Was weird. 2) The waiting room is TINY. Anything over about 10 patients be ready to sit outside. 3) I had a fever so was already hot but when I walked in it was like an oven. It was so hot, still, and stuffy I actually sat in my car instead for a portion of the wait. Not healthy for germs people. No air circulation felt like a hot sess pool. 5) They have no xray nor ultrasound so if you are thinkin of going for a possible sprain or anything like a normal urgent care then think again. What type of urgent care has no equipment at all? I did watch them turn away two people not sure for what. I assume things they are unequipped to handle. 6) The person who took my temp was nice sure. But he did not even have the thermometer in my ear all the way. Said it was "98.4" and low. Here is the thing though: I had a 101.4 before arriving to the urgent care and took it when I got back home with two different thermometers .. it was 101.9. Id had a consistent fever for days. It got up even higher after leaving. I am wondering how many others were sent away with incorrect information. Scary. 7) The nurse or whomever she is not sure (not a doctor) I could hear her two minute exchange with the guy next door and same with me. In and out in less than three minutes. I read the review about her voice being medicine enough. No.. no. Sometimes actual medicine and actual medical attention is required. Seriously because in terms of her demeanor I kept thinking about how I believe she overcompensated her lack of experience and qualifications with too much trying to sound sweet and overuse of pet names ("sweetie" or something), and she seemed like she was displaced and lacked confidence. I need accurate medical attention not a sweet voice for one minute and send me off. Seemed like she was not sure what to even say a couple times. Basic exam, did not even look in my nose at all, barely got close enough or look around enough in my throat to see (think shines light glances in says ok looks good). .. even though I told her I recently got over some other issues with throat and sinuses. She said I had the flu and sent me on my way after saying theres nothing that can be done. Ok Ill take it may be flu yes but isnt there a flu medicine? I mean I was ILL when I was there. And lady LISTEN I am telling you I think this thing with my throat is back I know what it feels like and my PCP said be seen if it comes back! Dont you want to investigate further? I left feeling like I had been conned. Like a little building posing as an urgent care took my money. A waste of time and money. I am unclear as to what exactly this establishment does or what services they offer. So after being told my temp was low, throat and chest are clear, I went home having rumbling chest noises and coughing up rumbles, a high fever, and a swollen throat. (Things that apparently did not exist during the 3 minutes there.. go figure). I am going to have to go to another doctor now who can actually help me and I am upset and nervous about it being put on hold because I could get worse since the attempt I made at seeking help at Raincross fell through and I got nothing. I got sent home in really bad shape. I will post update of what my second opinion doc sees. "Owner of business" please no replies on here of excuses. Please. Raincross urgent care please consider closing down. You are careless. You are not an urgent care. You are a fraud. An entity set up to get money. Nothing further. This is peoples lives at hand. ***UPDATE*** I saw a qualified medical doctor at a different facility and they said indeed I most likely had the flu, but also multiple infections getting worse (that would have been there at urgent care). They gave me strong antibiotics to get it under control with how bad it was. They were in dismay about how I was sent off with no care and in the state I was in a day and a half ago at Raincross. read more

This is a great place. Let's start with the negative aspects in the prior reviews. It's not clean. That's far from true the furniture is older style but we'll maintained. Soap not in that bathroom. I didn't experience that but imagine with any place when it gets busy and a lot of people they would run out easily solved by notifying staff and that's where I'm going. They are absolutely fabulous from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor. I normally deal with Dr. Jeff but his day was off and had to be seen. I was nervous considering the reviews and seeing new Doc these reviews are old and like seasons change so so people places. The lady Doc was just as great and helpful and must of all being disabled hard of hearing she took the time needed to explain well they all did It was very fast but the room was pretty clear it started filling up when I was there and emptied out by the time I left. I love the hours it makes it easier for me. I would only wish that the new people that had an experience with this facility would update these old reviews aren't how this place is now 100% recommended this place. read more

Today my husband had to take me to urgent care. It was Saturday afternoon & I really didn't want to go, but was not feeling well, hot & nervous about going plus thinking about how crowded it may be. I was surprised. Was greeted by a nice receptionist, paperwork was not bad to fill out being my first time. The place was very clean with nice decor & organized. Everyone was very nice & it did make you feel better about having to be there. I especially like the PA, who took care of me. Her name was Samantha. She made you feel at ease & put in time with you to voice your concerns. Her personality was almost the only perscription you needed, if you did not have to be cured from your illness with medication. Raincross really changed my opinion on Urgent Care facilities. read more
